Nice quiet location very close to lots of food options. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. It was mostly clean, older art and wall coverings were dirty and poorly installed. Breakfast was great. The pool was lovely though the area of the pool was dirty and there were never towels out there.

A large Holiday Inn, clean and comfortable. Huge parking lot. Not many walkable restaurant available. Went to the Ruby Tuesday next door and had a below average meal. Had two over priced drinks at the bar. No dark rum to be had. Breakfast is not free. Limited, high priced breakfast menu. Went to a Waffle House down the road.

Stayed here for 3 nights for softball tournament. It was a good stay. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and clean hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot with other teams especially after a long long day playing ball.

Rooms we're Beautiful until I go and check the air conditioner which was infested with ants or termites...than area on the nightstands ants/termites all in my cup along side of the walls this was the only draw back with my stay. Please get it exterminated ASAP. VERY DISSATISFIED!!

When we checked in, the blinds in our room we’re off the track and would not open. Not a huge deal. Later on we put our 2 year old to sleep in the bed and while we were watching tv out of the corner of my eye I see a 2 inch cockroach about 6 inches away from my heat on the bed. Terrible experience.

This is a beautiful, brand new hotel with spacious and clean rooms and a really nice outdoor pool.We generally loved our stay but there were two, the hotel is close to I-20 so lots of traffic noise through the night and also during the day. A white noise machine may help with that or just turning the AC all the way down! The second thing we noticed is the majority of the check in and kitchen staff who helped us at breakfast were foreign born, had strong accents and often either didn't understand us OR we couldn't understand them.That's unacceptable, if you work in the USA you need to speak English. Or how about hiring Americans instead? We might consider this hotel again when we travel to Atlanta but the loud noise through the night and difficulty communicating with staff are a strong con against staying there again.

The building was like new, room very clean, nice shower, staff was nice. The breakfast was a hot breakfast. Sometimes, continental breakfast means waffles are the only hot item on the menu. They coffee and juice, eggs (the carton eggs but were ok), sausage, biscuit and gravy (was very good). I was happy to see a gluten free cookie, and they had the usual cereals and breads. Coffee and fridge in the room. We actually stayed two different times and there was chicken sausage one morning. That was very good. The bed was a bit too firm for me so I slept on the pillows on the bed. Room 225- the blackout shade wouldn’t go down and the light was shining in the room all night. We didn't have that problem on the third floor. Both times were very quiet. We could hear the traffic on the interstate but was steady and did not hear neighbors in hotel which is more important to us. Would definitely stay again, but will get help with the blackout shade the next time.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only downfall was our room was on the side by the interstate and you could hear the traffic all night. Also, the 2 gentlemen that checked us in were in tshirts (nothing saying they worked for the hotel)not dressed professionally like the lady was that checked us out. No name tags and had their computers out. Not sure if that s normal thing here.

Clean room and bathroom. The staff was excellent, friendly and made checking in and out easy. The mattress was too firm for me but I like a soft mattress. The amenities were great. I appreciated the extra towels and laundry bag. I wish there was patio seating outside the dining area by the pool. They have a great space for it.

We liked everything about the property except the light function thing and the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt like an inconvenience to the people at the desk. One lady was doing embroidery when we arrived and I had a lot of questions about the area and she just didn’t seem like she wanted to help me out. One night when we returned, the guy at the desk didn’t even acknowledge us. He was watching something on the computer. It was not a welcoming environment at all.

We absolutely loved out stay here and definitely will keep it in mind the next time we are in the area. The property was well taken care of. The staff we interacted with when we arrived was outstanding. The staff member that was at the front desk when we left could learn from the evening staff for sure. All in all it was great and we will return for sure.

The desk clerk would not accept our hotels.com reservation. We paid in full with a gift card and a credit card and he refused to accept this even with documentation. We had to cancel and get a refund and pay with credit card on site.
