Staff did not know who I was or where my reservation was. I had no place to park my rental car because it was not included in the price nor was it clear that parking was extra. The after hour host nor the staff could get me into the garage and they did not know were I could park locally or if my car would be towed. The area the building was in was a restricted area needing a card to even enter the neighborhood. It was very anxiety provoking and frustrating with no one having local knowledge to even answered basic questions. Worst check in and follow up experience I have ever had and I am 68 years old and a world traveler.

It was very important that I called a week ahead to pay for parking and to make sure a lockbox was ready for us when we arrived after midnight when no one was at the main desk. I had to call again before we got on the plane for our lock box code. It was close to the subway entrance. The pool was in a different building and it was closed for maintenance. The main reason I picked this location was the pool for our son, he was very disappointed.

The location was great. The property was clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. However, they did not provide enough towels and toilet paper (bring your own). Also, kitchen supplies were minimal. They gave us coffee, but no filters. If you want to park on site, set that up with your booking. It was a pain to add it afterwards. Some reception staff were not helpful at all. Overall, it was a good place to stay and a good value. But, bring some essentials, if you don't want to buy them there.

This property was great, there was a pool table inside the apartment building that we were staying in which was a plus! The studio was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small market and the train and ferry right there. However, the pool and other amenities were in a different building. We were also not informed that we had to request parking before hand and when we finally received the parking pass the garbage door was broken. Communication was also not that great because when trying to reach customer service they were not on site so they couldn’t do much to help.

This property was in the exact part of Boston we wanted to be near family. We were able to easily walk to several dining options and the T. Neighborhood felt safe, with a large waterfront park next door. We prepaid for parking, but as we arrived early, we parked on the street, and just never got around to moving our car over. (Though you would need to on weekdays). The rental was a queen studio with sofa, tv and full size kitchen appliances. There was a nice gym and pool onsite. As we were out all day, we only used the bed/bath but I am sure must people would enjoy the amenities. Reasonably comfortable bed. Typical modern bathroom. Nice linens. Quiet. Our room looked out on a grassy area. The concierge desk staff was helpful. My only minor complaint is the strong air freshener scent on arrival which did not dissipate for hours. We will book here again when in the area

The space was big as shown online. I was disappointed not to hear about the discounted parking option until I checked in Thursday night. There is a parking garage close by, but it's expensive. I wasn't able to connect to customer support until the morning, and it took until Friday night for me to receive the discounted parking pass, but I checked out Saturday morning so I didn't get to take advantage of that. Otherwise, the apartment was spacious, clean, had what I needed. The bed was old and lumpy, as was the duvet. Kitchen was spotless.

I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!

If you’re looking for an apartment not a hotel room, it’s a good choice. Good location just off the waterfront in East Boston, just yards from the Boston rapid transit system into the city centre Choice of supermarkets and restaurants locally so there’s everything you need nearby. But you need to accept you don’t get hotel services, so other than key collection there is no reception service etc. Expect to also be a bit confused as to where to collect your key. For our apartment the door was just by the Portside mini-market. It’s also got very easy access to the airport, but you can’t hear any airport noise. There’s also the ferry across the harbour from the end of the street. The surrounding area is clean and tidy, and the area around the station quite vibrant. Our studio apartment was a good size, well equipped and perfectly cleaned. All appliances worked fine. We had no issues. We stopped there as part of a trip to run the Boston marathon, and it was ideal. For a studio I would say it’s pretty large and could easily be the size of a 1 bedroom proper apartment. Just don’t expect hotel services, and reading other reviews if you do have any issues you may need to be patient. No issues for us. It’s clearly a largely residential development, but we found the other residents friendly and welcoming. We tried the Reel House & D’Parma restaurants nearby, both excellent. Enjoy your trip to Boston- it’s a great city!

It was a wonderful stay! room is clean and spaceous. I was just surprised on the setting, it was more of like an apartment than a hotel. Google took me to a different entrance and not the actual one. Parking can be hard so better book in advance. Overall I liked the stay, Adding extra standing mirror would be nice! But everything is wonderful! I would definitely book again!

This is an entire apartment near the airport. There is public transportation nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. The front desk is not always there. There are several building and several entrances which make it a little confusing. Was dropped off at one side entrance, walked to the front, then the front desk person walked me to another building into the back entrance. But when I left I left out of the front entrance. So yeah, that was very confusing. Otherwise my stay was pleasant

There was weird stains on the beds. The shower floor was dirty. The unit smelled like cigarettes, even if it is supposed to be a smoke free building. Really bad communication has we paid for the parking but when we arrived they did not accomodate us with one. When we tried to reach them, they only reply back to us 24h later and asked us to pay the parking fees again. Really bad experience. We could here everything above us and in the corridor.

Amazing location right by the water, quiet building and clean. But the furniture is really uncomfortable, particularly the couch which is the only seating, it’s a pull out bed so the entire sofa sinks in low. The bed isn’t solid and easily slides off the frame just by sitting on it. We also had a delivery order stolen from the front desk area.

The room was big , beds cpmfortable but the airn onditionner did not work and the room stayed warm the whole teip which was disappointing. The facilities were great and accessible . The syaff was not very helpfull to help us find the parking or fix the A/C

This was the perfect stay for what we needed. It was what we expected. The pictures are very accurate. Highly recommend the garage parking. Easy access to room from garage. The T is super close which makes travel around the city super convenient. Would stay at the same location again but would try to request a room with a view of the harbor/city.

Confusing that I had to send photos of my credit card to Global Luxury when I paid through hotels.com. Hard to find the check-in desk because there are several buildings in the complex and the given address brings you to a side door that you can’t enter without a key. Instructions should say to follow signs to the leasing office. Great location, so close to the ferry and maverick T. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There is no safe in the unit and maintenance entered the apartment while I was out to change the air filter. I wasn’t given any notice about this. The unit I rented was very close to the side entrance which has auto-close door which was very loud every time someone came in and out. Wouldn’t stay there again, only positive is the location.

Horrible service. I called several times before arriving to make sure they would leave the keys for us before leaving. When I arrived I was given a key that had no access as it was not activated . I was locked out of the room and had to sleep somewhere else. I tried calling Churchill group and nobody answered. Worst service I’ve ever had .

First off, a few minor improvements on their communication could GREATLY improve the ongoing issues people report. Second the washer and dryer stopped working in the middle of the first wash leaving me with a heap of wet clothes to wring out and try to air dry throughout the apartment. Called after hours emergency number and they said a repair person would be out next day….we stayed three days and never saw anyone and could not get ahold of anyone by chat message, email or phone. Although the unit is in an apartment, the staff do not respond as it is a type of rental and they are only there for the full-time residents. So you’re out of luck since the company itself that rents the unit doesn’t respond. Having a wash washer and dryer to do laundry was the whole reason why I rented this place. Other more minor issues included several light lightbulbs out in the bathroom, the bathtub drained so slowly that you have to stand in water ankle deep by the end of a shower. One positive was the neighborhood. Being by the harbor was scenic. The amenities for the apartment complex were available, although most were in the neighboring building so you had to walk across the street. But still nice to have access. Also good access to the subway.

Staff did not know who I was or where my reservation was. I had no place to park my rental car because it was not included in the price nor was it clear that parking was extra. The after hour host nor the staff could get me into the garage and they did not know were I could park locally or if my car would be towed. It was very anxiety provoking and frustrating with no one having local knowledge to even answered basic questions. Horrible check in, not enough guidance for guests, no attendance after 5 p.m, the reservation doesnt even include the actual name of the property, late introduction email to guests, customer service who is not based in US doesnt know exactly where the property is. There are no shades in the room for privacy. All in all the property needs a lot of improvements for user experience

Bed and sofa was old and not very comfortable. Very small tv for the room. Only one set of towels. Finding the place and getting the keys and parking lot was another challenge. Concierge was the least knowledgeable and least helpful.

No desk clerk to check in. Waited 4hrs til the cops came and treated us like we were trespassing! Left and had to book another suite for another 7days. Still haven’t seen a refund and no one responds to my inquires. I’m seeing a lawyer about this

If you’re looking for an apartment not a hotel room, it’s a good choice. Good location just off the waterfront in East Boston, just yards from the Boston rapid transit system into the city centre Choice of supermarkets and restaurants locally so there’s everything you need nearby. But you need to accept you don’t get hotel services, so other than key collection there is no reception service etc. Expect to also be a bit confused as to where to collect your key. For our apartment the door was just by the Portside mini-market. It’s also got very easy access to the airport, but you can’t hear any airport noise. There’s also the ferry across the harbour from the end of the street. The surrounding area is clean and tidy, and the area around the station quite vibrant. Our studio apartment was a good size, well equipped and perfectly cleaned. All appliances worked fine. We had no issues. We stopped there as part of a trip to run the Boston marathon, and it was ideal. For a studio I would say it’s pretty large and could easily be the size of a 1 bedroom proper apartment. Just don’t expect hotel services, and reading other reviews if you do have any issues you may need to be patient. No issues for us. It’s clearly a largely residential development, but we found the other residents friendly and welcoming. We tried the Reel House & D’Parma restaurants nearby, both excellent. Enjoy your trip to Boston- it’s a great city!

This property was in the exact part of Boston we wanted to be near family. We were able to easily walk to several dining options and the T. Neighborhood felt safe, with a large waterfront park next door. We prepaid for parking, but as we arrived early, we parked on the street, and just never got around to moving our car over. (Though you would need to on weekdays). The rental was a queen studio with sofa, tv and full size kitchen appliances. There was a nice gym and pool onsite. As we were out all day, we only used the bed/bath but I am sure must people would enjoy the amenities. Reasonably comfortable bed. Typical modern bathroom. Nice linens. Quiet. Our room looked out on a grassy area. The concierge desk staff was helpful. My only minor complaint is the strong air freshener scent on arrival which did not dissipate for hours. We will book here again when in the area

This was the perfect stay for what we needed. It was what we expected. The pictures are very accurate. Highly recommend the garage parking. Easy access to room from garage. The T is super close which makes travel around the city super convenient. Would stay at the same location again but would try to request a room with a view of the harbor/city.

It was a great place to stay! So close to lots of delicious restaurants, beautiful waterfront walk, and the Maverick Station…and only one stop away from the airport. The concierge was very friendly and helpful and there was a great specialty food shop right next door. I will stay there again the next time I am in Boston!

The room has everything that you need, clean, modern, and comfortable. I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!

I loved that you can walk to the bar to grocery store, walk around the property safely. I didn’t like the stomping above, or you have allergies during this time of year walk with medication, the manure was too much for me. But overall I had a great stay l, Will definitely do again

In the amenities it is very misleading regarding parking. No matter what it claims it is the expensive option. They claim that it is not a choice. Also, toilet paper is complimentary if you would use more than two rolls you need to go to the market. There is no kitchen towels. The cable stopped working because of unpaid bill. When we called to report it they heard a dog barking and then accused us of having a dog and was going to charge us. We were on the ground floor by the courtyard where people walk their dogs plus our neighbor had a dog. The appartment was newer but cheaply furnished. Across the street was the bay with views of downtown. Easy access to water taxis. The tall ship across the street is very expensive for drinking and eating but has lots of cornhole boards.

There were a few places to eat near the pier the view of the city was amazing and the tall boat was great for food,dancing and drinking however the vibe is younger college kids. I did enjoy the few places we visited to eat. The parking was horrible, We received no directions and it took us an hour to find someone to check in… I was left with two keys and no directions. I managed and once the sun came up an employee at the front desk named Craig was very helpful. The bed was so uncomfortable I would recommend getting a new more comfortable mattress for the amount we paid. All in all we made the best of it and everything else was okay. Lastly no TV directions I had to purchase Netflix on my own. This was not the best stay provided by Expedia. I was disappointed.

One of the first things I checked was if the windows would lock since the unit was on the ground level. I found six of the eight windows unlocked. The windows behind the bed I could not lock. This is when I found how dirty the area of the window locks was. It was covered in dust. The baseboards are dirty and the kitchen needs supplying with more cooking tools like a cookie sheet, pair of tongs, and a dish drain. The iron was leaking water, and the hair dryer died. They replaced both of these but the ironing board had been damaged by someone before us and it was bent to a point it needed to be replaced. It was not replaced by the time we left. The unit just needs some repairs (slow water draining from the tub, window lock repairs for safety) and a deep cleaning from top to bottom.

The room was simple, clean, and the location was good. The check-in process was hard because there was no one at the desk to let us in. I had to call and wait on hold for a bit to find someone to come to the door to get the process started. With that being said, parking was easy and the room was clean and safe.

Great location with amazing views of the skyline. Close access to the T. Plenty of storage available in the bathroom and kitchen. Found food and a hair on dishes that we hadn't used yet. When I arrived to check-in during normal hours, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes for front desk personnel to return to their post (they were on lunch?) and check me in.
