this hotel does not deserve a rating of " very good". the furniture in the front foyer was old and dirty. It definitely had aeen better days. The room was not what we expected. Outdated and toiletries were at a minimum. The "free breakfast " was extremely poor. There were 4 sausages and left over eggs that were cold. Of what was there, i eould not classify itas breakfast. The cereal was stale, there was no milk and the remainder of the food was scarce and below sub standard.

The corridors were dirty. There are no elevators so be aware. Very cheap stay but very dirty. Also visible rat/mouse traps in the stairwells. The beds were ok but very limited amenities. Ok for a budget stay if you just had to be there for a night. The breakfast was decent though!

It took forever to check in. Almost charged for 4 rooms instead of the two I paid for. No elevator. When I asked for a refund because my father can’t manage stairs, they did somehow come up with two rooms on the first floor. No vending, everything is at the front desk saying “all proceeds for cancer research.” I doubt it. Not an awful hotel, but a lot of hassle after a long day with tired children. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless I was desperate.

Like sleeping on cement. The smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming. Front desk was rude from the moment we checked in. No vending machines to get water. You have to pay $2.00 at the front desk for a bottle of warm Walmart water.

the room was extremely dirty. pop splashed on the back of the door. white spots on the bed covers. some sort of melted plastic dripped on the sheets. there was dead skin all over the ottoman, and the sides of the chairs were covered in fingerprints of some sort of powder. the shower curtain refused to stay in the shower, so it constantly sprayed water on the bathroom floor. the one staff person i saw, at check-in, was very polite and helpful.

Hotel smelled of mold in the lobby. Hotel was very dirty and basically vacant. Comfort In person at desk was rudest person ever. Room smelled badly of mold. I complained about the room the next day and desk person berated me for 15 minutes. Saying I should have said this before and it is a big inconvenience to move it. Telling me how I should act and he is sick of complaints. After the forth time telling me this I said enough. Either do it or don’t move my room. He then told me to give him back the key and get out. Even though I had paid for another night. Very unpleasant experience.

Over stay at the comfort Inn Hotel in Huber Heights Dayton Ohio, was very pleasant. Staff was great, easy check in with the help of a very kind and friendly lady. Room was very comfortable, but smelt a bit damp. Mattress can use soon updating, Toilet seat broken, hubby fixed it. Other than that very relaxing.

Room was clean. FRIDGE HAD A SEPARATE SECTION FOR FREEZER SECTION! Awesome!! Bed was great. Furnishings have been updated. Must admit when we drove in, there were only 2 cars in the parking lot at 7:30 pm. Tried to use the site for choice.com and couldn’t sign in. Called hotel and they wouldn’t honor the website price. Expedia had a better price.

I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 a.m. after a long drive. When I attempted to check in, I was asked to leave because I would not provide a cash deposit, despite having already paid in full through Hotels.com. As a result, I had no choice but to wait in my car in the parking lot until I could find another place to stay. The receptionist, an older Indian woman, was extremely rude—not only to me but also to another guest who tried to calm the situation. She dismissed me without concern and showed no professionalism. After reading several Google reviews, I now realize this issue with rude staff has been mentioned before. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

This hotel was a great price, conveniently located off of the main interstate and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The only downfall was the fact that it smelled like someone had smoked in the room. They had tried to deodorize but it did not cover the smell.

The hotel could use some minor repairs and updating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room smelled a bit musty. There was no fan in the bathroom and the ceiling light fixture was cracked (as was the bathroom trash can). The breakfast was good, but had run out of eggs, sausage, and waffle batter (an employee made more of the eggs and sausage, but I didn't stay to wait for waffle batter).

Price and rating high and overrated on hotels .com website. Should have been rated comparable to model 6. yet it was priced higher than marriots. Door lock was broken.
