Loved this hotel, room size was ok-comfortable bed-lots of amenities provided at lobby- good size bathroom- love the design of the hotel in general. Indoor/outdoor Onsen were gorgeous and spacious… loved it. They also have a sem-traditional dance performance every night- we watched it, very talented, but probably a little more for kids. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel and all about it! Great service with lovely staff, beautiful rooms, extremely comfy beds, lovely breakfast and on top of all there is a beautiful public bath!!! Just wish I would have stayed longer!

Safe area and excellent shopping options. Room was dark/poor lighting. Flashlight didn’t work- house keeping didn’t clean tub or mugs. The overall temperature of the common areas could have been cooler.
