très mauvaise expérience hôtel extrêmement mal organisé parking compliqué trop d’entrées trop de sorties des ascenseurs partout on perd un temps fou juste pour comprendre comment circuler le personnel est clairement le gros point noir accueil froid aucune sympathie communication très difficile au téléphone au point qu’il faut se déplacer pour obtenir une réponse correcte j’ai demandé à changer de chambre alors que l’hôtel semblait presque vide et on m’a demandé de payer un supplément aucun geste commercial aucun repas le soir sauf le vendredi donc si vous comptez manger à l’hôtel en semaine oubliez la chambre ne donne même pas l’impression d’être dans un hôtel mais plutôt dans un appartement mal entretenu couverture beaucoup trop courte pour le lit fenêtres sales et ménage franchement insuffisant au vu du prix je m’attendais à un minimum de service de confort et de propreté malheureusement le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais je ne recommande pas

Everything was fabulous. Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Convenient parking: very close and under cover, although a bit expensive. Not happy that bar closes esrly, at 9pm, although they stayed open an extra half hour so that we could get a 2nd drink !

First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels. The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern. The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail construction that is going on in many locations in Jerusalem, so it was nice and quiet.
