Started off with a couple of problems but the staff handled the situations quickly and extremely professional. After that the stay was excellent

Some of the staff were not very helpful and body language implied annoyance at being bothered to hand over coffee for the room. Ice makers were supposed to be on 2nd and 3rd floor but ended up on 1st and 2nd. The one on the 2nd did not work and when I told the front desk they said it did. So when I walked up to the one on 1st floor, i tried the one on the 2nd figuring they may have fixed it but nope, it did not work. seemingly others my partner talked to had similar less than successful necessary encounters with the front desk.

Dirtiest room i have ever stayed in. It had a serious mold problem. I requested a new room and it was equally as gross so I kept the origional room 206. Stains on everything. Everything was damp and had mold growing on it. The tv was broken. I chose not to eat the free breakfast because I assume their kitchen is probably even worse since you cant see it. I went to Walmart and bought mildew disinfectant. I left the room cleaner than I found it. Never been more glad to check out before

The check in receptionist was very rude and when we finally got to our room there was no shower curtain and the room was COVERED in mold and bugs. It was humid and damp in the whole room. I'm very surprised they haven't been shut down by the health department.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Everything is neglected, old, and dirty. I had to be moved to another room because the air conditioning and the refrigerator were not working. Unfortunately, the second room was not any better. The sink was falling apart, and the shower had a small curtain that did not prevent water from leaking out onto the floor and reaching the hallway. The door’s additional security lock, which prevents someone from opening the door from the outside (for example, cleaning staff), was broken. The room smelled strongly of dampness and had a lot of dust, which caused a severe allergic reaction. Finally, there were construction workers hammering at 7:00 a.m. every day during my stay.
