The staff was phenomenal and friendly. The breakfast and pool areas were well maintained.

Kitchen caught food on fire setting off the alarm waking us up early. Getting dressed to hurry out. Fire department arrived a gave all clear.

Parking was easy. Didn't waste my time on the breakfast. Room was not clean. I've learned to bring my own cleaning supplies. Thank GOD I did. And it's supposed to be a disability access room. So why did I have to step into a regular tub anyway?!

My telephone did not work. The pool was dirty at the bottom. My room smelled like dogs have been living in there.

Everything was great except the air was not working properly in the exercise room.

The beds were very comfortable. They had a lot of options for breakfast. The pool was very clean.

Would have been nice if the pool wwas heated.

Not a typical Country Inn and Suites... Renovated Raddison, but felt more like a Greyhound Station vs a Hotel. Room wasn't too bad for a late check in and early check out - Quick Nap. Hotel itself needs lots of help. Elevator hasn't had a simple wipe down - ever. Lots of incidents such as that (a simple wipe or attention is all it needed), just rebuilt, but never really cleaned. Not the best part of town. If it wasn't late and prepaid, I would have moved on down the highway a few more exits. Lot was well lit,TV was nice size and modern, front desk clerk was very nice checking in, but it felt like a bowling alley concession stand. Random bags of Chips and Candy Bars straight from Sam's Club on the back shelf for sale with "$1.00" Signs taped to the boxes. Breakfast was non-existent at 7AM and Front Desk clerk was sitting on couch playing on device.

We just needed a quick one night stay before an event, and this was a good place to stop for the night. Everything looked really nice and clean. There were all of the usual breakfast options – – eggs, waffles, cereal, bananas, yogurt, etc. The fitness room had a decent amount of weights, and there is an indoor pool. If traveling in the area in the future, we would book this hotel again.

Front desk clerk very nice but we had to change rooms. Our bed had hair on it and several stains. The bathroom floor was not very clean. She easily gave us another room but there was a long hair inside the bedding and on the bathroom floor. Floors in the hall and elevator were not clean. Hotel and rooms have a musty smell. Will not be staying here again.

When we stepped off the elevator in the 3rd floor, there was an odor of vomit. When we walked in the room, the air was stale and it was not cool. Because we were exhausted, we stay the night. The next morning when we took a shower there was a strong odor of urine in the shower curtain. At first glance, it looked clean, but then we realized how really dirty it was, especially because of the odors. The eggs were rubbery and bland.

Me and my daughters were in town for a concert. It was after 11:00 pm when we arrived at our hotel. When we went to get in the bed my bed had blood on the sheets. My daughter and her friend noticed small bugs all over their bed that were blowing out of the air vent onto the bed. When she pulled back the covers there were pubic hairs in the sheets. We quickly when downstairs to notify the front desk. Before I even started to explain she asked do you want a refund I just had to refund 2 people or I can give you another room. I said my daughter is sick with a migraine and has a 4 hour drive home we need to try another room. She gave us the room across the hall. We checked it before we moved our stuff the headboards were gross the wall had stuff splattered on them it smelled of mildew. So I went back to the desk she gave me a 3 rd room to try again. We went in and checked around we were checking the bed for bugs like we always do and noticed dried vomit down the box spring of the bed we said nope going to settle for the second room sleep and leave in the morning. By this time it was 1:00am. I did call hotels.com when I arrived home and they have started my refund.

Everything was dirty. It seems like the building hasn’t been really cleaned since it was built - dried vomit near pool, broken beer bottles on patio, bugs in room, and bodily fluids on wall/artwork in bathroom.

Sheets had stains on them upon arrival along with towels & wash cloths. Room smelled of mildew. AC would not keep up with Temp. Over all the room was dirty. The little things you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

The room had a slight moldy smell due to being very humid. The linens had visible stains. Bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently; hair and dirt from the previous occupant was left behind. Caulking around the bath tub has mold growing in it and needs to be replaced.

With the exception of the lobby, the facility is not well maintained. The hallway and room carpets have holes and stains. We wore shoes when in the room, to avoid walking on the carpet.

This property was well maintained and clean. Beds weren’t too bad. Breakfast was good and very well kept up and displayed.

This is the last time we will ever stay at this place. We were here last year and it was a good experience, this year, now, it’s horrible. There’s mold on the ceilings and behind TV stands. The sheets have so many stains on them it’s nasty. Bathroom floors look dirty. It’s just not clean and it makes the whole place look bad. When I told the receptionist that there’s mold in the room, their reply was “I’ll let them know”. Not an apology.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, it was simply horrible, super dirty, there was hair in the bathtub, on the bed linen, the floor was still dirty from the previous reservation.

Front desk was friendly at check in. Rooms are clean. Good value for the price. We got to our room just in time for the Big 10 tournament and we had a big tv to watch it on. :-)

This hotel must be almost brand new. We had a little trouble getting to the hotel as our GPS seemed a little confused, but it got us close enough to see a sign out by the road and then to see the building (which is set back a ways) from the road. Whoever designed this building had cleanliness in mind. It has a lot of hard surfaces that are easier to clean than carpet. The carpet in the halls looks brand new and looks like it will be easier to maintain than the carpet in most hotels. The room is a nice size. Plug outlets are conveniently located and cords plugged in do not feel like they will fall back out (which is all too often not true of older buildings). The bathroom is well-lit and (again) looks easy to clean. The sink is impressive as is the toilet seat. No corners cut. The cabinet holding the refrigerator does the job, but not that well. It holds the refrigerator and microwave where they are not in plain sight. The cabinet looks a little cheap and the refrigerator tends to want to slide when opening the door. My wife is still asleep, so I can't tell how she feels about the bed. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. The chair is a little on the hard side, but that does not bother me. I am using the desk chair as a footrest, and that works fine. The television has a big screen with a wonderful picture. It appears to be brand new. In my opinion, this hotel is a gem that we will use again if we are staying in the Macon area.

Everthing was excellent except the air conditioner in the room. Everytime the unit cycled on it rattled. The room and bathroom was very clean.

I needed a late- VERY late- checkin. The woman waiting for me at the front desk was so kind and understanding. Super easy.

My wife and I were he thanks to Hurrican Milton! We arrived on Monday at noon, one of the first to arrive from Tampa/St. Pete area, soon to be followed by so many, many more. This facility was so welcoming and comforting, they assured us they would meet any and all of our needs! Upon checking in Cynthia, most helpful and answering any concerns we had. Found beautiful haven to occupy during this stressful time. Upon needing to extend stay, Amy came to our rescue by adding 2 more days, per our request. Breakfast room, well stocked and good variety, very personable gentleman manning this. Whole staff, everyone, so understanding and patient with all of us that came out of harms way!!! Highly recommend and cannot thank this establishment enough! Bless them all!

Kevin at the front desk was very nice and helpful when finding a good place to eat. Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast is nice too!

While the majority of the stay was fine, typical of a hotel, there was no alarm clock in the room. There was a missing lampshade on the desk lamp. My last day I was in my room on a meeting, with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, when someone knocked, then didn't wait for an answer before coming in! When I told the manager, he said that this has been an ongoing issue. Not acceptable! It was well before checkout time (over 3 hours in fact).

Staff member attempted to enter room unprompted around 9 am waking up and scaring the crap out of my girlfriend and I. Checkout was not until noon.

The staff is awesome. They were there to help me when another hotel gave my room away. They remembered me from last year. I will stay there for now on. when i come to Macon. They are friendly. They say hi to you each time you come. When your going out they say see you later and be safe. They have a good hot breakfast. I say thank you to the staff. Thank you Kevin also.

The front desk lady was amazing! She checked us in quickly and was so kind and helpful, especially coming over 12 hours away. The room was big, comfortable and exactly what we needed to get back on the road! 10/10, love the hotel

We were in town for the Cole Swindell concert, reserved 2 rooms for 7 guest. Receptionist very attentive, apologetic and was able to accommodate changing our rooms 2 different times due to sheets being stained and dirty, dirty handprints on the walls in one room and uncleaned bathroom in the other. IMPORTANT. On the morning of September 21st @ 745 Am we heard someone unlocking our door, I quickly went to the door and there was an Indian gentleman (owner) trying to open our door, keep in mind we have (3) 8year olds in our room. WHY was he trying to enter our room without knocking check out wasn't until 11am. Our other room had my grandmother and our 18 year old daughter, they also try to enter their room, They even had the DO NOT DISTRUB sign on the door.

Rude front desk attendant. First room they Ave us wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests.

This area of Macon was questionable as far as safety. The surrounding area looked depressed and had bars on their windows. I wouldn't book another motel in this area.

Very quiet area, easy access to I75

The room and the bathroom were renovated and clean. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and enough. The location was not directly at the I-75 but in a quiet area with some restaurants close by.

Place was amazing. Conveniently next to the freeway and close to shopping.

Nice newer location that is right at the expressway. Not the best side of Macon but VERY convenient and there’s a Waffle House in the parking lot!

PROS - Nicely renovated hotel, and the room was large, clean and comfortable. It was quiet (though there were just a handful of guests in this off-season). The front desk clerk weekdays is very nice, and the management family is on-site all the time. Plenty of restaurants nearby but would suggest driving. CONS - Very run down and distressed area of West Macon; the corner Circle-K is swarming with homeless and rough lloking folks, and driving East towards town saw dozens of closed and dilapidated buildings and businesses. The hot breakfast was poor and I stayed 3 days and it was the same serving each day - they ran out of salt so eggs were bland, even though there is a WalMart just a few blocks away. A housekeeper literally walked into my room uninvited at 7:45 am.

In the middle of nowhere. The breakfast was not good. The waffle batter was spoiled. They replaced it immediately but that is not good! Backed were stale and tasted moldy. Room was adequate for the price.
