We arrived later than planned and was a little challenging to find our room in the dark. The windows were open when we arrived, and our unit was smoky causing us to cough a lot from wood burning hot tubs smell. The room and bed were comfortable. Did get a little overwhelmed with all the instructions for our stay.

The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people. The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. I had to talk to someone in the Philippines about charging the security deposit to my credit card. There is no private balcony or patio. The tree houses have one set of stairs and an elevated walkway connecting 5 cabins The business idea is glamping, with buildings on an open meadow. We had expected a more secluded setting in the woods. The water in the hot tubs is cold and there is an extra charge if you want the water heated before your arrival. Overall, our impression was that the Tree houses are overpriced with no personalized service and the closest restaurant 15 minutes away.

We had about a 40min drive from Rochester Ny I had booked the Treehouse cabin 1 night for Father’s Day upon our arrival they was finishing cleaning up our cabin one of the staff members gave me my key once I got in the cabin it was beautiful came with some cooking equipment and utensils bathroom was nice the hot tub was dope even with neighbors we felt like we was the only people there everyone was respectful I will definitely be back and next time for a longer stay!
