Pleased with absolutely everything about my stay When we arrived our room wasn't ready but they did absolutely everything to get us where we needed to be as soon as possible Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and room accommodations exceeded our expectations Thanks 👍

Had a little trouble checking in.But after a couple of hours, they made an exception that I didn't have my physical ID... i booked a stay on hotels.com it had a picture of my I.D and all the confirmation information, but they said it was against their policy to let me check in without a physical I.D... I totally understand the policy, but the idea that I had all the confirmation numbers. The emails my wife was with me with her. Id, I had a photocopy of my I.D I but it got taken care of in the end

This hotel room was booked and then attempted to cancel not less than 45 minutes later due to tornadoes touching down on our path to get to the hotel. They couldn't be decent human beings and cancel and refund due to not being able to drive in tornadic weather.
