Poor customer relations, staff can't act on their own to resolve. Little pool but British Swim School took up 3/4 of the pool. Staff arguing in hall Rooms not ready, it took 2 hours for second room

Booked as was Nice newly renovated property close to a shopping area and close to 404 highway offering 2 QBeds . Good amenities - pool , TV , bkft -Staff working hard and friendly . Issues 1. Parking - very limited spaces and told to park in vacant lot across street or on street by front desk . Didn't sound safe despite police station next door … 😳 so this limited our movement to ensure we had a spot . 2. Bkft on both days - , no hot water for tea on day 1 and ran out of most cooked food - no hot items and no fruit at 8 30am on Sunday ( Bkft from 7-10 am on w/e ) and issues at Bkft on Monday at 800am ( Bkft from 630- 10 am - weekdays ) no bread and when asked - were brought - items frozen and few cooked items were stone cold as not kept warm , Disappointed as had to then go and look for bkft out x2 . VERY Important - housekeeping highlights in this hotel - offered only M- W- F- Sat and not offered on other days unless urgent request .Animal friendly - so if you like having dogs ( yes - more than one and not service animals ) present at bkft area - sneezing and shaking themselves while u eat - Enjoy ! Will not be returning for these reasons . 😒

my girlfriend didnt end up staying the night she said the sheets were dirty and there was a leak in the washroom. i had to book another hotel, which is Holiday Inn just so she felt comfortable.i wish i could get my money back and i also have picture of the room.i need a refund

Had a two queen bed room which was very small. Bathroom very basic, bathtub floor had a creak. Stayed five nights and room cleaned only once. Ran out of toilet paper, hand soap and towels. Had to go to front desk to ask for these items a couple of times. There is not always somebody at the front desk, so had to wait to find staff. Hotel seems to cater to large groups and although breakfast had a lot of choices it was often very chaotic and busy running out of items often. Bed was very comfortable and was able to get a good nights sleep. Would not be my first choice for next stay.

I was hopeful, but sadly disappointed. The hotel is only 2 years old and it already looks 20 years worn down. The fabrication looks very amateurish and drywall repairs unfinished. The floors are already creeking/cracking like an old farmhouse floor would. The shower was incredibly disappointing, like a dribbles of water and the water took forever to get to warm - not hot, but warm.

We could hear every step that the guests above us took. The ceiling and floor created the squeakiest environment and impossible to sleep. This can’t be the first time you’ve had this review. There should be compensation returned……..maybe this is why this was the last room available. It should not be offered. We have a video if you haven’t experienced it yourself.

Our room had the side table of the bed ripped out of the wall, it was very warm despite adjusting the thermostat, and we were on the main floor, so a bit noisy. On the plus side, it was reasonably priced and convenient to the highway, restaurants etc,. So not luxurious by any means but it was adquate for our needs.

Unfortunately found our room noisy. Doors banging, lifts etc and noise from hallway in general. Needs soft close toilet seats too. Other than that, clean, staff helpful and what we needed for a one night stay in Aurora.

Staying with a hockey team and their families can prove challenging at times. This was not one of those times. The staff were quick, kind, supportive and efficient. From check in to check out we were met with kindness and support. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean throughout the 3 days of our trip, thank you for that. Pool area was well maintained and towels were always available. We booked the meeting room to host a team dinner which was a great way to end our trip. The front desk staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel quiet while still allowing the kids to be kids, we were pleasantly surprised by this. Lastly, Guy at the front desk worked wonders to move my family to a more comfortable room a couple hours after our arrival. This was no easy task in a completely sold out hotel with 6 teams staying in it. Thank you for your hospitality. We will continue to choose this property when travelling South.

Very professional, courteous helpful receptionist named Brenda greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. I was travelling with my 90 year old dad and we were pretty tired from our train ride from Ottawa followed by our Go Train journey to arrive in Aurora. I was annoyed about booking through hotels.com because I am not technologically inclined….she remained kind and professional and explained the billing process. That same evening I had an issue with an Uber order and went down to see her to help with canceling a $64 charge for 2 burgers and shakes! Brenda took over my Uber app and managed to get the order cancelled….she showed patience and persistence in trying to resolve my issue. I appreciate her going over and above to help me even though I was quite flustered and in a little bit of a panic. Thanks Brenda! You made my stay much more relaxed! lol….

Overall it was great. Location is kinda isolated but its fine. The hotel felt clean and new. My only complaint is that the side door to exit the hotel was right next to my room and it was loud when it open it sounds like some one was entering my room. and when it closes it loud. Other than that i would come back again

This property is located right by the 404 and has lots of options for shopping and food. Easy access to Richmond Hill/Markham. We were here for a baseball tournament in Richmond Hill Very well thought out property and clean. The staff were amazing. This is on my list of go to for anytime we need a hotel in the area. 5 star

Fantastic hotel with clean and modern rooms. Stay was very comfortable and room amenities were on par with other hotel brands (competitable with four star hotel room amenities even). Only downside is its location being somewhat secluded, so a car is required to explore the vicinity or restaurants. Otherwise it's a great staycation choice.

The mattress was excellent! No back pain waking up! The food was not consistent— eggs were excellent yesterday, terrible today. Eggs were dry, overcooked and chopped up into crumbles!! Cook had no idea how to cook scrambled eggs. Yesterday they were moist and fluffy. Everything else was good.

Hotel room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was included in price of the room, however it was awful. Food was spare and cold. We had to go looking for plates. No forks. A fight almost broke out over the last of the hot food and the staff didn't seem to care. The hotel is nice. Go out for breakfast.

Excellent hotel,very polite and patient staff,quiet. The pool room is heated,although didn’t like the lifeguards for the slide much as they were staring a lot. The breakfast is excellent, it’s very clean and tasty. Coffee/tea machine is available 24 hrs. The whole set of clean towels was brought to our room upon request. The hotel organized watching the game in lobby with pizza for the guests (even though we didn’t participate,it felt as a warm gesture from them). There is winners,Dollarama,Walmart and other stores within 10-15 min walking from the hotel.

Breakfast area setup isn't right with food everyone wants in the corner. They need to remodel that area and make it easier for guests to access the breakfast. They would also frequently run out of plates and cutlery...Seemed to be slightly understaffed but not terrible...just some simple improvements could make things better. Other hotel guests agreed with the bad layout mentioned above.

There were a few families at breakfast time so the Bacon and Eggs went quick, just a bit of an inconvenience as we needed to be put the door . The staff did great at replenishment. If there was any advise it would be, be more proactive and time your refills to reduce wait time. All in all Amazing stay. Food was great.
