Leonardo Hotel London Croydon

Rena o stora rum dock smal dubbelsäng (140) med bara ett täcke. Vi bokade två rum o i ena rummet lossnade handtaget till toalett så vi kunde inte komma in. Det tog 16 timmar innan vi kunde komma in på toalett och få tag i toalettartiklar inkl smink etc. Som tur var hade vi två rum och därmed tillgång till en toalettstol.

Staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed with them for the London Marathon. They made me a special meal on the Saturday night ahead of the marathon, left me a good luck message and some Lucozade in my room and when I left even gave me a couple of small bottles of Prosecco to say “congratulations” 💙 Even opened breakfast early for me on the Sunday so I could eat before I had to head off. Made me feel at home all weekend!!! Bed was super comfy too.

Good accessibility for a wheelchair user around the hotel, and particularly the bathroom, which had a very good fixed shower seat included. Although I couldn't reach the toiletries from the shower seat. Reception staff were polite and friendly.

Comfortable room in a convenient location close to the station and attractions

Although I only stayed one night, the location was perfect for me, right next to East Croydon station. A very easy 5 minute walk. The lobby was welcoming and modern with many seats and lounges available for enjoying relaxing for a drink or just to chill. The receptionist was very helpful on my arrival and checking in was quick and easy, having completed online. The room itself was upgraded which was a bonus to a king size from a standard double. The room had everything I needed for a night stay. Breakfast was included and had the normal hot English or continental options. Unsure on different dietary requirement as didn’t eat in the restaurant. Overall faultless and not a bad price to pay for a London stopover. £££
