Lovely stay. Gorgeous hotel and restaurant. Pretty rooftop pool although not heated and freezing which we could not go in and out lots of people off, wouldn’t go back because of this, if they changed it and it was heated pool we would, only thing that let this gorgeous hotel down.

Beautiful hotel which is close to BTS ON NUT and huge Lotus shopping centre nearby as well ! Breathtaking infinity pool on the rooftop to enjoy stunning Bangkok views and of course soak up the sun!! Comfortable rooms and tasty buffet breakfast !! I’d definitely return!!

This is a great hotel to arrive at when traveling to Bangkok. The glass bottom pool is beautiful. We arrived early, and the charming and always friendly receptionists on floor 32 were able to upgrade our room and let us check in early. Not sure this is always possible, but we're grateful that they could accommodate us. The beds are comfortable and the standard and corner rooms, while not large, are set up efficiently for a couple. There are larger rooms with bathtub for longer stays or if travelling with children. There is a Lotus across the street with a food court. The On Nut BTS Station is a short walk and very convenient. Enjoy!

There were so many small flying insects, not just one or two, but a bunch of them, and not just in the room, but the entire alley was filled with them. They would land on your food and drinks, and at night, if you turned on your screen, they would fly back and forth in front of it. ... . . I remember when I entered the room, I was greeted by a pungent smell. Now I know it was actually the smell of insecticide. I wonder if it's a health risk.

For a five star property you would think there would be some form of welcoming from the staff when you arrive, instead they were more preoccupied with their phones. Check in early, there was a charge which is fine, however room wasn’t cleaned throughly and no amenities provided like toothbrush etc At other 5 star properties, the staff went above and beyond, helped with luggage, were proactive and made our stay memorable, at this property you’d be lucky to have the door opened for you The living space was decent size but the toilet was extremely small, cannot move around once you’re inside

The room was one of the worst-designed I've stayed in. A washbasin in the centre of the room and with no mirror for shaving. A cramped toilet cubicle. A huge shower area with nowhere to hang towels. The room design badly lets down an otherwise excellent hotel with friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Townhouse room, the bed was one of the most comfortable I had in the last few weeks of traveling. The ladies at the check in desk were very sweet and welcoming and helped me get into my room early, which was so appreciated. I do think you should be aware this location is not convenient for a lot of the touristy stuff - public transit and grab were often over an hour to get there and back. For that reason I would not stay again but it was very nice otherwise.

This property looks very pretty from the outside however the inside is a different story. The rooms are literally tiny with a sink in the middle of the room which makes no sense to me. I am 5 feet and when sitting on the bathroom toilet the door was touching my knees. The hotels front desk staff are very very rude. I had an incident with picking up the wrong food from delivery (which was just left by the front door of the hotel for hours) and was forced by the front desk to pay out of pocket for the mistake. They accused me of stealing and made me feel very unsafe. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this property to anyone else.

The early check in was a great bonus, allowing more time at the pool, the reception staff were brilliant especially May and Top. The buffet breakfast was amazing. We would like to thank the concierge staff for the helpfulness and advice on getting around. Nueng was great on the last day sorting out a taxi to the airport. We would fully recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Townhouse room, the bed was one of the most comfortable I had in the last few weeks of traveling. Fijn en mooi hotel, op enkele minuten lopen van het metrostation en 2 shopping malls met food courts! Verder zit het wel iets verder van het centrum af, maar met de taxi of metro prima te bereiken. Het zwembad was ook mooi, maar wel relatief weinig ligbedjes voor de hoeveelheid gasten.

My first ever trip to Thailand and I’m so glad I picked this hotel for my first few days in Bangkok. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, hotel pool area has great view of Bangkok skyline and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room comes with fridge which is stocked with water and juice, green tea etc. There’s a seven eleven across the road and one round the corner. The BTS train station On Nut is 2 mins away. Grab taxis to temples, IconSiam etc were around 45 minutes. Would recommend staying here

My stay at the Melia was very nice. Everyone is so respectful and helpful. Easy access to train, and you can change your currency right in front of hotel that pays well. We used Grab as our transportation. Really great prices and we felt safe. We ended up staying 1 more night, they were able to accommodate the same room. Overall a great experience.

Great hotel. Super friendly staff. Location is not the best as it is far from Bangkok downtown but it is super close to train link. Roof top pool is super cool with glass bottom and infinity edge. I would stay again for sure.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und das Hotel ist nach den neuen Design hell freundlich und einladend bestückt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und für einen kurzen Trip in Bangkok zu empfehlen. Die Metro ist 4 min. weg. Allerdings ist das FRH zwar reichhaltig an asiatischen Essen - das sollte unbedingt berücksichtig werden. Mann wird satt jedoch für Glutenunverträglichkeit ist nicht viel bis wenig im Angebot. Na ja habe mein kleines FRH in weiser Voraussicht schon dabei gehabt :_)) Alles Gute für 2025 dem ganzen Team

Das Hotel und die Gegend ist super. Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Größe des Zimmers, und dadurch, dass das Waschbecken mitten im Raum stand gab es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Schminken usw: kein richtiges Licht. Das Frühstück war herausragend. Die Roof Top Bar ist toll, aber man muss wissen, dass auf die Preise immernoch 17% obendrauf kommt!!!!

The hotel was amazing! It was very clean. Loved how they have done changes to make it more environmentally sustainable. The pool and the view was fantastic. Good food. Close to a store (Lotus), a few 7/11s and food markets. It is also very close to the sky train which made it easy to get around in Bangkok! 10/10 would absolutely recommend staying here. The staff was very helpful, kind and service minded. Would definitely stay here if I coma back to Bangkok.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfy and staff are friendly. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the rooftop pool, it’s freezing and not even bearable for a swim, everyone dipped in and gasped and walked out, I couldn’t even get my shoulders in was ice cold, such a shame as it’s a pretty view but for that reason I wouldn’t come back, we changed hotel to have a pool to go into. Food was ok and nicely presented but better food and taste at the restaurants close by.
