When we arrived there were no key cards - or they weren’t working due to some issue. We had to get a staff person to walk us to the room. The room soda/pull out had urine in it … it was very very smelly. The housekeeping staff even said that we should not be there. They gave us another room. Breakfast was C - lots of industrial food , few fruit options. The pool area was nice except for these two huge exhaust hoods hanging over the deep end. They were from the dryers and shot out hot hot air on us with industrial dryer sheet chemical smell . That was disappointing. The patio around the pool also doubles as an area where staff hang out and smoke. So between that smokers club and the exhaust hoods- kids with asthma would struggle here

Front desk man assisted me as I walked in late. Room is spectacular. Amenities are very good. Bed is comfy. Large rooms. Beautiful walk in shower.

The pool was closed until Memorial day, that was a disappointment, especially for kids and the weather being 80 degrees. The breakfast was awesome & offered a variety for everyone. Overall nice and convenient location for our stay.

The cleaning of the room felt rushed. There was black tar in the water and it tasted dirty. I didn’t feel the room was cleaned very well as the bathroom smelled and the sheets still had grim on them. I checked out a day early because of this, the front desk staff was very nice.

When we checked in there was a dead bug in the bathroom and the trash can was full. We requested multiple times for our room to be cleaned and it was never cleaned during our entire 4 night stay.

Breakfast was nice -- cereal, waffles, biscuits, sausage, etc. Hotel and parking lot felt safe. We were close to Belmont Abbey and Carowinds, which is what we needed.

This is our place to stay when we visit Belmont. The hotel is clean, well kept and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable.

We missed our connecting flight and it was very easy to book and get to the hotel even though it was late at night. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite complete.

I loved the staff, very nice. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and pillows. Had an awesome time. I didn’t like that it over booked and caused others to have no place to stay last minute. My room was over booked and I had to be moved to another room with less beds for my family. We did manage with the situation.

I booked a last minute stay at the Home2 Suites in Belmont . The check-in was quick and the staff were helpful. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was convenient the botanical garden we were going to visit, as well as the quaint and charming downtown of Belmont. I would definitely stay at the Home2 Suites in Belmont if I'm back in the area again.

Clean rooms, beds and halls. Quiet-did not hear anything once in room. Staff was great and friendly. Front desk staff would say hi as we were in and out for the day during the stay amd ask how the stay was going. Close to convienient eateries for walking or driving based on mood. Wal mart near by if forgot things for travel or want cheaper snacks, bottled water in room. Really enjoyed the stay. Will come again.

This hotel had the absolute best continental breakfast I ever had. They had so many choices, including a premade cheese omelette, two different types of sausage, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, cereals, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, etc. Additionally, I wanted a much later check out and was willing to pay for it, but the hotel desk person in charge let me stay until 3 o’clock with no extra charge. Fantastic service! Great job!!

Everything was really good except the breakfast. Eggs tasted fake, sausage didn’t taste right and soooo much grease was gross. Paper plates were verryyyy flimsy, plastic forks the same. We stayed at home2 near Atlanta and it’s was very good, had real plates and silverware and food.
