Good location for central Lucerne but very expensive for what you get. Sofa bed not made up, 1 bath towel per person and no handtowel, tiny bathroom, minimal kitchen and dishwasher didn't work properly, nor did one of the fans. Acceptable, but wouldn't be my first choice. When checking out we walked past another of their apartments which looked nicer, so maybe we just got a bad one.

整個入住過程體驗非常差。事前通過平台郵件跟職員確認好需要於check in前寄存行，但到了確認時間職員不但沒有按時出現，等了差不多一小時，郵件不覆，電話也沒接通。最終我們要返回車站寄存，浪費很多時間。後面接觸後，也沒得閒滿意解釋。 房間很多東西都是有問題的，例如wifi接收非常弱，跟本沒可能用，浴室花灑頭是鬆的，浴室企缸門沒能完全關上，漏水嚴重。 這是一間極不可推薦入住的房子。

Don’t book this hotel. It was not cleaned when we checked in, dust on the floor in all rooms. The kitchen equipment was not washed nor properly functionable. The bed most likely contained bed bugs as we woke up with several red marks perceived as bites. Some furniture was broken, like towel bar, freezer handle to mention a few. The conditions did not compare to the photos at all. We tried to get compensation back from this hotel but their complaint handling is almost non-existent. There was also overloaded and bad-smelling trash bins by the entrance of the hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Die Böden waren verschmutzt, unsere Kinder hatten nach wenigen Minuten schwarze Füsse. Auch Sockelleisten, Heizkörper und der Balkon waren schmutzig. Die Küche war fettig, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler ebenfalls nicht sauber. Ein Küchenschrank war beschädigt, eine Steckdose defekt und der Fernseher sowie die Fernbedienung funktionierten nicht richtig. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht. Die Küchenausstattung war unzureichend. Es fehlten ein Geschirrtuch, Putzlappen und Reinigungsmittel. Frische Handtücher mussten jeweils angefragt werden. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und roch stark nach Chlor. Auch Lift und Eingangsbereich wirkten ungepflegt. Die Fotos im Inserat entsprachen aus unserer Sicht nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand der Unterkunft. Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung leider nicht unseren Erwartungen und wir können sie deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen.

I booked this as I wanted a place with enough space for my family with laundry. There is NO laundry. This is false advertising. The place was a 5 min walk from the main area. There is construction right behind the building which I was not notified of. Jackhammers start at exactly 7am and last all day. There is no AC which we knew about but the 3 fans that were in the apartment barely move air. The sliding patio door in one of the bedrooms is broken so can’t open and it is like a sauna in there. The blinds let in as much light as possible. There is one electric plug per room. The leg of the kitchen table was broken so we couldn’t safely use the table. The shower curtain in the high bathtub didn’t work well. The shower head needs to be pointed directly down or else water floods the bathroom floor as you can tell by the rotten bottom of the bathroom door. There is no circulation in bathroom so the ceiling paint is peeling off. The patio is asphalt surface so you can’t sit outside without shoes on. I know Lucerne is expensive but book elsewhere!
