It was a little over priced for such an old hotel, no signs of were the entrance is and not very welcoming entrance. The gal that checked us in didn't even tell us about breakfast and wasn't very friendly. No hot tub and pool was dirty, definitely showered after getting back to room

The room was great, the bathroom was clean, the free breakfast was great. While swimming in the pool, noticed there was something on the bottom…Somebody had an accident in the pool, a number two happened… It was brought to the attention of the front desk attendant, this was at about 8:30 PM and it still had not been cleaned up by breakfast time the next morning. Somebody’s number two was still sitting at the bottom of the pool… The hotel room seemed very clean and the free breakfast was good. Although you might want to stay out of the water!

This room was huge!! It was right off I-90 so super convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived really late but there was a Shari’s nearby open 24 hours so that was nice. I thought the price was a little high for that time of year but overall, a nice place!

For a quick place to crash it was fine, the bed was broke, smelled like someone smoking marijuana all through the halls and in the bathroom. You can hear every movement of neighbors and hear everything outside. Pool was slimy and dirty and the front desk is overwhelmed as it seemed they do not have enough staff especially for a busy weekend.

Front desk staff and management are very friendly and helpful. However, on a multiple day stay my room was not replenished with towels or toiletries consistently without me asking. And the one day I asked for my bed to be changed because I would be give all day the housekeeping staff declined to complete my room. I’m happy with most of my stay, but not the way I always have to ask for room to be serviced.

The room was fantastic and the front desk was so very great! There was a fire scare at the time of check in but didnt have to wait long and the front desk gal was super about it all. Same with the manager that arrived very quickly. Super happy with everything

The staff was amazing and friendly, and the room was clean and decorated nicely. The pool was clean and the food was good—some safety concerns though. We were given an occupied room in error. I felt awful for the poor mom and son whom we walked into while they were sleeping in bed. There was an altercation that required police involvement on site (no fault of the staff or hotel and doesn't affect my rating) but just out of precaution, I had my daughter safety latch the door while I went out. When I got back, I forgot about the latch and keyed into the room and opened the door, the latch did nothing to stop the door from opening and pushed right open. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!

Cons: directions to hotel try’s to send you to another place. Not sure if it’s because it use to be Shilo inn. Also, pool was not on service. Pro: great staff, was allowed to check in early both stays, dining and gas stores close by. Rooms were spacious for king studio and double queen.

Exterior entry doors were not locked around the building. Limited housekeeping staff. Stayed 2nights with no housekeeping. Shower didn’t work, corroded with hard water. Breakfast was awful. Coffee terrible. Several homeless in outdoor seating area and we’re going through the trash. Would not recommend. Will stay elsewhere next trip.

New HVAC units everywhere. Staff was all nice, easy check-in. Cookies at check-in. Bed clean w/ extra nice pillows, firm mattress. Bathroom clean. Several restaurants near-by. One Burn & 1 hole in carpet, and poor job installing carpet transition. Breakfast was okay, but after the food is put out, they don't restock it. When it's gone, it's gone.

The room itself was good - clean, comfortable, basic but good, price is lower than others in the area. However, lots of details were just ok. The door to the parking area was “broken” so you had to walk to reception to get in and out. The “free breakfast” was terrible. We arrived around 8 or so on a Sunday morning and they were out of everything. No coffee cups. One piece of (dried up) sausage and some cereal. There was nothing in the fridge -no yogurt and nothing fresh at all. It was all dry or heavy carbs. Really dismal. And there was not a person in sight to ask for anything!

Stayed one night after a concert at the Gorge. Had never stayed at a Baymonet Hotel. It was so nice. The room was huge, the bed was super comfy, updated and stylish. They had Dove toiletries. Was shocked by the hot breakfast that was included in the morning. Most hotels have cereal, a waffle maker and yogurt Baymont had bisquits and gravy, eggs, hashbrowns and sausage. My husband was thrilled! This stay far surpassed my expectations! Thank you!

You are made to sign several waivers that you "won\'t smoke in the room" and the "no smoking policy." Okay no big deal, but when we entered our room it clearly smelled like cigarettes.. I am a non-smoker and it\'s very condescending to sign all these "waivers" when my room smells terrible. I had no energy to complain, maybe the room just smelled that way from when they used to allow smoking inside back in the day? Not sure but wasn\'t worth complaining. Also the ice machine was out of order during the time of our stay. The "continental" breakfast was not much to be desired, not even a single meat was served, cereal dispensers were old the cereal wouldn\'t come out and the only syrup available was "sugar free." Overall the cleanliness of the room was okay, the bathroom smelt dirty and the floor looked like it could have been vacuumed a little better, I kept my socks on when walking on the floor. Lots of better hotels in Moses Lake, I will pass on staying at this place again.
