The house was absolutely amazing. It was extremely clean and tidy! We had never seen any properties as spotless! The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool and outside of the house lovely. We met the dad of the owner who came to water the plans and trees and he was very friendly! The owner also came to clean the pool and swap the outside patio. We definitely recommend it if what you would want is a very chilled, quiet stay! It’s about 25 minute drive to Palma and about 40 mins to the south east Calas. The only down side is the bins are quite far out and you need to drive to the drop off point. The owner comes to collect it but I think we might have missed it. Nonetheless, lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a really nice week of peace and quiet!

This villa is great for those wanting an idyllic Mallorcan retreat. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Owner visits on a Tuesday and Friday to clean pool and take any rubbish. Pool isn’t heated but we took a dip several times (it was a little chilly). Only minor negatives were the location (Algaida is nearest town 90 mins walk away) but you know this when booking. We hired a car which was ideal for getting to beach and Palma. The kettle was full of timescale and needs replacing (not ideal when making baby bottles) and the curtains were very thin and even with the shutters we needed the blackout curtain I’d brought so baby would sleep. All in all and excellent stay if this is the type of holiday you’re after.

The place was so peaceful and so beautiful, also really close to Palma which was a must for us. I do recommend having a car as it might be difficult to get Ubers or taxis but it was all worth it!
