Birches Mudgee

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Birches. It's a short drive from the town centre but very quiet overnight, although depending on wind direction you can hear traffic start on the highway before dawn. The amenities were top notch, the breakfast fantastic and the hosts very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I wish I had arrived earlier to enjoy the beautiful big bath tub! Having a cup of tea in the morning sun surrounded by the lovely spring garden was a great way to start my day. Thank you!

Beautiful rooms with excellent mattress. Lovely common area with a very nice continental b'fast. Will have to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beautiful pool area.

Lovely big rooms with great bathrooms. We were in front room and the lights on the archway need to be turned off. great staff, would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast. Very hot in room during night. Air con seems to be on a timer. Hot water seems to take a long time to come through and very hard to maintain a comfortable temp. Beautifully presented and apart from the above minor things very comfortable.

Charming hosts, lovely garden and the pool was a delightful addition.
