半強制カンヅメだったのだけど、一言で言うと居心地が良いホテル。これで館内にコーヒーかお茶でも飲みながら一服できる家フェテリアかラウンジがあると完璧なのだけど、贅沢言わず目と鼻の先の珈琲専門店に行けばいいだけの話。

前回同様、非常に快適に過ごせました。ただ、前回も感じたことですが、1階エントランス入口が車路となっているため初めての方にはホテル入口と分かりづらいかもしれません。駅からペデストリアンデッキを通ってこられる方は2階がフロントの方が便利な気がします。今回滞在したお部屋は1202号室でしたが、業務用のエレベータの音なのか空調の音なのか少し気になりました。今回は3泊でしたがオプションの朝食はいつもおいしくいただきました。町田・相模原・海老名方面で仕事の際はまた、お世話になりたいです。

駅から徒歩で10分弱でアメニティも部屋の中にあり平均的なビジネスホテルです。施設が古いせいか暖房MAXにしても寒かったのでこの先冬にかけて宿泊するときは用心かも‥朝食はビッフェ方式でしゃぶしゃぶからアイスクリーム、フレンチトーストもあって満足でした。あと施設内にコインランドリーありません。直近でも10分弱の道のりだったので断念しました。

We stayed for 2 weeks. Hotel is close to the train station and hundreds of stores and restaurants.Everything is within walking distance.Next door there is a supermarket. We chose corner rooms that had plenty of space for 2 people. Great amenities and clean rooms, great views from 11 floor. Highly recommend .

いつもお世話になっているホテルですが、今回に限ってですが、トイレは前の人の汚れが付いたまま、パジャマは裾の方にシミが付いた物、コーヒーカップ２つ中の１つは、汚れが付着していて、とにかく嫌でした。こんな事は初めてでした。

冷蔵庫が故障しているのか、調子が悪いのか全然冷えなかったです。12階？で氷が頂けたので、もらってきて対応しましたが、フロントに伝えそびれてしまったので、次のお客様の為にも確認願います。玄関近くのスタッフの方々に質問をした際には丁寧に対応して頂き、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。どうもありがとうございました。

Booked a non smoking room, but got stuck with a small smoking room that really stunk. Unfortunately hotel was full and unable to switch rooms. Staff was very friendly and the rest of the hotel was clean. Close to shopping and food.

The hotel has some good views. Room in general was clean. Breakfast was excellant. It was unfortunate that the only available rooms were smoking rooms. I booked anyway because the rest of my party was staying there. Now that I know the area better, I would have picked a different hotel rather than stay in a smoking room.

びっくりするくらい壁が薄く、隣の部屋の冷蔵庫を開け閉めする音まで聞こえた。連れと共にZOOMをする用件があったが、これでは近隣の部屋に筒抜けなので部屋の変更をお願いしたが、聞き入れてもらえなかった。お安いので寝るためだけに泊まるならオススメですが、部屋で仕事などをお考えでしたら、やめた方がいいです。

快適に贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。広々とした部屋、大きな窓で景観も素晴らしく。建物の古さは感じましたが、今まで泊まったことのないグレードの部屋だったので大満足です。一点、朝食を終え部屋に戻る前に、レストラン内で立っていたらスタッフの通り道を塞いでいたらしく、「そこを通りたいんです」と声をかけられました。ホテルのスタッフの言葉遣いとしては相応しくないと感じました。でもまたぜひ利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

お部屋も充分広く過ごしやすかったです。ただ、予約時喫煙の部屋しかなく、仕方がなく選びました。匂いが漂っていて、吸わない私には気になりました。今の時代前日禁煙でも良いかと思います。それ以外はよかったです。レストランも美味しく頂きました。ありがとうございました。

チェックインの際、予約の名前と領収書の名前を変えて頂きたいとお願いしたところ、そちらのチェックイン機で自動チェックインし、支払い後に予約の名前の領収書を渡せば変更していただけると思っていたら、明日のチェックアウトの際にお渡しします。との事でした。変更前の領収書を渡し、宿泊代を払っている上、他にチェックインしてる方も居ないのに、チェックアウト時に渡す？朝の忙しい時に、その為にまたフロントに並び二度手間ではないかと思いました。

We stayed for 2 weeks. Hotel is close to the train station and hundreds of stores and restaurants.Everything is within walking distance.Next door there is a supermarket. We chose corner rooms that had plenty of space for 2 people. Great amenities and clean rooms, great views from 11 floor. Highly recommend .

駅から少し離れているが、立地環境は良い。中型スーパーが隣接、部屋広め、部屋の向き、景色、良好。残念なのはシャワーカーテンが汗臭い。レストランの雰囲気は良好。朝食は価格高めで品数が多いが素材は?のブッフェ、連泊は向かない。フロントでハサミの貸出は出来ないが、安全の為？！目前での使用はOKだった。

お部屋も充分広く過ごしやすかったです。ただ、予約時喫煙の部屋しかなく、仕方がなく選びました。匂いが漂っていて、吸わない私には気になりました。今の時代前日禁煙でも良いかと思います。それ以外はよかったです。レストランも美味しく頂きました。ありがとうございました。
