Wow! What an absolute gem of a property in Las Conchas. Everything was perfect. We had ample towels. The decor is upscale compared to other homes on that strip. We will return to that home with much gratitude that it exists!! Thank you

This house is amazing! Great location with perfect views! The layout is great for everyone to have their own space and privacy. Everything is just as it appears on the listing. This place was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some down time.

Steps away from the beach. Lived the 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outside patio was awesome to just sit and stare at the ocean. Lots of tide pools at low tide. Appreciated the umbrellas, kayaks and beach games. Great stay! And will be back. Office for key pick up and drop off right on the way to the home. Love the dog painting at the entry way. Super cool the proceeds go to barbs dog rescue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor tub was clean and in good working order, there's three kayaks available along with a full closet of beach amenities. A great fit for our family in a beautiful location.
