Stayed here for the National Volleyball Tournament my daughter was competing in. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was great! Would definitely come back to this location!

This is located in a very convenient spot and safe area. There is a running path across the street that is next to a small lake. The front desk staff was professional, I enjoyed talking to them, and both the ladies were quick to help anyone they spoke with. Probably the only drawback was there were hairs from the previous occupant in the bathroom, and since I normally use the stairs, I noticed the same dead bug next to the bottom floor stairway entrance over a multi-day period. The tub needs a little more texture on the bottom and gets quite slick when wet, and some of the exercise machines didn't work. There are a nice variety of machines and free weights. Overall, it was a nice stay but there are small things that could be fixed. Again, great job on your front desk staff.

Nice breakfast options with fresh coffee. They don't have half & half but do have creamer substitute. Have a free parking garage but very tight spaces. Great location to AT&T stadium, the Star, the Winstar Casino, and Dallas. Could hear the people above at 1 AM and 5 AM which was disappointing. Based on location, might stay there again.

You have a very good gym. It needed towels, cups for drinking and sanitizer. I told the morning clerk and that evening saw that nothing had happened. I then told the evening clerk, Mohammed. He apologized and immediately remedied the situation. Great night clerk.

Property was fine. Stayed Thursday-Sunday. Asked several times for a room clean/freshening up & did not get it. Waste cans we’re not emptied in our rooms & we did not get clean towels at any point during our stay.

The coffee machine did not work. The sing was stopped up. Although, the maintenance man from another hotel came by to fix the problem, I was instructed to try to fix the problem, myself. I asked to be moved the same day and of course I was told there were no vacancies. The carpet was very dirty and the tile was falling apart in the bathroom. The shower is super slippery and nothing was sanitized in the room. Limited parking in front of hotel. There is a garage, but, some of the guests double park or dont park within lines.

Room was not properly cleaned. There was a dirty sock and ear plug still on floor. Bathroom toilet paper roll coming out of the wall. There was no bath mat and had to use a hand towel for shower. The overall cleanliness of bathroom was least to be desired. Breakfast was mediocre and had to ask for Items . Also was told breakfast was served at 6am when leaving on a Sunday morning at 6:30 am there was no breakfast being served.

Great, happy, nice staff even though we checked in at 11PM. The room was bigger than expected. Nice entry way with mirror, shelf, little kitchenette like area. Nice light in entry way. Small microwave, Keurig, coffee and tea, coffee cups, drink cups, ice bucket. The fridge was decent size but no freezer area. The fridge was set to very cold so I set what I needed frozen on the top where there was a frosted area but some of the things froze at the bottom as well but not a big deal to us. Big armoire with extra blanket, hangers, laundry bags, safe, iron, ironing board. Room was accessible with audio/visual doorbell. Low counters in the bathroom and wheelchair accessible. Lots of towels available. Body lotion and hand soap. Big area to bring a wheelchair in. Light up mirror and overhead light with fan. Extra toilet paper available. Big shower with low threshold. Shampoo, conditoner, and soap. Grab bars in shower. Only thing I would add is a grab bar by toilet. Bed, sheets, pillows were comfy got a great nights sleep. Nightstands both had personal lamps, two plugs, and one USB port on each night stand. There was a chaise lounge that was comfy with a lamp next to it. Desk with office chair and lamp with plug and USB port. Bench below the flat screen TV. HDMI and USB ports on TV so if you want to bring entertainment it can plug into it. Internet is slow so I used my hotspot for the fire stick but no problem. Breakfast was good but not a big selection.

I had the handicap accessible room. The doorway to the bath slid from side to side instead of having to be opened into or out of the enormous bathroom. There was good railing around all the necessary areas. All the towels and soap and sink were very accessible. There was even a eyehole in the door at wheelchair level. The microwave and fridge were wheelchair accessible as well. The shower situation was not wheelchair accessible. It was in a tub, not even a walk-in shower which I thought was very odd. There were plenty of handrails all around the tub though. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the place was clean and the staff was very friendly!

The location was close to my office and relatively easy to get to/from. Parking was a tight fit at times but always available. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was great, although the tables and seats seemed worn out and could use replacing.

I called Saturday before my arrival and the person on the phone was upset and we had a small disagreement and she said she was canceling my reservation but I still could not get a refund because my reservation was prepaid and non refundable. The disagreement was with my company and not even me, so she said I’ll cancel it all and that was that! So now I am out 100 and had to book elsewhere for the night which cost me another 100.

I stayed here because the Hampton down the road that I had normally been staying at for business trips was all booked. The Hampton’s service is top-notch and I was expecting the same for this hotel serving customers on the same block… I was let down. The hotel and stay itself was fine overall. What disappointment me the most was the service. I was driving in from 1,000 miles away and was going to be arriving early around noon instead of 3:00pm at normal check-in. I called pretty early in the morning to alert the front desk about this and ask if my 2 rooms could be ready early and was told that she did not know and that I needed to call later. This was fine initially. However, every time I called back, I got the same response. I arrived in person at the hotel at noon and was still told the same thing and was further told that it was due to housekeeping being short-staffed. I asked for a call when the rooms were ready and left to kill some time. After never receiving a call, I returned at 3:00… The rooms were still “not ready.” I was told that the housekeeper was incredibly busy and was just now able to get to my room. However, she was just hanging out in the front office with the receptionist and pulled her cart out of the office to go upstairs as I was being told this so she was clearly not out working. Minutes later, I was told that my rooms were ready. She clearly did not have time to ready them that quickly so I don’t know why getting them was delayed until that moment.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I’m from New Orleans and the front desk lady happen to be from the Greater Nola area. It was refreshing to talk to someone from back home. The smell of the hotel was amazing! It was so clean, bright, and inviting. The location is fantastic! The room was perfect. Breakfast was great as well, so many options to choose from and everything was fresh! We sat in the dining area to eat, it really was a wonderful way to start the day. The parking garage was also a bonus. We live in Fort Worth, but I didn’t wanna drive back home at night, so we only stayed one night. If we ever need to stay a night or two in the area, this hotel is definitely our choice.

Our stay was amazing and it has made me a believer in Holiday Inn Express!! Seriously, the BEST breakfast we have ever had in a hotel! Everyone was also kind and the rooms were very nice!
