poor cleaning..even after room clean..we still saw some lashes in bath tub ..fake lashes from others on the floor ..the towels had stains ..

Yes staff was good and very helpful. There was no cream for tea ir a tea maker. You have to think about tea drinkers too. Too high a price for the not even including breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we had a terrible experience. The hallways smelled like mildew, seems like they had a water issue. Housekeeping does NOT change your sheets for clean ones, they put the same one back on. Housekeeping also stole $500 from inside my book bag, we contacted management, they came to our room, wrote down the details and took pictures. We were advised that they were going to investigate and get back to us. After this, the staff in the hotel were noticeably different with us, wouldn't look at us or greet us anymore. The next day, management slipped an envelope under our door, didn't even knock/call, the letter stated that they were not able to locate the money(which we figured) but that was basically it! No personal talk, no type of credit towards our stay, no upgrade, no discount. So unprofessional, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!
