Easy parking great in room jacuzzi

The property is private and quiet. This property certainly lives up to its name, this is my second stay at this property and from start to finish they were welcoming and accommodating as I arrived a little early this trip I was able to get early check-in and the room was beautiful and clean and well decorated with amazing views and peaceful scenery. I can’t recommend staying here enough. Room one had a jetted private Jacuzzi tub and it was clean and comfortable and obviously well maintained. I will certainly be staying again.

Very nice property. Easy check in. We were very happy that they offer a breakfast with coffee, tea and juice. With actual coffee cups, plates and utensils. Pool was very regal. Nice fountain and a beautiful deck that takes you out to the dock and the other side of the street is the ocean. Beautiful place for a romantic getaway. Will recommend to friends.

When we checked in we didn’t have any hot water in shower. Management informed. Second night fight in hallway. A lot of cursing. Elevator was in operative for 2 days. Third day still no hot water in shower. Management couldn’t seem to rectify problem. We checked out on day three.

NO HOT WATER and NO FULL REFUND! My husband and I are locals and came for an anniversary weekend overnight in a jacuzzi tub room. After spending a day at the beach we tried to shower and had no hot (or even warm) water. Called the help number and were told to run the water for 10 minutes. It still was not warm. After talking with them for about 30 minutes they said they would send someone to fix it. We left for dinner (sweaty and sandy from the beach) and came back and still no hot water. On the phone with the help desk again and they said someone was on site fixing it and to run the water again for 10 minutes. The water was still running when a person stopped by 15 minutes later, touched the cold water and said nothing could be done until morning. We said we were leaving and wanted a refund, she said she did not have the authority to do that and would have to talk to someone in the morning. We left the crappy hotel and went home. WE were only there 5 hours. Texted the resort help desk the next day about the refund and they offered 15%. After going back and forth through texts for over an hour they finally gave us 50% back. Keep in mind we were only there for 5 hours and could not shower or use the jacuzzi tub because they had no hot water. THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT OR RECEPTION ON SITE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Nice, quiet and relaxing 2 night stay. Loved the 2 small pools. Everything was clean and the complimentary continental breakfast was convenient. Also, the restaurant just next door was an added plus. Will definitely visit again when we need a quiet getaway!!

Pleasantly surprised with how nice the room was, the hot tub was a nice touch, the surrounding area added a relaxing feel on top of everything, and the service was excellent.

The room, view and service were lovely. The bed is a bit hard. Breakfast was Oatmeal, granola fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins and fruits etc. The peir was beautiful and Ms. Virginia was top notch!

Door took nearly 2 people to open and close. Parking really tight. Ice machine needs an upgrade. Spa side should at least be warmer than pool side. Not fond of canvas divider on balconies. Honestly if these were remedied, the experience could be much better!

THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. IT has a mansion type feel to it. The rooms / bathrooms are super nice. The breakfast was solid with fruit, yogurt and bangles. Coffee was delicious. There’s a dock that you can walk out on. Maybe 200 ft long. Has a nice little swimming pool. It’s small but it works. Great place for pictures and recharging. The walls are alittle thin. Remember this a mansion style vibe. Parking a little tight but not bad. Super easy check in. The public beach access will be about a 10 minute walk. Give this place a stay 🌴

Only two towels in bath. Hair in shower. Sheets were wrinkled. Not sure if washed. Uncomfortable mattresses with foam top. Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast no protein. All breads or sweets. No hot breakfast. I expected more for the price. Checkin with access code. No interaction with anyone at property.

Very clean relaxing beautiful sunsets, wood antique furniture . Staff was wonderful , helpful and very nice if you need anything they were there… will definitely return . come back again

Great choice for a relaxing getaway on A1A in Crescent Beach/Matanzas River area. Bed was comfortable and room was huge plus the balcony was a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset. It was a nice walk to the pier and a cool breeze while we were sitting there.

The room was tight but compy joverall. The furniture over welemed the size, a bit tight.

I did expect the hotel to be nicer than it was.. in its day I think it was beautiful, but the room was super crammed with two queen beds and we couldn’t even use the wardrobe because the doors were too close to the bed. There was no other storage for clothes. The beds were uncomfortable and sheets we oddly crunchy. The breakfast was bagels and toast and substandard coffee and that’s about. It would’ve been nice to have some sort of protein available since we were kind of off the beaten path ..we ended up having to drive into town each morning to have breakfast. We saw a staff member there, but she never addressed us. She was always on her phone. I would not stay there again.

Loved the attentiveness of the staff! And the atmosphere was like a bed and breakfast! Wonderful place and we will definitely stay again in the future!

The property is very nice and our room was nicely decorated but was very small [the smallest room we’ve stayed in since booking through Expedia] and because Anya [who was helpful when she was there] is only there from 11 am - 8 pm [when we were out and touring] so these hours did not work for us. Communication mostly takes place via text with sporadic response, so it is extremely impersonable. The housekeeping staff are lovely but there is a language barrier so they need to use a translation app to try and answer questions/requests. I would not stay here again.

Small hotel which is perfect for us. Great location and views of the sunset. Next door is local restaurant. Very nice breakfast buffet. Easy drive to St Augustine. Only slightly negative comment is the contactless feature is a little extreme, barely any human interaction.

This property is horrible. Parking lot not big enough for bigger trucks and SUVs. Customer service IS HORRIBLE

The interior decor and room furnishings are extremely charming and unique. Our room and views from the balcony were beautiful. Viktoria 'Vic' was the real star of the hotel. Friendly, charming, and so eager to make our stay special. We will definitely stay at Bliss by the Sea when we return to the St. Augustine area.

Second time staying here. Loved the room and the place. It's very xharming. The area is conveniently close to a lot of beach accesses and dining places.

The property was amazing! Everything was so beautiful and clean. Perfect place to stay if you’re not looking for a busy hotel. Extremely close to the beach, Crescent Beach, which is a lot quieter from the rest of Saint Augustine. I was surprised that there was no beach access in walking distance though. I thought it was interesting and unique that a beach hotel was completely filled with Asian decor. An amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Very luxurious especially for the price. This hotel is pretty much by itself for its location. It’s on the riverside, but the public ocean access is just a mile down the road. It’s close to St. Augustine too. I loved the spacious room and quiet location.

Breakfast room offered many options. Comfortable room.

Was told I had a room that didn't exsist. Called the desk at the actual hotel. Was told I had a room west facing. I am from this area and know how beautiful the sunsets are, so this was important to me. I wanted two beds in the room and view of inlet. They do not have any rooms with two beds except for the bottom floor. One room has no windows. The one we were in had had a window to the parking lot on the east side, cars right next to it. Cars woke us up throghout the night and morning. Two pools are hot tub size and there is not a bar. Breakfast 7 to 11 am. Went at 10:30, coffee empty. Everything had been put up except for a awful egg casserole. They really did not care when I complained. There two days and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will never go back. Some of the furniture had holes. I have photos but I am having trouble uploading. Beautiful dock is only good thing at this place and looks like outsiders use it also
