We had a family gathering to celebrate an opening night for one of us at UC Irvine. We had a great stay at this new place. The proximity to Orange County airport was a huge plus. The outdoor area with Jacuzzi (and slide!) along with the fire pit was such a good place to hang out and catch up.The kitchen and dining room area accommodated all 9 adults easily and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable.The host responded very quickly to our questions and our request to turn the jacuzzi heater on. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Josie was very responsive and helpful. The house was immaculate and organized. The converted garage is a great play place for children and the outdoor space is amazing. The spa pool was very nice and relaxing and the fresh fruit trees just added to the experience. Even the maintenance team was friendly as they cleaned and serviced the spa. Location is central to a lot of amenities and activities including a massive park that was a 7 min walk.

The house was exactly as listed and fit our needs as we knew they would. We all loved the different seating areas around the house, both inside and out. The spa, fire pit and grill area were lovely. Every inch of the house was clean and organized! We will be back!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect distance from Disney and the beach! Josie was easy to work with and was quick to meet all our needs. All her instructions for check in/out are super easy to follow. The pool/spa was perfect as the little kids would use it while it was heating and then once it was hot the adults could enjoy it. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The house was in a good location and we were able to find great restaurants and grocery stores close by. We had great communication with the manager. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast.

Beautiful backyard and hot tub, we utilized the outdoor barbecue. I was able to get the specific address as I wanted to ship some Amazon packages while in the USA. The front of the property is enclosed with a gate for security and the entire front and back are paved. This home definitely speaks to lots of guests with the sleeping quarters and was perfect for our trip to Disney (two bathrooms with showers!).

We couldn't be more thankful for our host of having thee best communication ever! I have stayed in many places but this place really had the best communication which made all the difference in our trip. We looked forward to resting our heads peacefully after adventuring all around the area. My mother just loved the flooring, said they were so easy to clean. My daughter and her cousins loved the hot tub as it had the perfect slide to enjoy. My family loved how spacious the place was and how it had everything we needed. The plus was having the grocery store three minutes away and then the most beautiful park for the teens to join a pick up basketball while my toddler roamed the park. Such a cute park, too!

We had a fabulous time staying here. This home was clean and comfortable. Having the spa to come back to after a long day at Disneyland was perfect for our sore muscles. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we come to California.

My family and I stayed in this wonderful home for 6 days. Overall, the house was wonderful. There were a few items we would've changed out but we were happy to visit relatives. - The area is clean and quiet, 1 block to Banh Mi Che Cali, 5-7minutes to Phuc Loc Tho, 8min to Cream Pan. - The owner is kind and very responsive. Hands down, she was the best. Thank you for keeping this property pet-free (my little one is allergic). - The house was spacious and clean. No bugs. AC was great! The dishes had a disgusting residue on them. We hand-washed then ran everything in the dishwasher immediately. - Bedrooms had closet space! The king and 2 queens were great for us. Pillows were too firm for our taste (unanimous opinion). - The bathrooms were clean and conveniently located (especially the one adjacent to the pool). The waterfall showers + handhelds need to be deep cleaned or changed out. It was challenging to wash little kids and adults with long hair because of reduced water flow/pressure. I dreaded shower time. - The heated pool with slide and playroom saved us! The kids were happily entertained! - Kitchen was spacious and functional. Coffee maker worked well. The chairs were so loud and creaky that we avoided it entirely. - There were more than enough bath towels but we used the extra bath towels as pool towels. Washer and dryer were incredibly useful as we did a lot of laundry. Hope you enjoy it too.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a Disney trip the host was amazing with all our needs and anything that accrued was dealt with fast. House was clean and had everything we needed for cooking which was a big benefit we had 10 people total and the house was still spacious. Only about a 20 minute drive to either Disney or Huntington or Newport Beach definitely will stay here again!

The house was a very interesting layout. I was a little nervous pulling into the area/ neighborhood. A little sketchy and close to the main road. The beds/ pillows are not very comfortable. The house could have been cleaner, saw a lot of hair on the tile floor, which really grossed me out, and hate to say it but my son saw a mouse run under the stove in the kitchen. It did the job, but did not love this house.

We rented this house for our Disney trip. The location was great, but not as close as we have stayed in the past , but it was good. Within 20 mins from Disney. There are a lot of stores near it, so that was convenient. Rooms very nicely decorated, beds very comfortable and clean. Overall this property is a nice property however several things made things very awkward. The “ living room “ in this house is really in the garage and access is through a bedroom which is rather ridiculous! The sofa in there could certainly not accommodate all of our family of 11 and there was no other living room furniture to sit on. There was no chair in the whole house for my husband who is 80 , to sit on, other than a kitchen chair! We would not stay in the home again for these reasons.

The kids loved the hot tub and all the TV’s in each room. The only downside was that the living room was only accessible through a door that the kids were sleeping in. The dining room ended up being our hangout and it would have been nice to have a couch to relax on. But we were not in the house very much so it was not a huge deal for our group. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It's a small home with a great use of indoor and outdoor space. They had a crib for our 2 yr old, but that room was more like a hallway as it lead into the garage. The garage was converted into a TV room with lots of kid toys and a big couch. It worked great. The kitchen was beautiful and had a great cooking space and island. We loved the small pool with a slide and BBQ area. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were not good. I sent them a link to buy better pillows from amazon so I hope they take my suggestion. Overall, it was a great place to stay. 15 minutes from Huntington beach and 15-20 min from Disneyland. Great Stay, and I would recommend it.

The kids really loved the spa pool with slide. The owners responded promply when we wanted to heat the spa. Our family also loved the added TV room and the front patio space. The home/yard were secure. Parking was off street in a residential area which was quiet. We went to Knottsberry Farm and Disneyland and getting to our destination was quick and easy (about 20 mins). The photos were exactly as shown.

Josie’s response time was impeccable. Anytime we needed her she responded. If something was wrong she came up with a solution. House is clean, well kept and easy to find. We came out for a family trip to Disney with a 3 year old. This house is so conveniently located, not even 20 mins to Disneyland and same for Huntington Beach. Was even quick enough we came back midway through the day for naps. The house was exactly as the pictures show. The host is very easy to communicate to and the pool/jacuzzi was a hit. It heated up quickly upon us reaching out and letting her know we were planning to spend time in it. Would recommend especially to families heading to Disneyland.

This was a perfect house for my family to stay for our Disneyland vacation. It’s only about 15 minutes away from the park and is a nice and safe neighborhood. Josie was always SUPER quick to respond to any questions or requests. She was very thorough in making sure everything went smoothly and that we had everything that we needed! Having the hot tub was also a nice perk!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The house was in a good location and we were able to find great restaurants and grocery stores close by. We had great communication with the manager. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast.

We couldn't be more thankful for our host of having thee best communication ever! I have stayed in many places but this place really had the best communication which made all the difference in our trip. We looked forward to resting our heads peacefully after adventuring all around the area. My mother just loved the flooring, said they were so easy to clean. My daughter and her cousins loved the hot tub as it had the perfect slide to enjoy. My family loved how spacious the place was and how it had everything we needed. The plus was having the grocery store three minutes away and then the most beautiful park for the teens to join a pick up basketball while my toddler roamed the park. Such a cute park, too!

Stayed a couple of nights here with 7 adults during a fast paced weekend. This home was a great central location for our group which was doing things in several directions. Josie the host was readily available and easy to communicate with as well as being quickly responsive to any questions or needs we had. The house was super clean and front and backyard’s were were well maintained. T he room my wife and I slept in the bed was comfortable. We had a busy weekend and didn’t cook there but the kitchen appeared to be suitably equipped to do so. With some of the group going to Disneyland while others were going to LA Saturday the Westminster location was great for both. It was also only about 1/2 hour to Inglewood on Sunday where we all went to watch the 49ers beat the Rams. Excellent cleanliness, centrally located and a great host.

The house was a very interesting layout. I was a little nervous pulling into the area/ neighborhood. A little sketchy and close to the main road. The beds/ pillows are not very comfortable. The house could have been cleaner, saw a lot of hair on the tile floor, which really grossed me out, and hate to say it but my son saw a mouse run under the stove in the kitchen. It did the job, but did not love this house.

We loved our stay here. It was a three generation family trip to Disneyland. The littles had a great time in the pool. We were so busy we didn’t get to fully enjoy the beautiful backyard, but it would have been great for dinner, etc. I was “one of those renters” in that I needed a lot of assistance from Josie and she was always kind, helpful and prompt. And it’s a short, easy drive to Disneyland.

Not sure who enjoyed the back yard more, the kids or adults (slide included). Basically a huge spa (or hot kiddie pool - manager can adjust to your desired temp from afar), fire table, grill, and plenty of seating. The house was clean and had plenty of needed supplies. Josie responded promptly, texted to make sure everything was good (and dropped off some additional hand towels and washcloths when I mentioned some would be nice). Just FYI if you have a going kid - The pack n play is smaller than normal, too small for our large 2 year old. The crib is in the bunk room and can’t fit through the doorway so can’t be moved to one of the queen bedrooms. It can move into the garage/living room/ play room. You can only access the garage room through a door to the outside or by walking through the bunk room. Other than that inconvenience, the house was great for our mixed party of friends and a couple kids. Both bathrooms have multiple entrances so it wasn’t an issue to have to share the master bath.

We had a family gathering to celebrate an opening night for one of us at UC Irvine. We had a great stay at this new place. The proximity to Orange County airport was a huge plus. The outdoor area with Jacuzzi (and slide!) along with the fire pit was such a good place to hang out and catch up.The kitchen and dining room area accommodated all 9 adults easily and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable.The host responded very quickly to our questions and our request to turn the jacuzzi heater on. The kids really loved the spa pool with slide. The owners responded promply when we wanted to heat the spa. Our family also loved the added TV room and the front patio space. The home/yard were secure. Parking was off street in a residential area which was quiet. We went to Knottsberry Farm and Disneyland and getting to our destination was quick and easy (about 20 mins).
