Nova Highlands Hotel

Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with children or anyone with health concerns. Basic cleanliness and safety should never be compromised. Very disappointed that this was even listed on a platform like Expedia.

The hotel is very inconvenient. Check in 1 building and stay the other. You have to park at 1 building and the room is on the other. Rooms only have a fan in the living room, no fan in the room. Cleanliness is ok.

Room was spacious. Toilet and beds were clean. Room service was extremely poor. Didn’t change and clean up the room even after we called them. Charged us for extra pillows!

There’s smelly on the corridor and the parking is annoying because of every distance to redeem the parking. Overall everything is fine. Thank you
