Fantastic rooms - the host was extremely helpful. It’s the best boutique hotel I've stayed at in all the years iv been coming to Alcúdia Old Town.

Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that. Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!! Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone approx 20 euros I was both shocked and annoyed next morning I spoke to reception before they left and later had the humiliation of the maid saying she thought it was a tip, to say I was annoyed and embraced is an understated The lady gave me back what she thought she had taken but that made it worse why would you take loose change I would have given her a good ti[p. I will never stay here again and cannot believe the attitude of the owner I would of offered a full refund at the least but I came away with less change than I left very disappointed AVOID THIS ACCOMODATION

Great location, excellent communications from the host, sympathetic renovations on the historic building, and a very comfortable bed. Perfect for a short getaway or taking in the stunning Pollenca music festival. Five stars.

Dejligt hotel i den gl. bydel, meget rustikt indrettet. Lidt udfordring med parkering i nærheden og lidt trapper på hotellet. Ingen mulighed for morgenmad, så man skal finde en morgenmadsrestaurant selv…

Idéalement situé au coeur de la vieille ville d'Alcudia. La chambre deluxe bénéficie d'un accès à une terrasse avec vue sur la vieille ville: top!!. Très agréable le soir pour contempler les étoiles. La chambre est silencieuse. Très bon accueil. Bon petit-déjeuner. Proche parking publique pour garer son véhicule. Et point de départ idéal pour visiter le Nord de Majorque. .
