We had a wonderful experience Breakfast was great with some different offerings. Enough to get us started before exploring. Beds were comfy. Staff was polite. The hot tub and yes the sauna , only a few hotels have them, were a great addition. We'd recommend staying here, and we would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, and other options. Close to Munising. Plenty of parking. Elevator is slow but there's only two floors. Seemed expensive but might have been due to when we stayed there.

My husband and I spent two nights in the one bedroom suite, which we loved. We arrived early and they were very accommodating and got our room cleaned as soon as they could. We used the laundry facilities which we desperately needed. Everything was in working order and clean. The included breakfast was ok.

This was a good hotel, seems like a bit of an older property. There is no pool, but it does have a hot tube. At the time it was working but did not have a chance to use it during our stay. The staff was friendly and made the check-in process easy. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, it was not the greateast nor the worst. Had your typical items to choose from. This is an area that can be improved upon.

The hotel was clean, rooms and beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate; but the fresh fruit they provided were apples that were not so fresh - I bit into one and it was bad. Had to throw it out. No pool, just a large jacuzzi & sauna. Still, it was a decent hotel.

This was an older American Inn, etc. that has gone independent. Everything worked, rooms were fairly clean, but has that " older hotel" smell to the room we stayed in. Breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle machine, yogurts, etc.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in on a road trip! Very nice staff, family run with care. Our room was standard size but the furnishings were new and everything worked. There’s a surprisingly large breakfast included, which we only ate once but was just fine to start the day. It’s not deluxe, but it’s a good base for activities in the UP.

We would definitely stay there again. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The grounds were well taken care off. The bathroom was extremely clean which was a very pleasant surprise. The bed was perfect for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was the normal items, but they seemed to taste much better than a regular restaurant. The person that checked us in was extremely friendly and very courteous. We had a wonderful vacation with a hotel that was not as expensive as other hotels in the area so we could spend more around the area.

Not our favorite place to stay. The tub did not drain properly when showering, and the air conditioner didn’t work well. The room got to be 77 degrees. When I approached staff about it upon checking out, he was not apologetic but instead said the ac needed to be kept in the low 60’s to work properly. When speaking about the tub not draining correctly he said “oh there was probably a hair clog.” The positives: The breakfast was ok. The room was clean. The staff was fine other than being dismissive at check out.

The hotel is an old one. It has been remodeled and is very clean but there are no "frills". The pillows were nice but the comfort of the beds was a 6/10. It got the job done but we didn't spend extra time in the room.

Really enjoyed the property, friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate. Air conditioner had only one setting that worked so never shut off. Was loud. Additionally there was a kettle corn smell that was quiet noticeable.

The front desk guy was very pleasant. We ended up having conversation about where my tiny town was back home in Alabama. He knew we had cheap gas in Alabama. It truly is a small world sometimes. Pleasant experience.

After getting off my Pictured Rocks thru hike earlier than anticipated, they allowed me to check in early which was greatly appreciate! The recliner was a nice surprise and very comfortable to relax on after a long hike. Bed was solid 4 stars out of 5. Only nitpick was the AC didn't have a mode to enable the fan to stay on AND the AC to kick in. I like a constant white noise but needed the AC to work. Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a value priced hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my one night stay and would come back.

This hotel is located the next town over from Munising, the main city location when visiting Pictured Rocks. It’s about a five minute drive into Munising and stay here will save you a little bit of money. Plus, the hotel offers an impressive breakfast, multiperson/spacious hot tub, and sauna. All of which are perfect after spending the day hiking in the area. Other positive points: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, easy parking.

Nice, clean establishment. Check-in easy. Beds are very comfortable. Only complaint: continental breakfast was 7-9:30. We went to breakfast around 9am and most selections were depleted and never replenished.

The staff was nice. The hotel was very clean. They did have some hot breakfast which included biscuits, gravy, eggs, toast, waffles, fruits, bagels, and a few other things. The price for the night very reasonable. The only downfall was the beds are a little on the hard side they would be a lot better if they had some type of toppers on them but over all very great place to stay. I definitely recommend staying there as I will be back in the near future.

This hotel was a bit dated with limited amenities. The breakfast window was very short was a very small breakfast bar for the demand. Check-out time was also very early at 10:00 am. Our air-conditioner also didn't seem to be working that well. Other than that, this place was clean and suitable for a quick stay. The staff was also kind.
