Peolpe who work for front desk were so rude they should be trained to be kind to the guests.It was the worst experience ever.

Quiet hotel with parking. Close to public transportation and local attractions. The staff were excellent and spoke English which I greatly appreciated since my Japanese is horrible. Many dining options in the hotel and close by.

Suprisingly, very spacious, very good arrangement of beds and sofas. Decent onsen available is another big credit.
