Room was clean but the toilet seat was broken, the water was cold not heating up and the beds were hard

Excellent lady at check in. Amazing customer service skills & very clear she enjoys her job. Very secure area. Room was exceptional on cleaning. If ever thru area & need a place this is your go to place. There is a Subway next door as well as a Road Ranger T/S. Only really 1 place on a Tuesday to have sit down meal is Family Diner. Excellent place as well. Would rate hotel 10 star if could

Basic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morning
