It was average. The hotel is nice and clean but nothing is around. The pool area was unfortunately closed during our stay but looked nice! The breakfast was great and kid friendly. The beds were average and our kids did not have pillows on the pull out because the hotel was “out”. We made it work with a sheet and the couch pillows but strange that you have pre prepped bedding for the pullout but no pillows.

The hotel was easy to find and very nice. Room was comfortable as well. If you travel with your dog beware of their pet fee. ($75 a night per dog) The crazy part is they don’t clean your room every night if you stay multiple days but they still charge the pet fee. Regretfully we will not stay there again because of this fee. ( we paid $15 the night before at another hotel)

Our last stay here was pretty good. The staff every time has been friendly. But the restroom this time is disgusting. There's spill circles and what appears to be little clumps of dirt stuck to the floor. There is no way at all this floor was mopped and scrubbed after the previous occupants. Around the base of the toilet and where the tile meets the tub is bad too. It needs to be scrubbed.

I don't typically complain, but we checked in and it was OBVIOUS that the bathroom floor and shower had not been cleaned. I walked around the floor in shoes because there was hair everywhere. The hair was there when we arrived. The shower had considerable grime where it had not been scrubbed for awhile. Needs some deep cleaning. And definitely needed the bathroom floor swept and mopped. The bed was made, but it looked like my teenage daughter had made it. I do think it was clean bedding, but the staff that put the bedding on did a very sloppy job. Very disappointed.

Our beds were so uncomfortable that backaches woke us up. The shower curtain liner was heavily stained with fresh stains. On checkout I told the frontdesk clerk so housekeeping could change it out and she blew me off.

It was fine, nothing special. Felt like the common areas were not well kept up (floor in elevators needed steaming), floors in hallways needed vacuuming, for sure the starwell hadn't been vacuumed in a LONG time.

Nice room and bed. Hot water didn’t work and the drain on tub didn’t work. Also refuse room 118 if a bus load of amped up hunters arrive. Nice hotel and I really like it.

The television wouldn't operate properly and the gentlemen told me if I don't like it. I could go somewhere else, air conditioning didn't work properly, the shower head was so high that the water was cold and no pressure when showing.

Very clean hotel, great price! Beds and overnight were horrible. The pillows are a joke, they deflate and you’re left tossing and fluffing them all night. The mattresses feel like hard cardboard with an eggshell crate on top. For being such a new hotel we were taken aback by the cheapness of the bedding. Sound proofing could be better as well. The slamming of doors in other rooms with people checking in at all hours of the night, if you’re on the second floor be prepared to hear startling slamming from above and below you. All in all it was not a restful stay. Sure the hotel is new, smells like a new build and is a great price, but after a long day of driving, don’t expect a lot of comfort.

We were in a room on the ground floor. The doors on all of the rooms slam so hard that it shakes the walls. We got very little sleep. Not sure if it’s the same in upper level floors. We stayed there in June 2023 on an upper floor and I don’t remember having that issue. Otherwise the place is great and we’ll priced.

This is a nice, new property. It's a bit hard to find at night (some lights on the road would help) but it's a good space. The best feature is the beds which were firm as opposed to the usual too soft mattress. If you need a firm yet comfortable bed and are traveling to Arkadelphia, this is where you want to stay.
