Kein Handy Empfang in der Lobby! Die Tiefgarage zeigt an, dass sie belegt ist. Ist sie aber nicht. Personal kann keine Lösung anbieten. Großes Hotel mit großen Parkplatz aber keine Möglichkeit zum Laden von E-Autos obwohl einige Mieter dort Wollboxen installiert haben. Warum das Hotel nicht?

What can I say - it's an Adina - i have stayed at them - all over Europe. Clean.. outstanding service. Great Location. Nice facilities - gym.. pool.. great kitchenette & washer.

Ok location but a 20/30 minute walk to the centre. Trains opposite are regular but you have to change. Room was disappointing, there was a smell from the sink drain & the shower is in the main bedroom not ideal if someone is sleeping in the living area. Pool was very small the pictures make it look bigger. Breakfast was nice but there was a limited choice.

Lovely big room clean and tidy. Close to a train station and 20 min walk over the bridge to the cathedral. Staff seemed friendly. Only inconvenience was having to queue to pay for drinks in the lobby when only one person on desk and large number of people waiting to check in.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung! Die Apartments sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die hohen Parkkosten von 32€ pro Tag.

Staff was excellent, especially Daniela. Beds were comfortable. Spacious shower! Pool was refreshing & sauna relaxing. Parking lot convenient but expensive 32 euros/day. Tram/trains located around the building. Took tram U 1 to Heumarkt & walked to Cathedral & Ludwig Museum. Oma Janßen Colonialwarenhandel has great pastries & delicious coffee drinks. Enjoyed our stay at the Adina!

Prima zakenhotel op een goede locatie ten opzichte van de Messe en het station. Ook het centrum is lopend of per tram snel bereikbaar. Ontbijt was oké, niet heel uitgebreid. De gym was en het zwembad zijn klein, de sauna buiten gebruik. De service/ontvangst was uitstekend.

The rooms were very clean and full of useful items. Our stay was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The swimming pool is a delight. A few extra courtesy items, like most other hotels, would be appreciated. The bar and surrounding area were strangely quiet, appearing closed at most times. We were not informed of the ongoing work near the entrance, either prior to arriving, or at check in.

Nous avons séjourné dans 2 appartement de 3 personnes. Les logements étaient propres mais sans plus. Sur le site il est noté 2 parkings (1payant et 1 non) et borne de recharge. Au final uniquement parking souterrain payant et pas de borne pour l'hôtel (elles sont réservée pour un autre bâtiment et doivent fontionner avec une carte particulière) Le personnel est plutot agreable mais aucun mot de français, uniquement allemand et anglais. Le petit dejeuner tres qualitatif. La piscine et le sauna sont les bienvenus apres une bonne marche. Hotel situé à 16mn du centre ville et de la cathédrale.

Kamer zijn mooi en ruim. Maar niet super schoon. Op de lakens zitten nog haartjes eraan. Wc bril is erg vies. De kamer worden niet schoongemaakt elke dag. Baddoeken worden ook niet verwisseld.

Appartement war top ausgestattet. Alles was man brauchte war da. Bett groß genug und bequem. Genug Platz für zwei Personen. Hotel schön ruhig. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt. Das Geschirr war beim CheckIn dreckig. Lippenstiftflecken an Gläsern und die Küchenschränke waren innen nicht ganz sauber. Musste alles erst mal spülen, Schrank auswischen, dann war ich wieder zufrieden. Und im Schrank hätte ich mir ein Regal mehr gewünscht. Sonst war alles Top.

Ich war schon öfters in verschieden Adina Hotels leider war ich diesmal nicht so zu Frieden das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber. Spiegel schmutzig,der WC Deckel war locker, am Boden Flecken und es wird wenn man es nicht extra dazu sagt nur alle 3 Tage das Zimmer gereinigt Fenster öffnen ist nicht möglich. Bis auf 2 Mitarbeiter waren sie meist nicht besonders freundlich. Dafür ist die Lage super man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Schade habe bis jetzt eigentlich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Tolles Hotel gut gelegen. Leider fehlte es ein bisschen an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Es lagen Flaschen unterm Bett und Flocken. Auch im Gang wurde an den Kanten nicht gesaugt. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht der Klasse des Hotels. Das Brot war an allen drei Tagen trocken der Bereich Aufschnitt ist sehr dürftig. Brötchen trocken und entspricht nicht der Qualität eines örtlichen Bäckers eher aus der Backstation aus dem Handel. Generell ist das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich.

There was no plug for the sink in the kitchen, dishwashing liquid or tea towel making washing up unnecessarily difficult on departure day. Overall I think it was over priced for what you get. But apartment style hotels with a pool are hard to find.

The hotel was quiet. If you want a party hotel, or you are one of those weird people who like the disco next to your bedroom, you might be happier elsewhere. For us, the privacy and tranquility was perfect. Our room was on the sixth floor and faced the courtyard. We did not hear any trains as some reviewers complained. The walk from transit is 5 minutes away. We managed to walk their easily with heavy backpacks/luggage and a 7 yr old. No big deal. The room has thoughtful design and plenty of functional space. The pullout couch was sturdy and not flimsy or springy. The toiletries provided were nice quality and vegan. The decorative toothbrush cups were not washed but it was a minor oversight as everything else was clean. This is easily one of the top ten hotels we've enjoyed. I wish we could have stayed longer than two nights.

First time using Adina and very impressed. Beds extremely comfortable. Excellent room arrangement including sofa, fridge, kettle. I used the pool first thing in the morning which was a bonus. Very good breakfast buffet included. One stop on S bahn to Cologne main railway station. A couple of OK restaurants nearby

The location was surprisingly good for being on the "wrong side of the river" - it's a short walk to the Koln-Messe Deutz rail station and from there just one stop on the S-Bahn or two stops on the U-Bahn to the city center. The room was spacious and accommodated my family of four very well. Washer-dryer and kitchenette in the room were very useful. We paid for breakfast one day and the spread was fresh and expansive. The only negative for me, and this may be just my taste, was that the pillows and bed were not especially comfortable. Both my wife and I had difficulties falling and staying asleep. So take from that what you will, but overall I have no problem recommending the hotel and will seek out other Adina properties if they are like this.

Je verblijft in een ruime kamer (studio) met een comfortabel bed en een zithoek. De badkamer met inloopdouche is in orde. Alles is net. Je kan je favoriete tv- of streamingsdiensten gemakkelijk op het tv-scherm casten. De kitchenette zou wat vollediger uitgerust mogen zijn. Je beschikt over een microgolfoven en een vaatwasser, wat zeker oké is. Maar met slechts één kleine kookpot (geen pan) wordt het moeilijk om een ontbijt of een lichte maaltijd te bereiden. Tip: voorzie ook een keukenhanddoek. Omdat er geen enkel venster kan kantelen, blijft de geur van het eten wel wat in de kamer hangen. Het hotel voorziet een poetsbeurt na drie dagen verblijf. Op zich is dat voldoende, maar de handdoeken zouden wat frequenter vervangen mogen worden. Het hotel is goed en rustig gelegen, vlak bij het station Deutz/Messe zodat je snel naar diverse plaatsen in de stad kunt (S- en U-bahn, gewone treinverbindingen). Het personeel is behulpzaam.

Great location near major public transport routes for the centre. Really cool and well-appointed hotel with a particularly nice bar and outside area. Fantastically friendly staff who were really helpful. Only problem was that our apartment was not supplied with coffee pods for the machine so we had to keep asking for them. Also when we requested the room be cleaned, it wasn't.

Exceptional from start to finish. We visited here as our first stop on a week long tour of Germany on our motorbikes. The ladies at reception were fantastic, recommending local places to eat and drink, writing the names down and circling locations on the map. Very friendly people and a great first impression for my first time in Germany! The room was super, comfortable bed and bedding, beautiful bathroom and plenty of space and appliances. We would definitely come back here if we came back to cologne in the future, which I’m sure we will!

A nice, clean, new property, however we had no hot water on our second morning and it wasn’t rectified until after we were required to check out, so cold showers during a German winter was not pleasant. Front desk staff were polite and apologetic, but with the price paid for this room, a discount or remedy should have been offered on the spot for such a significant service failure.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was great. We were there for games com which is conveniently next door with restaurants surrounding it. 15 minute walk to the cathedral and great shopping. What I would have appreciated if the hotel would have let me know that the garage was not accessible during games com. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

The location was surprisingly good for being on the "wrong side of the river" - it's a short walk to the Koln-Messe Deutz rail station and from there just one stop on the S-Bahn or two stops on the U-Bahn to the city center. The room was spacious and accommodated my family of four very well. Washer-dryer and kitchenette in the room were very useful. We paid for breakfast one day and the spread was fresh and expansive. The only negative for me, and this may be just my taste, was that the pillows and bed were not especially comfortable. Both my wife and I had difficulties falling and staying asleep. So take from that what you will, but overall I have no problem recommending the hotel and will seek out other Adina properties if they are like this.

Prima zakenhotel op een goede locatie ten opzichte van de Messe en het station. Ook het centrum is lopend of per tram snel bereikbaar. Ontbijt was oké, niet heel uitgebreid. De gym was en het zwembad zijn klein, de sauna buiten gebruik. De service/ontvangst was uitstekend.

The hotel was very nice, very comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. However, the hotel is currently in the middle of a huge contruction site and was extremely difficult to find. I had to walk down temporary paths, dirt tracks and on the road itself. Coming home from the the opera the first night I saw lots of rats scurrying in front of me. Not the hotel's fault but they could possibly come to arrangement with local authorities to signpost their hotel better. It took me nearly 2 hours from main train station to find it! I was exhausted and stressed by the time I arrived.

Tolles Hotel gut gelegen. Leider fehlte es ein bisschen an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Es lagen Flaschen unterm Bett und Flocken. Auch im Gang wurde an den Kanten nicht gesaugt. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht der Klasse des Hotels. Das Brot war an allen drei Tagen trocken der Bereich Aufschnitt ist sehr dürftig. Brötchen trocken und entspricht nicht der Qualität eines örtlichen Bäckers eher aus der Backstation aus dem Handel. Generell ist das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich.

Hotel is in good proximity to the train station. As walkers, we enjoyed crossing the Hohenzollern Bridge everyday with its iconic views of the cathedral and other sights along the Rhine. From the hotel, it is less than a 1/2 mile to reach the Old Town. Our room was clean with a huge bathroom. Amenities were sparse but staff very responsive whenever we needed anything.
