Lovely stay! Amazing service from everyone, shout out to Santos who looked after us so well in the bar/restaurant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Hotel is beautiful, ideal location in S. Tulum to do lots of things or just chill at their stunning beach/poolside. Will come again.

The beach views from my suite was amazing! The entire staff was lovely and very attentive. I loved the music selection at the beach club, too. This is a very well run hotel and Im grateful for their hospitality. I will visit again for sure!

We spent in total nine nights at Tulum Beach. Two of them at Chiringuito in the south of the beach, three at a hotel similar to Chiringuito in the middle of the beach, and four at a more simple hotel in the north of the beach. Each area of the beach has its benefits. The location of Chiringuito is a more relaxed location with fewer people and restaurants. The hotel has only 13 rooms and you will definitely find privacy. The beach beds at Chiringuito are great, also the service at the beach, but the location is not the best when it comes to the ocean. More turbid water and seagrass than at our other two hotels, however, you can easily walk a few meters and swim in clearer water. The width of the beach is also slightly smaller and thereof it becomes shady earlier in the afternoon than at other places of Tulum beach. The included continental breakfast you get is with some fresh fruit, slices of bread and pastry, and yogurt, granola, jams, and butter. Tea and coffee are included. If you prefer a bigger breakfast you can complement the ordinary menu and pay. The tacos are great, which we had for lunch both days. The dinner was however not any we would recommend, and maybe why we were alone at the restaurant. The prices are similar to the rest of Tulum beach, i.e. expensive. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a private pool, which was the best room during our nine nights in Tulum. It was spacious and suited us as Scandinavians. Silent during nights.

We loved out stay at Chiringuito. This small boutique hotel was located at the end of the very busy hotel zone, so it was quiet and calm in the area. Some nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The beach was nice but the winds brought in alot of sea weed (normal for this area) The staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant was really good! Our bathroom was a little dirty when we first arrived, but the rest of our stay was clean and we had no issues. The hotel pool is very small and not much for swimming. I would def recommend this hotel for couples.

The oceanfront suite exceeded my every expectation! Huge balcony with stunning views. Spacious room with separate living area. Beautiful bathroom connected to dressing area with spacious shelving and room to hang up clothes. This room was absolutely perfect. There’s nothing I would change. The grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is friendly. Peaceful and serene, small luxury hotel great to retreat and recharge individually or for couples, also family friendly no “party vibe” Located at the south end of the hotel zone surrounded by spas, restaurants, shops, etc. what more could you ask for?

What a lovely, quiet little gem! So glad we stayed here. The continental breakfast was just perfect and their shrimp tacos are delicious! We had the pool all to ourselves- a lovely oasis! Beach area is beautiful, service staff are wonderful.. can't say enough!

Tuvimos el placer de alojarnos en este maravilloso hotel Chiringuito y quiero destacar especialmente el excepcional servicio brindado por el equipo del hotel principalmente a Matías Domínguez y Lautaro Videla. Desde nuestra llegada, nos recibieron con una cálida sonrisa y nos ofrecieron una atención personalizada que hizo toda la diferencia. Nos ayudaron a planificar nuestras actividades diarias, nos recomendaron restaurantes increíbles, y siempre estuvieron súper atento de nosotros durante 5 días que estuvimos en el hotel (diciembre 29,2024 a enero 3,2025). Además, fueron muy atentos al ofrecernos información útil sobre los alrededores y cómo aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita. En varias ocasiones, incluso se adelantaron a nuestras necesidades, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfectamente organizado, como los traslados y las entradas a eventos locales. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y cuidados en todo momento. Es raro encontrar un nivel de atención tan alto y un equipo tan dedicado. Definitivamente, este hotel y su equipo de concierge son una de las razones por las que nuestra experiencia fue tan memorable. Muchas gracias Matías y Lautaro!! El hotel estaba increíble, súper limpio con un ambiente bohemio. Excelente comida y ambiente. Esta localizado en una zona bastante tranquila al sur de Tulum a minutos de lugares como BeTulum y Nomade. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia sin preocupaciones y con el mejor servicio!

Nous avions réservé une des suites vue sur mer, pour 3 nuits, Ok la vue est magnifique, la chambre est immense, hyper lumineuse et l’accès à la plage juste parfait en quelques pas. Pour le reste …. Couvre lit taché Salle de bain assez petite et vétuste Globalement chambre très défraîchie Et grosse surprise, à 22h soirée avec DJ et 10 personnes la suite juste au dessus de la nôtre, sans qu’on nous en ai parlé Très surpris direction l’accueil où l’on nous dit que c’est pas du tout normal et qu’il vont faire cesser ça de suite Bien sûr rien n’a cessé, la soirée musique à fond a continué juste au dessus de nos têtes ébahies. Le lendemain matin j’ai vu le personnel de l’hôtel redescendre la sono. C’était donc une soirée parfaitement organisée par l’hôtel qui nous a donc menti. Ensuite il faut faire couler l’eau chaude 20min pour avoir de l’eau chaude, point aussi remonté à l’accueil et ils s’en fichent À 7h quand le resto ouvre l’énorme soufflerie se lance et elle est juste à côté de la chambre, très bruyant. Pour finir le petit déjeuner est compris mais pour un café late c’est 6€ de supplément, vu le prix de la chambre c’est assez incroyable. L’hôtel a essayé de nous proposer une « paella » pour s’excuser (quel geste) mais nous avions d’autres projets de restauration dans d’autres établissements adjacents où je vous recommande plutôt d’aller voir ….

It's a good location, and nice place overall. Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room could not keep up with the Tulum summer temps at all, was a bit tough to sleep. I thought maybe it's just a Tulum thing, but the air conditioner where we stayed the next day in Tulum worked great. Also, this wasn't a huge deal for me, because room overall was clean, but the bathroom trash from previous guest was not emptied before we arrived, including a used baby diaper. If it was cheaper to stay here I might not mention these types of details but good to be aware if you are paying higher rates for a more premium hotel. I like their food, just be ready to pay big city prices.

Place was clean, but the room had bad smell, we had the most expensive suit with private pool (overprice to be honest) Breakfast was included but very limited (all you can eat is eggs)

We spent in total nine nights at Tulum Beach. Two of them at Chiringuito in the south of the beach, three at a hotel similar to Chiringuito in the middle of the beach, and four at a more simple hotel in the north of the beach. Each area of the beach has its benefits. The location of Chiringuito is a more relaxed location with fewer people and restaurants. The hotel has only 13 rooms and you will definitely find privacy. The beach beds at Chiringuito are great, also the service at the beach, but the location is not the best when it comes to the ocean. More turbid water and seagrass than at our other two hotels, however, you can easily walk a few meters and swim in clearer water. The width of the beach is also slightly smaller and thereof it becomes shady earlier in the afternoon than at other places of Tulum beach. The included continental breakfast you get is with some fresh fruit, slices of bread and pastry, and yogurt, granola, jams, and butter. Tea and coffee are included. If you prefer a bigger breakfast you can complement the ordinary menu and pay. The tacos are great, which we had for lunch both days. The dinner was however not any we would recommend, and maybe why we were alone at the restaurant. The prices are similar to the rest of Tulum beach, i.e. expensive. The oceanfront suite exceeded my every expectation! Huge balcony with stunning views. Spacious room with separate living area. Beautiful bathroom connected to dressing area with spacious shelving and room to hang up clothes. This room was absolutely perfect. There’s nothing I would change. The grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is friendly. Peaceful and serene, small luxury hotel great to retreat and recharge individually or for couples, also family friendly no “party vibe” Located at the south end of the hotel zone surrounded by spas, restaurants, shops, etc. what more could you ask for?

Nous avions réservé une des suites vue sur mer, pour 3 nuits, Ok la vue est magnifique, la chambre est immense, hyper lumineuse et l’accès à la plage juste parfait en quelques pas. Pour le reste …. Couvre lit taché Salle de bain assez petite et vétuste Globalement chambre très défraîchie Et grosse surprise, à 22h soirée avec DJ et 10 personnes la suite juste au dessus de la nôtre, sans qu’on nous en ai parlé Très surpris direction l’accueil où l’on nous dit que c’est pas du tout normal et qu’il vont faire cesser ça de suite Bien sûr rien n’a cessé, la soirée musique à fond a continué juste au dessus de nos têtes ébahies. Le lendemain matin j’ai vu le personnel de l’hôtel redescendre la sono. C’était donc une soirée parfaitement organisée par l’hôtel qui nous a donc menti. Ensuite il faut faire couler l’eau chaude 20min pour avoir de l’eau chaude, point aussi remonté à l’accueil et ils s’en fichent À 7h quand le resto ouvre l’énorme soufflerie se lance et elle est juste à côté de la chambre, très bruyant. Pour finir le petit déjeuner est compris mais pour un café late c’est 6€ de supplément, vu le prix de la chambre c’est assez incroyable. L’hôtel a essayé de nous proposer une « paella » pour s’excuser (quel geste) mais nous avions d’autres projets de restauration dans d’autres établissements adjacents où je vous recommande plutôt d’aller voir ….

It's a good location, and nice place overall. Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room could not keep up with the Tulum summer temps at all, was a bit tough to sleep. I thought maybe it's just a Tulum thing, but the air conditioner where we stayed the next day in Tulum worked great. Also, this wasn't a huge deal for me, because room overall was clean, but the bathroom trash from previous guest was not emptied before we arrived, including a used baby diaper. If it was cheaper to stay here I might not mention these types of details but good to be aware if you are paying higher rates for a more premium hotel. I like their food, just be ready to pay big city prices.

Lovely stay! Amazing service from everyone, shout out to Santos who looked after us so well in the bar/restaurant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Hotel is beautiful, ideal location in S. Tulum to do lots of things or just chill at their stunning beach/poolside. Will come again.

Tuvimos el placer de alojarnos en este maravilloso hotel Chiringuito y quiero destacar especialmente el excepcional servicio brindado por el equipo del hotel principalmente a Matías Domínguez y Lautaro Videla. Desde nuestra llegada, nos recibieron con una cálida sonrisa y nos ofrecieron una atención personalizada que hizo toda la diferencia. Nos ayudaron a planificar nuestras actividades diarias, nos recomendaron restaurantes increíbles, y siempre estuvieron súper atento de nosotros durante 5 días que estuvimos en el hotel (diciembre 29,2024 a enero 3,2025). Además, fueron muy atentos al ofrecernos información útil sobre los alrededores y cómo aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita. En varias ocasiones, incluso se adelantaron a nuestras necesidades, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfectamente organizado, como los traslados y las entradas a eventos locales. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y cuidados en todo momento. Es raro encontrar un nivel de atención tan alto y un equipo tan dedicado. Definitivamente, este hotel y su equipo de concierge son una de las razones por las que nuestra experiencia fue tan memorable. Muchas gracias Matías y Lautaro!! El hotel estaba increíble, súper limpio con un ambiente bohemio. Excelente comida y ambiente. We loved out stay at Chiringuito. This small boutique hotel was located at the end of the very busy hotel zone, so it was quiet and calm in the area. Some nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The beach was nice but the winds brought in alot of sea weed (normal for this area) The staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant was really good! Our bathroom was a little dirty when we first arrived, but the rest of our stay was clean and we had no issues. The hotel pool is very small and not much for swimming. I would def recommend this hotel for couples.

Can't recommend it enough. The staff are amazing and so caring. The food was (particularly the steak tacos) lovely, and it's in walking distance to several great bars and coffee shops. We will definitely be coming back.

The oceanfront suite exceeded my every expectation! Huge balcony with stunning views. Spacious room with separate living area. Beautiful bathroom connected to dressing area with spacious shelving and room to hang up clothes. This room was absolutely perfect. There’s nothing I would change. The grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is friendly. Peaceful and serene, small luxury hotel great to retreat and recharge individually or for couples, also family friendly no “party vibe” Located at the south end of the hotel zone surrounded by spas, restaurants, shops, etc. what more could you ask for?

It's a good location, and nice place overall. Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room could not keep up with the Tulum summer temps at all, was a bit tough to sleep. I thought maybe it's just a Tulum thing, but the air conditioner where we stayed the next day in Tulum worked great. Also, this wasn't a huge deal for me, because room overall was clean, but the bathroom trash from previous guest was not emptied before we arrived, including a used baby diaper. If it was cheaper to stay here I might not mention these types of details but good to be aware if you are paying higher rates for a more premium hotel. I like their food, just be ready to pay big city prices.

Im allgemeinen ein schönes und ruhiges Hotel direkt am Strand. Insgesamt sauber. Wohnraum ausreichend groß und komfortabel, im Badezimmer fehlte ein Duschvorhang und die Brause war fest in 3m Höhe installiert. Dadurch wurde das Badezimmer schnell zum Schwimmbad. Service insgesamt zuvorkommend. Frühstück sollte inklusive sein. Allerdings waren nur Kaffee, Saft und Früchte inklusive. Eier oder andere typisch mexikanische Speisen waren zuzahlungspflichtig. Das hat sehr irritiert. Preise des Restaurants und der Beach Bar sind extrem überteuert. Bier 0,3l für 130MXN.

My only advice is don’t consume anything from the restaurant… they charged me 70$ us for 3 diet cokes The rest … staff was amazing , and hotel.

Lovely holiday spent at the hotel! It blends into the scenery perfectly. The food is delicious and the staff are so helpful and charming. The only issue (that effects the area) is mass tidal seaweed which slightly ruins the aesthetics and the water between about April - July - worsened, no doubt because rising ocean temperatures

Clean, cute, friendly place on a beautiful beach. We appreciated the small property (only 14 rooms), and the quiet vibe that allowed. Only downside to that is that the pool and lounge area was also very small, with only four loungers total. so, you hope for the other visitors to be out and about ;). The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the grounds are beautiful in the Tulum boho/rustic vibe. We also found the location to be great for great restaurants and shopping, and we walked to virtually everywhere we wanted to go (about a mile or two walk in either direction). We really loved our time here.

The beach views from my suite was amazing! The entire staff was lovely and very attentive. I loved the music selection at the beach club, too. This is a very well run hotel and Im grateful for their hospitality. I will visit again for sure!
