The room was spotless…super clean! Amenities were great. And staffs went the extra mile to decorate the room as it was my birthday. Kuddos to all the staffs…polite, friendly & super helpful!

The experience was simply amazing! From the time of check in, to the birthday surprise during breakfast, the staffs made the stay a cherished one. Kudos to all, you guys at Marriot have truly made my weekend special. Will definitely make marriot my choice again when I come to batam!! 🙏

A special thanks to Ms Gracia who attend to my check in and check out of hotel. Her warm welcome makes me feel so great during my short staycation. And to all other staffs, they are all so polite and friendly. Keep up the good work! Definitely will visit again
