This hotel is terrible. Never ever book this place. You will regret later. It is in very shady and scary place. No front desk. You need to do everything online.

I specifically stated 3 persons for the night. While the sofa worked as a makeshift bed, there was no blanket for the 3rd person. The whole room had a musty smell and bidet not working. The showers at the pool were broken.. Since I prepaid and had to travel over 24hours, it's nerve wrecking to arrive in klia with no instructions to find the place. The check in instructions were detailed but came quite late after asking for directions twice.

If you’re flying and need to stay near the airport, then I think it’s ideal. Clear, relaxing near shops and restaurants.

Our flight was delayed twice, so by the time we arrived it was very late but the security guard was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bottles of cold water in the fridge were a relief to see. We had everything we needed, just a shame we didn't have more time to make use of the facilities available.
