The parking lot is trash, trucks took up 3-4 spots not enough

Comfy stay. We were swayed to stay here by the pool, but the water didn’t seem to be that fresh/clean. Our room also did not have conditioner in the shower which was necessary after the pool. The breakfast kind of made up for it with the waffle maker!

Love the they had a grill and outside seating

Everything was great except two things. The biggest complaint is the chlorine in the pool. Our kids were in pain from the chlorine getting into their eyes. The second complaint was the bathroom door. They really need to have a handle on the door to help slide it. Otherwise we had a great one night stay.

There wasn’t enough parking! Well there was but there was a truck and trailer taking up 4 spots, instead of him parking on the service road, single cars had to park on the service road. Other then that great!

Very friendly staff, checkin was fast and easy. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Pool was clean and well maintained

I like the indoor pool

Overall, my accommodations were great, but there were a few things I did like. The lobby had a wet mildew smell to it, there was only one working elevator and the hallways were extremely hot. The rooms was comfortable and cool. The bathroom was nice and clean. I was able to sleep very comfortably in the suit.

I reserved 2 rooms. 1 room air stopped working in the early hours of the morning. Also the girl working that night gave us dirty and damp towels to use. She wasn’t helpful or friendly. The breakfast was not good. They didn’t have everything out and available for us. The worst experience ever and one of the elevators stopped working also the girl lied and said my rooms were side by side but they were not.

Hotel was great rooms were big and clean breakfast was ok staff was friendly the only true complaint I would have is the amount of chemicals/chlorine in the pool. It burned our eyes and damaged my girls hair pretty significantly.

Family overnight stay to rest for drive home. Room overall was spacious and good. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Luckily I travel with cleaning products so I wiped down all high touch areas and cleaned the bathroom.

Very comfortable. Clean and presentable. Doggy area was not being kept clean.

i arrived with my 4 young children. The clerk said room would be ready in an hour. we waited 4 hrs in the lobby!! he then yelled at my 3 year old for jumping on the sofa. what do you expect after 4 hrs! When we did get the room a dirty sock and used hand soap was found. we called the front and put the sock outside our door. Next day it was still there!! nasty and mean people

Establishment as a whole laid out good. Rooms are large and nice. Unfortunately the complex as whole very dirty

At first the room was impressive. However , there was at least 1/4 of dust everywhere. Like no one has been in that room in months. They have dishes in the room for guest to use. However , they were dirty ( 1 had mold on it ) . Unfortunately, one my children spilled orange on the kitchen floor. I went and got light tan cloth and Wiped down the spot the towel turned black. Bottom of the toilet , around the bowel was dirty. I had to clean this whole room. And when i told them to see if someone can at least vacuum my floor and mop the kitchen . No one came in to do that till the next day. And they have to have more rules with the gues with dogs. There was poop on the sidewalk and dog food. And no one cleaned it up till the next day after i had to report it.

Nice and new hotel. Everything looks great from the inside and out. However someone vomitted in the parking lot next to the pool area and well no one cleaned it, gross right. Also the elevator broke while we were there, bathroom lock broken in my room, hair in the shower when we got there, vent covered in dust, bathroom fan was intermittent, could only use one shower door the other was stuck shut, and apparently the staff says the city was it is working on pipes in the area so our last night smelled like one big fart in my room all night. Oops almost forgot night 1 it all started when my wife got out of the shower walked out barefoot stepping on something that was on the carpet and not thinking it could be nothing more than dirt she wipes the bottom of her foot off and then goes to wash her hands and what did she get a woof of, yup you nailed it smelled like poo!!! OMG gross so after some investigation I located a small pebble of poo placed in in a napkin for the front desk. Obviously to no surprise they did not want it either. So ultimately as far as it goes here. I hope they get better. Service related though TY was helpful and very Courteous.

The maid never came to clean even after going downstairs to request multiple times

As an avid traveler, I’ve stayed at many hotels, but unfortunately, Home2 Suites left my family and me disappointed. At first glance, the room seemed tidy. There were fresh towels, and beds were made. Yet, when we lay on the bed, the pillows smelled unpleasant, as if the pillowcases hadn’t been changed, it was the smell of head sweat and drool. We ended up checking each one, because there was no way, it was horrible! After calling the front desk, we were given replacements, but the experience left a very negative impression. When we first complained about the pillows, the front desk offered to send maintenance to re-clean the room. At that point, we declined because we only wanted fresh pillows, but had we known the rest of the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, we may have considered it. The shower had not been properly cleaned, there was dirt on the wall, hair, and food crumbs left in the kitchen area, including inside the microwave and fridge. Utensils were left wet in the dishwasher, and some still had food stuck on them. The desk and countertops had smudges on them, and the bathroom floor was sticky. We thought about leaving for another hotel, but after a 10-hour drive, it was late and we were too exhausted to move. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. However, overall, the cleanliness issues made for a disappointing stay.

Only minor things I would suggest be paid attention to are refilling the containers in the shower- went to wash my hair and the shampoo was empty! Lots of fingerprints everywhere and even handprints on the headboard of one of the beds…. Ick. I used a towel to wipe that off. I’ve stayed here before and will again.

Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, cheerful. The hotel beds are so firm they were uncomfortable. And the shower heads chosen for this brand new hotel were a major disappointment. Such low water pressure it led to extra long showers just trying to rinse shampoo out of hair.

Stay was OK, water pressure was awful! Breakfast options were limited but enough to not starve.

Large size of rooms and amenities.

Overall the hotel and its staff were amazing. The hotel is brand new, the accommodations were clean and pristine. The staff - super friendly and welcoming. My disappointment was in the mattress only. The hotels.com website and the hotels own website misrepresented the comfort of the bed itself. The term “pillow topped mattress” was used repeatedly. After a long workweek, “comfort” was what I desperately needed. Unfortunately, “comfort” was not to be had. The quality of mattress and the level of comfort it lacked was no more than that of the low end mattresses you’d buy in a retail store. The first night, I expressed my disappointment to the front desk and was informed all mattresses in the hotel were from the same line. I would have switched to another hotel altogether but was unable since a refund wouldn’t have been available for 5-7 business days. If an extremely firm mattress with zero comfort is what you prefer, then this hotel will meet all your criteria. As mentioned in the beginning, everything else about this hotel was superb.

The kitchen was well appointed for short stay meal prep. Clean and modern place (it looked like a new build). Close to shopping needs. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast options.

Everything was clean and the grounds were exceptional for dogs. Rooms are spacious . Walls are thin so you can hear a lot of doors opening and closing and people walking by. But all in all a great stay

Easy to find from highway, new and clean property. Room was very large and smartly organized. Lots of smart touches like many USBs, powered shades, a great kitchenette with a full fridge and plates/utensils.

Overall Ok, water pressure was awful in the two different days we stayed.

The staff was incredibly friendly. They all remembered my kids by name. There is s media room with TV and games. The rooms are spacious with a kitched and ameneties. There are restaurants and a shopping mall within 5 minutes of this hotel.

Shower pressure was terrible.

What I liked about the property was the lobby and outside seating area. Very colorful, comfortable and inviting. However, the front desk staff member… not so inviting. I called hours prior to my arrival to find out if we could check-in early since my better half and I were driving from NYC for an event in NC that started at 4pm. Our arrival time stated 12pm, so I called before 8am and was told that there were no rooms available for early check-in, as the hotel was booked to capacity the night before. I have no choice but to take him at his word, and after all it wasn’t close to check-out time yet which is 11am. We arrive at 11:45am and get the gentleman that I spoke with over the phone earlier. I say good morning and explain that I called earlier and was wondering if any rooms were available yet. The gentleman advised me there were no rooms available because EVERYONE was doing a late check-out and housekeeping hadn’t gotten to any of the rooms yet. I asked if there might be anything available before 3pm and his reply was “potentially” with an air of smugness that was very off putting. I decided to end the conversation by politely asking to use the restroom. Imagine my surprise when I walk inside of the single use restroom and there’s not a single piece or roll of toilet tissue! Ahhh, I guess housekeeping hadn’t gotten around to anything on the hotel grounds and with the hotel at full capacity the night before, all of the guests must have used the lobby bathroom! 🙄

Overall very pleasant experience. Diamond was great at the front desk

i arrived with my 4 young children. The clerk said room would be ready in an hour. we waited 4 hrs in the lobby!! he then yelled at my 3 year old for jumping on the sofa. what do you expect after 4 hrs! When we did get the room a dirty sock and used hand soap was found. we called the front and put the sock outside our door. Next day it was still there!! nasty and mean people

Our room lock would not work when we came back in that night. The maintenance guy could not be reached we were locked out for a bit over an hour. They offered us another room for the night but our stuff was locked in the original room … so not!! The next morning when we checked out they offered us points…. I asked for the room to be taken off for that night the person supposedly did it but i have not seen my refund. We had the room for 2 nights and I did not think I was asking too much for our inconvenience.

Check in went smoothly! Appreciated the ease of checkin with being tired after driving all day.

The room itself was actually pretty nice and roomy, the only complaint I would have is the water pressure in the shower is terrible. It takes forever to wash off and you never feel clean. The problem with this hotel is clearly the staff. The front desk person named Diamond is absolutely rude and obviously needs training in customer service. When we pulled up to the hotel there was a large area of vomit right in the front of the door. After unloading my vehicle it was still there even though several people pointed it out. The pool was also closed so I’m assuming that the person who left the vomit in the front probably also left it in the pool and none of the staff wanted to clean it up, however, I was told the pool was closed because the hotel was busy over the weekend and they were testing the water. When the pool reopened the next day it was so disgusting and dirty with hair everywhere that my 8 year old refused to even swim in there which was a complete waste because that’s why we booked this hotel. Overall the hotel could use some cleaning and maintenance and a definite staff overhaul. I will not be back and I do not recommend wasting your money here when there are so many more options.

The room was great other than the water pressure. However, the staff needs improvement; especially one of the kitchen staff. I was sitting in the lobby and I guess the front desk guy and kitchen guy didn't realize I was sitting there when I observed the rudeness and racial comments coming out of the kitchen guy's mouth. They need to be mindful of the guests in the lobby before the small talk cussing loudly and making racial comments about that "cracker a$$ mother f'er" when all he asked for was a coffee cup. Instead of telling the guest we are out of cups he is condescending to the guest asking the guest if he sees any cups. When the guest said no, he tells the guest "then, we ain't got any". He acted the same way when i asked for the waffle mix. He said " can't you see tge waffle maker is turned around?" I told him it wasn't turned around so then he walked over and turned it around. There's no reason to be rude to the guests just because the kitchen is short on supplies. I would expect better from Hilton. This same behavior went on for 3 days by the same kitchen guy to other guests asking for various items that appeared to be out of stock like no oatmeal, no waffle mix, no milk, but put out dry cereal, no yogurt, no juice. Breakfast selection really could have been better, but was better than nothing at all. There are much better places to stay if you don't mind a little drive.

The service was excellent. We needed a late checkout and the staff gladly helped us. The facility was very clean.

We traveled 10 hours to attend an affair. We arrived at 1:30 n needed to shower n change. We were told bluntly that we had to wait until 3pm n no rooms were available. However a member of the staff quietly told us there were rooms. Our group of 4 had to use a single bathroom ( lacking toilet paper) to prepare. NEVER before have i been denied early check in when rooms are available. We will NEVER book with you again. However on Sunday the front desk gentleman was very helpful while working the front desk n managing tbe breakfast buffet ALONE! Kudos to him.

Great new hotel in North Fayetteville…much needed. Friendly staff (Maria maybe), good breakfast, clean/new suites, away from downtown, nice fitness area. Adequate dining options on Ramsey street if you have a car. Fair price for what you get!

Close to highway, and Methodist University

In a good area convenient to Downtown straight down Ramsey. Close to 295 for access to mall area and chain restaurants.

The hotel has a great location, the staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. Still smells like new, you can tell is a new building. I will stay again in this hotel on my next visit to Fayetteville. Loved it.

Close proximity to many areas. We went to a baseball game, visited the Special Forces Museum, and did a little shopping while we visited with our son.

Location to Route 95 and Fort Bragg was excellent Staff very helpful, breakfast area wide open for everyone to sit and eat Very clean, inside and out

We had an amazing stay. Location is nice and quiet. Front desk employees and service personnel were great. Brand new furniture and appliances. Breakfast and parking included. Will return next time we are in the area. Sparkling clean. Totally recommend.

Excellent location

The property is well maintained and the grounds are nicely lit at night. The location is convenient to gas stations and other shopping. The hot breakfast was nice. The highlight for my stay was the staff. The staff was professional and accommodating from the time I checked in until my check out. This will be my go to hotel when I come back to Fayetteville N.C.

This is an amazing property and the breakfast staff was amazing. The food was also amazing.

Terrible shower pressure, shower gel was empty, horrible pillows with no support, hot breakfast was cold (I was there when it opened), waffle machine was broken. The list goes on. Not sure how this was rated over 9?

The bed mattress was uncomfortable, flat, and seemed old. The hot breakfast items were lukewarm to cold. I made several trips to on the elevator up to my room to heat up my family’s breakfast Also, I was told that hot oatmeal was only served during the week and sausage gravy replaced it on the weekends which made no sense to me especially since all of the toppings for the oatmeal was out for use. I was told that they were supposed to be used for the yogurt. With that being said, I would hope that you would give weekend guests the opportunity to choose between hot cereal items ( grits, oatmeal) and cold cereal. All weekend guests are not pork gravy biscuits eaters. If we want that we can go to the bojangles at the entrance of your hotel property. Lastly, the hotel sign at the entrance of your property is too small to see from the road. The bojangles sign is bigger and towering over it. Landscaping at the entrance leading up to the property and a larger visible sign would make the it feel more welcoming to guests.

The gym/laundry room is nice. The lift was slow. The breakfast was ok.

Nice clean rooms. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Made use of the grills outside. Definitely recommend.
