Older hotel in OK a condition - card key in door was hit or miss at times

Worst hotel to stay. Very dirty. All these decent reviews but clearly not correct. Stucko falling off room ceiling and half of it missing. Hair still all over bathroom from previous guest. Room always super stinky. Just overall gross place. Should be a run down motel.

The rooms and beds were comfortable and quiet the staff in the hotel and bar were extremely friendly

The room was nice and comfortable. The facility looked dated. It probably was quite the happening place in its time. There is a bar there with a limited menu. The bartender was nice and served us food even though it was 9 p.m.

The fact that the bed was comfortable, it's the only good thing I can say. The entire facility either needs a honest renovation where there are no shortcuts and there are not parts of the building that are not unused and outside gets a facelift or the entire complex needs to be bulldozed. The renovation work and subsequent fixes such as tons of caulk in the bathroom or doors that have been hatching it so they will close The need to use your room key twice just to get inside the building before you even get your room is ridiculous. The breakfast is an utter joke. They only had enough sausage gravy maybe from one serving they had one hard boiled egg in a tray that was not refrigerated, and the eggshell was cracked, definitely not safe to eat and I couldn't even get a half a cup of batter to make a waffle, the juice machine only dispensed water, leaving a jug of apple juice, which is the cheapest juice you can buy, inside on a small refrigerator the biscuits for the sausage and gravy Were horrible. That was just nothing edible there. And you couldn't say anything because there was nobody at the front desk. And definitely nobody working in the breakfast area. And driving on their property will definitely test your shocks

Room was fine - clean, in good shape, and comfortable. Exterior is a little worse for the wear. Breakfast was also fine. Reasonably priced for a decent place to layover while traveling.

They have a gym with 3 machines… (only) and no pool or anything for children

We had booked & paid for 1 room with king bed for 2 nights. (4/14/23 & 4/15/23) However, after watching cockroaches climb on our clothes & run across the bathroom floor that first night I was CREEPED OUT! But, it was late & husband was already asleep, so i decided to stay that first night. When I got into bed I noticed something on the floor next to where I was to sleep. IT WAS A BUG TRAP FULL OF COCKROACHES & MISC BUGS!! I could not sleep!! We left in the morning (4/15) to attend my nephew's Celebration of Life memorial. After we returned to the hotel I went to the office to get a refund on the 2nd night (4/15/23) The hotel clerk refused to give me a refund! He offered to move us to another room, but I refused due to cockroack infestation!! He told me I would have to contact Expedia for a refund. SO, HERE I AM DEMANDING A REFUND ON THE 2ND NIGHT SINCE WE NEVER STAYED AFTER OUR RUN-IN WITH ALL THE ROACHES!

Room was clean but was supposed to be accessible for those who have a disability. NO GRAB BAR AND NO SHOWER BENCH IN THE TUB!! Really?Also, no hangers and no facial tissue. My husband had to wait until our next hotel to get a shower. Disappointing.

And driving on their property will definitely test your shocks

This was an overnight stop during a trip to West Virginia. The location was easy to find right off of I-64, the room was clean, comfortable and the check-in staff was very friendly and professional.

My daughters were very disappointed about breakfast. The bagels were soggy. No juice The batter to make waffles was sparse. They ask to bring me a breakfast to my room because of handicap but was told it would be a ten dollar charge for carry out. The rooms and other services were ok.

Roberts wife here... so its wifey, not Robert. Desk clerk was an absolute butt head... Scanned our credit card despite the fact that the room was booked & paid for on-line. Absolutely refused to give us a recepit listing what charges he had made. I sarcastically asked him if he wanted me to call the Police Dept. And he laughed, saying go right ahead, they NEVER do anything!! I asked him again to please give us a receipt and he refused, saying that it was a $50 security deposit in case there was any damage done to the room BUT they always credit it back the next day. He laughs again and then says "and it usually shows up a few weeks later." He then tells me we arent registered guests so we needed to leave his lobby. WHAT?? I have never been so frustrated in my life. The audacity to refuse a receipt AND try to humiliate me by saying "I don't care who you tell, I run this motel and what I say happens." I simply went back outside and broke down in tears. Thankfully the Sherrifs department officers were wonderful. Both deputies said that the motel was at the top of their troubled businesses and they respond there frequently due to similar complaints. You KNOW it was a bad choice to have gone there when the staff sargeant says "I would sleep in my truck in the Super 8 parking lot before I would go there and deal with that shady place." Ya, ya... Another lesson learned the hard way. Its going to be a while before we go back to any of their motels.
