Biggest issue was temperature of the room at night. Thermostat did not work, room would stay hot all night when it was cool outside. Asked staff to send someone but was not fixed.

The air cond cannot be adjusted to around 20 C. The lowest was 23.5 C. They somehow control the room temp to conserve energy.

Canopy by Hilton Chengdu Coty Centre is always a good stay. I enjoyed my last stay there so I decided to stay for a week. Rooms are clean, location is great, staff is great!
