Rooftop is definitely amazing. Service was excellent. Breakfast was eggs cooked to order, plus lots more. Location is great with lots of excellent dining options. This hotel experience was fantastic!

Ceasar was a legend for looking after me during an 8 night stay. Thankyou Ceasar!!! Pool is shared with rooftop bar. The bar is pretty popular. So if you're into people drinking and watching you at the pool in an evening - cool. But that was a bit off putting. Basic breakfasts in general. But as it was included i wasnt expecting much. On the weekend they use disposable cutlery and plates - which is pretty awful. In general they need to up their recycling and reuse game Location in modern trendy midtown. Worked great for me. Other than that, everything was great

I wasn’t made aware when booking that it is valet parking only. Spent another $200 on valet throughout my trip. Also, my girlfriend and I both had allergies triggered in the room. Rooms and vents were dusty. We were fine outside.

Overrated! Not sure why some of the other reviewers are so impressed. The area is nice, but the hotel itself overpriced! The valet is an absolutely ridiculous!!! The hotel should be paying for that in the price they already charge for the hotel! Breakfast had a lot of options and the lady cooking was very nice, staff at the desk not so much. Room was pretty clean but common areas a bit trashed, for a new hotel, they should be keeping up with maintaining it. Not impressed at all!!

I booked a hotel state at the element tampo hotel for Christmas. For my family and I, it was from 12/24/2024 checking out 12/27/2024. We checked in late on the 24th and went to bed. When we woke up, we realized that we slept in bedding, that had feces in it. My wife and I were really disgusted. Especially when we were with our five year old and our two month old baby. We called customer service as soon as possible. Uh, to talk to management about it, and they told us that they had no idea where management was. We tried reaching them throughout the whole stay from the 24th to the 27th. We never received the callback from management to talk about the situation. When we talk to the employees, they said that they had no idea why management never showed up. Especially for the Christmas week. And it was obvious that management was avoiding me. I need someone to reach out to me to get this result. It has been now over two months, and no one has reached out to me.Even though they have my information.

The property was in a great location. The fee for valet ($29 a day) was a surprise. There's nowhere to park so you're forced to used valet unless you want towed. Also, the sheets and pillow cases on both beds were stained with make up and large stains. There was hair in the shower from previous guest. It was mentioned to the staff but not sure how serious they took it when the sheets were blamed on the cleaners and not the housekeeping staff for not removing the dirty linen.

The only downside I would say is that we had a hard time getting our room and bed cleaned in a daily basis and had to call the front desk for towels daily. Aside from that, we loved how kind the staff were, the rooftop, and pool and the area. There were so many food options and whole food just a block away was so convenient! It was also in the perfect spot as it wasn’t far from the airport and not far from many beaches, malls, activities etc. Hope you all enjoy your stay!

I was in town for just one night and a friend had suggested it. Spacious room with a great view. More than needed amenities in the room including a just about full kitchen and more than spacious bathroom. If ever in the Midtown area of Tampa again will highly consider staying here. The valet only option is horrific when there is an event in town. We waited for quite a bit to get our vehicle parked. Once parked, we checked in, went up to our room only to realize it was not the room we booked and was not roomy enough for our family. Originally booked 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Got a king and a sleeper sofa that was not accommodating to my 6ft child. Called down to be moved and, yep, all booked up. Paid an exorbitant amount for this room and ended up sleeping on an air mattress.

The room was noisy, you could hear the people next door. Literally hear them talking. The person that checked us in acted as if we were bothering him. Was not informative about anything. The shampoo and soap didn’t smell good at all. The bed was very bumpy and pillow flat. The parking situation was ridiculous. You have no voice but to valet. Was told it would be $40 but turned out $45 plus tip. We will not stay here again.

Terrible; booked a spacious two bed suite with a couch and table for a family of four and receiced a tiny handicapped room with no space for the children to eat properly at a table. Broken blinds so people across the street can look at you while you eat and sleep. Never again!

This place was fantastic! The staff was super friendly. I arrived a bit early and they were able to check me in right away. We only stayed one night, but it was close to the cruise port. The hotel is in a really nice area with of restaurants.

The room was noisy, you could hear the people next door. Literally hear them talking. The person that checked us in acted as if we were bothering him. Was not informative about anything. The shampoo and soap didn’t smell good at all. The bed was very bumpy and pillow flat. The parking situation was ridiculous. You have no voice but to valet. Was told it would be $40 but turned out $45 plus tip. We will not stay here again.

I booked a hotel state at the element tampo hotel for Christmas. For my family and I, it was from 12/24/2024 checking out 12/27/2024. We checked in late on the 24th and went to bed. When we woke up, we realized that we slept in bedding, that had feces in it. My wife and I were really disgusted. Especially when we were with our five year old and our two month old baby. We called customer service as soon as possible. Uh, to talk to management about it, and they told us that they had no idea where management was. We tried reaching them throughout the whole stay from the 24th to the 27th. We never received the callback from management to talk about the situation. When we talk to the employees, they said that they had no idea why management never showed up. Especially for the Christmas week. And it was obvious that management was avoiding me. I need someone to reach out to me to get this result. It has been now over two months, and no one has reached out to me.Even though they have my information.

I contacted the hotel because our flight was delayed confirming that they would hold our room. The room was important because it had accommodations for 5 adults. When we arrived at midnight we could not find the lobby or guest services. When we finally did find it, there were two people operating desks for two different hotel brands and they kept going back and forth between the desks making it confusing. When we get to our room and discover that they did not hold our room and now we have beds for 4 people. When I asked about changing rooms they said they were out and could bring us an air mattress. Mind you I’ve paid extra for 5. So instead of enjoying a suite we were being told to sleep on a blow up mattress!?! We were not compensated for anything and it took them until after 2am to bring us the mattress. BTW - the mattress leaked so bad that our travel woke up on the floor anyway. Just terrible.

However, the breakfast options were very limited—mostly cereal, bread, and coffee. One day they offered pancakes, but they were store-bought and just warmed up, which was disappointing. It was disappointing— WiFi issues continued our entire stay; Continental Breakfast needs work; we overheard young man who was only person making eggs say “ that’s the last egg, we’re all out”. Coffee service couldn’t keep up. Also, interior room thermostat kept room at 64.

Ceasar was a legend for looking after me during an 8 night stay. Thankyou Ceasar!!! Pool is shared with rooftop bar. The bar is pretty popular. So if you're into people drinking and watching you at the pool in an evening - cool. But that was a bit off putting. Basic breakfasts in general. But as it was included i wasnt expecting much. On the weekend they use disposable cutlery and plates - which is pretty awful. In general they need to up their recycling and reuse game Location in modern trendy midtown. Worked great for me. Other than that, everything was great

We booked for our 1 year wedding anniversary hoping to make this a yearly stay, not even a congratulations card , nothing was mentioned about it being our anniversary . One of the reasons we decided to book was the advertisement of “cooked to order daily breakfast “. To our surprise it was scrambled eggs and a dry sausage patty. Very disappointing as that is the main reason we stayed at this hotel and added additional costs to our trip. Staff was friendly and i did mention the false advertising to the front desk .

We got delayed at Tampa Airport on July 4th. We booked this hotel because it was close and had a rooftop pool on a very hot day. Also assumed we could use rooftop to see July 4th Tampa Fireworks. Property was nice, close to Whole Foods and restaurants. After check in we went to use the pool at 4pm. We were turned away because the pool was now 21+ for July 4th event. Now we’re confined to our room and then the music started. Blasting through the hotel. Shaking the beds. We were then moved 2 floors down. Still, music pounding, beds shaking. I messaged property several times through Expedia messaging and never received a response. We usually book Marriott properties for their reliability and expectations. This was a total bummer. Really made an inconvenient delay worse than expected. So patrons be wary.

The staff at this hotel are difficult and rude. The front desk attendant told us room service was available, it was not. Our only opinion was to dine in at the hotel restaurant. The service was lazy and forgettable. The thermostat in the room did not work. I’d find a way to stay at a different hotel in the future.
