I think that you’re getting exactly what you pay for at this property. The walls are all dinged up and the floors haven’t been swept or mopped in the rooms, the wall you share with the street is more like a garage door so every single sound comes through. The beds are rock hard but the bedding was clean. Shower had gaps and gashes in the tiles and the fixtures are rusting. Doesn’t seem to have an elevator so expect stairs to your room-as well as to enter the building itself. Front desk was kind and helped me with my bags. Small waters and granola bars were offered to guests in the lobby as well as a coffee area both in the rooms and the lobby. The Wi-Fi was very in and out and worked periodically. No landlines to make calls at the hotel. Worked in a pinch but would never stay for an extended period of time.

i like staying at this clean hotel. its close to the city areas and also tourist restaurant areas. and also the main mall. all walkable or short drives. parking is tricky but there is space.

The hotel is relatively well located which is a positive if you want to walk to city center, but due to the missing sound insulation also a negative as there's quite some traffic at night. Staff was friendly and helpful, offered to help with luggage several times. Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, help with heavy luggage is really appreciated. Parking is available just outside the hotel with few places reserved only for the hotel. Cleanliness and condition not 100% perfect, but for a 2** budget hotel acceptable. Wifi rather OK for simple tasks.

En los 3 días que nos hospedamos ningún día de la limpieza nos cambiaron las sábanas ni las toallas, ni las tasas y vasos que ponen en la habitación. La limpieza de cada habitación se basó en sacar la basura y tender la cama. Tampoco nunca nos pusieron de nuevo agua de cortesía. La señal de internet no es buena cuando hay varios conectados, sobre todo cuando llegan todos por la noche, ya tarde si cargan las cosas. Por las noches llega a haber olor a caño por la coladera de la regadera, recomendaría que colocaran una tapa para evitar eso. La verdad no volveré a hospedarme aquí.

i didnt enjoy the stay at the hotel it was very noisy all day and night the car noise and motor cycle its like you sleeping outside the old cleaning lady was nice and she did what she can to keep the room clean but the sheet and pillows and stan markers on them the was something new for me to see and experience the WIFI was very slow and keep disconnecting and once i contact the staff or the owner the msged me on WhatsApp he said he never had the experience before and wrote everything in capital latter like am suppose to care with these lies i go and look at the reviews of the hotel and every problem i stated was the same problem people were having then he wanted to charge me an extra day when i was out at 7 am for my flight if you get the room facing the street you wont be able to sleep i had to get anther place for the last 5 days of my trip it was really a waste of money this hotel for and was not happy with it are their staff at all DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE

staff were great ,rooms were clean ,if you're gonna be out all day ,this is the place ,is within 10 minutes of all beaches in Cancun and alll major tourist attractions but the best part is super cheap you can't beat it.is a simple room with a nice bed , bathroom,ac,tv for the price it's great .would recommend if you just want a bed and a bathroom and are gonna be exploring Cancun

Nos fue muy mal!! Primero, en la plataforma reservamos habitación con 2 camas King size, pero al llegar al hotel no contaban con habitaciones con camas king, nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas individuales… Por otro lado, la infraestructura está muy vieja y obsoleta, las habitaciones dan al Boulevard y las ventanas de aluminio dejan pasar todo el ruido, por lo que fue imposible descansar adecuadamente…
Nos fue muy mal!! i didnt enjoy the stay at the hotel it was very noisy all day and night the car noise and motor cycle its like you sleeping outside the old cleaning lady was nice and she did what she can to keep the room clean but the sheet and pillows and stan markers on them the was something new for me to see and experience the WIFI was very slow and keep disconnecting and once i contact the staff or the owner the msged me on WhatsApp he said he never had the experience before and wrote everything in capital latter like am suppose to care with these lies i go and look at the reviews of the hotel and every problem i stated was the same problem people were having then he wanted to charge me an extra day when i was out at 7 am for my flight if you get the room facing the street you wont be able to sleep i had to get anther place for the last 5 days of my trip it was really a waste of money this hotel for and was not happy with it are their staff at all DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE

staff were great ,rooms were clean ,if you're gonna be out all day ,this is the place ,is within 10 minutes of all beaches in Cancun and alll major tourist attractions but the best part is super cheap you can't beat it.is a simple room with a nice bed , bathroom,ac,tv for the price it's great .would recommend if you just want a bed and a bathroom and are gonna be exploring Cancun

The hotel is relatively well located which is a positive if you want to walk to city center, but due to the missing sound insulation also a negative as there's quite some traffic at night. Staff was friendly and helpful, offered to help with luggage several times. Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, help with heavy luggage is really appreciated. Parking is available just outside the hotel with few places reserved only for the hotel. Cleanliness and condition not 100% perfect, but for a 2** budget hotel acceptable. Wifi rather OK for simple tasks.

Unfortunately the sliding doors on the balcony are not noise proof.there is lots of traffic in front of the hotel.late at night it very noisy its very hard to sleep through out the night.

i like staying at this clean hotel. its close to the city areas and also tourist restaurant areas. and also the main mall. all walkable or short drives. parking is tricky but there is space.

I think that you’re getting exactly what you pay for at this property. The walls are all dinged up and the floors haven’t been swept or mopped in the rooms, the wall you share with the street is more like a garage door so every single sound comes through. The beds are rock hard but the bedding was clean. Shower had gaps and gashes in the tiles and the fixtures are rusting. Doesn’t seem to have an elevator so expect stairs to your room-as well as to enter the building itself. Front desk was kind and helped me with my bags. Small waters and granola bars were offered to guests in the lobby as well as a coffee area both in the rooms and the lobby. The Wi-Fi was very in and out and worked periodically. No landlines to make calls at the hotel. Worked in a pinch but would never stay for an extended period of time.

O Resort é simplesmente incrível! A estrutura é faraônica, um prédio belíssimo, a educação dos funcionários é uma coisa incrível, a comida é boa e as bebidas também, ficamos em um quanto de frente pra o mar com banheira, que foi um sonho acordar com aquela vista, a praia é boa, ele deixaram um vinho e bomboms pra nós por estamos comemorando aniversário de casamento, nossa experiência nao poderia ser melhor, se vc quer uma experiência impecável em Cancún é aqui mesmo

- Habitación limpia (109), amplia, pero con una barra de cocina y un tipo cocina que no sirve y está oculto detrás de unas puertas tipo closet. - No es la mejor habitación si tienes sueño ligero porque enfrente hay un tope metálico que TODO el día y TODA la noche hace ruido cuando los autos pasan. - Había una fuga de agua cerca de la habitación 109, provenía del 2do. piso y es bastante severa porque se ve la húmedad en el techo y se acumuló agua en el piso.

The rooms could be very loud especially at night time since there is no sound insulation so you can hear everything at night, but it does the job if you're only planning to stay for a couple of days.
