Falto agua caliente en los banos durante la noche, estuve alojado en el piso 11, en el piso 12 existe un bar y piscina, cada manana a las 5:00 am hay mucho movimiento de los muebles desde el piso de arriba y no pude dormir, lo segundo mi sra se resbalo en el ascensor por el agua cual no fue secado por el uso de la piscina de otro huesped.

Everything is refined to perfection. Not only are the hotel facilities impeccable, but each staff member provides service that is genuinely pleasant and thoughtful. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hyderabad.

I was here for 2 nights, and was most impressed by how clean the hotel is — and I’m very, very particular about cleanliness! The room looks and feels like new, and it’s well appointed for a good, comfortable stay. The staff also was warm, hospitable, and professional, and managed well even in the madness of the breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend Le Meridien, and I would also return without a second thought.

Property is a bit dated. Carpets and chairs in the room did not look clean. View from a room was of a terribly congested Kondapur road (stuff of nightmares). Breakfast buffet was nice and so were all the staff in the buffet restaurant - Turquoise. Front desk staff were not great. There was confusion between Expedia and the hotel and the hotel charged me £76 for a phantom booking. The hotel should have clarified with Expedia and not charged me! I refuse to believe that the hotel has no contact with Expedia to clarify these issues. My leisure holiday ended with a terrible experience. Never again Le Meridian Hyderabad.

It was a pleasant stay! I thought of staying here for two days only but ended up with one week. Reception was great experience! I asked the lady to complete check in process with in 5min because of some outside appointment and she did everything in a minute. Overall very nice experience!

Customers need to eye their bill carefully. Was double charged for airport transfer even tho they denied. Credit card bill shows the truth. Front desk promised information on currency exchange. Never heard from them. They flat out refuse to give foreigners a reasonable amount of local currency. Also, was given inaccurate directions to DMart. Hotel said it’s a safe walk there. Most foreigners have no clue how to cross a busy multi lane road in India. It is not the same as in the west. Room was average. Exterior for nicer than interior spaces. Hard to get staff to wait on white skinned people in dining area.

This is a great hotel with very comfortable rooms and an incredibly friendly staff. The food is excellent. It's a great location close to the Hitec city and it is very easy to get around via Uber. This is my first choice for a quality hotel in Hyderabad.

I liked the service it was outstanding. The bar tender on the second floor Pavan Kodagali went above and beyond what we asked of him. He fixed any issue that came up and very quickly. He spoke excellent English which made it so much easier to explain issues. The location was so close to two big malls you could walk to.. I honestly can not say anything bad about this hotel. If I had to it would be there isn't a Le Meridien where we are going next year. t

Beautiful well maintained hotel. The staffs were amazing. Vishal and Krishna at the Turquoise were superb. The good quality food and overall service was excellent. The only Small remark I would like to make is all the good items and menus were very spicy. People with health conditions had no options. For sure we will come back to Le Meridien.

The entire staff at Le Meridan has been absolutely wonderful with their kindness, helpfulness and hospitality. The food in each restaurant, Jade, Turquoise and Jaspers has been so delicious. The serving staff in Jaspers, Sneha, Biswa, Naveen and host Rupesh just made the dining experience so enjoyable. Was suppose to leave today but decided to stay a couple extra days.
