Convenient location just opposite to Iconsiam. So classy, spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful open view of the shopping mall and the river. Staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool on a higher level so you can enjoy a spectacular view while relaxing.

新しい施設で場所もとても近く、アイコンサイアムに直結で便利。暑い梅雨時期でも天気を気にせず、遊べてお土産も買えた。バスタブはないがシャワーで十分。家族5人だった為、2部屋予約。隣同士でリクエストしたところ、夜中の到着だが可能だった。朝食もおいしい。プールは利用しなかったが、綺麗ではあった。子供の朝食は、別料金だった為、あとで支払いをしましたが、そんなに高くなかったです。リバーサイドのディナークルーズを予約していたので、徒歩で行けて便利だった

新設のためタクシー運転手は認識していないし、近くに系列ホテルがあるため間違えやすい。スタッフが足りていないのか初日は室内清掃がなかった。廊下は絨毯敷だがゴミが目立つ。アイコンサイアムに近いのと18階だったため花火がよく見えたのがせめてもの救いだった

The stay has been great until today. I came back to the room this afternoon and there was a strong smell of the paint, I am allergic to the smell of paint and it gave me instant headache. I told staff, they came over to put air purifier in the room but the smell still there. I have to put the mask on while I am in the room and I can still smell it.

It's a beautiful new hotel, i would give it 5 star. The location is great, the staff are welcoming and very professional and smiles. The river view is a bit far from the hotel but still nice. Breakfast is quite nice and very tasty. The beds are very comfy and the towels are new and very big. Thanks for a very nice 40th anniversary decoration and cake and personal blessing card, we were excited to find out all those surprises at arrival. We would come again for sure. You have made us very happy. .

Excellent front desk and fantastic staff at the restaurant!!! Breakfast is superb! Clean food market beside the hotel, a luxury mall (ICONSIAM) connected to the hotel's building, plus a shopping center in the hotel's building. Taking a taxi is easy and safe. An excellent family choice!

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was the best accommodation for me. It was a trip with just my 5-year-old daughter and the best part was that it was connected to the ics mall which has cheap but high-quality marts, food courts, massage and nail shops, and the famous iconsiam. The room was also clean, the water pressure was great, and the water drained well. Up to this point, it was a perfect 10. But the best part was that on the last night, I fell in front of the hotel and had to go to the emergency room, and they helped me perfectly with the initial response (they provided ice packs and bandages themselves), even providing a wheelchair, and even recommended a late check-out first. (I didn't do this because I had a vehicle reserved, but I was so grateful.) Fortunately, I didn't break a bone and thanks to the perfect initial response, I think my pain is recovering quickly. I'm so sorry that I couldn't express my gratitude properly because I'm not good at English. I'm so grateful to Mr. Gun who kept taking care of me. I didn't see all the names, but many of the staff members really helped me. I'm so grateful.

Lovely hotel and good location for iconsiam but getting to places on the other side of the river not so easy due to constant traffic Good gym Great breakfast room and options Biggest issue was slow checkout and no checkout invoice . As they take a holding deposit they announced it will take 2 weeks to release - ridiculous

새벽에 체크인했는데 너무 친절했어요. 방이 깨끗하고 침구가 좋았어요. 조식은 변화가 별로 없지만 적당했어요. 위치가 너무 좋아요.한국 기준 2층에 아이콘시암으로 연결되는 다리도 있고, 이미 주상복합으로 밑에 쇼핑몰이 연결되어 있어요. 여러모로 너무 편리합니다. 그리고 제가 옷장에 신발들을 넣어둔 채 체크아웃을 해서 파타야로 와버렸는데 제가 요청하니 바로 파타야의 숙소로 소포를 보내줬어요. 계속 메신저로 소통하며 소포를 보내줘서 너무 고마웠습니다. Premsuda와 manit에게 감사를 전합니다. 다음에 방콕에 가면 다시 가고싶은 곳이에요.

We were very delighted to find how conveniently located this hotel is. Both BTS and the River Boats are just walking to them. The connections to Icon Siam is very nice with all the shopping and restaurants availability. The breakfast restaurant on the 9th floor is very well run, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay.

Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for a lovely stay. The staff were so welcoming and provided excellent customer service! I booked a room with breakfast for 3 nights and the food selection and variety was great! Room was always spotless clean and they provided 2 free water bottles and 2 towels daily.
