When I fly into LaGuardia, I stay at Voco. The rooms have a modern feel, and I love that they have an electric teapot and a fridge in the room. I drink lots of tea. The beds are comfortable. In the building is the Rooftop, which is not part of the hotel. I feel they are a little more pricey for what is served. However, the staff at the hotel itself is excellent. I was greeted with joy. The cafe in the lobby is cute. A few things to make it a better stay: The air conditioning is super loud and can get too cold. This is not a soundproof hotel; I could hear a baby crying for a while.

This hotel was a hidden gem. That staff was courteous, the room was clean and it’s perfectly situated in college station next to a great neighborhood with convenient local stores. We were only here for one night but this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The room was clean and minimalist. The problem is the location. It is a building that shares multiple restaurants and a karaoke bar. The music was so loud well past midnight, people were outside in the parking lot chatting and I could constantly hear the shuttle backing up into the parking lot. There was a coffee maker in the room but no straws for mixing cream and sugar, an iron but no ironing board. I could hear the guests in the lobby coming in and out and smell the food at breakfast in my room. Needless to say I got no sleep and was beyond ready to leave. I wouldn't recommend staying there if sleep is actually important to you.
