This is a very quiet, nice property. The parking is well lit. Everything was clean and there was plenty of seating for breakfast, which isn't always the case. The street in front is under construction so you have to pay attention to find your way in. I would definitely stay here again.

Angel at the front desk was phenomenal. Rooms were well appointed & clean. Our only issue was the kids not getting to swim due to an issue with the pool. With kids we only choose hotels w/pool & we were there with our whole boys basketball team, so that was a bummer.

I have stayed here before when visiting family. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it had been previously. I had rented a plug in hybrid vehicle and was happy to see the vehicle charging stations. However the stations didn’t work properly. Otherwise I felt safe and comfortable here.

Staff were very nice but the pool was down for maintenance the day we checked in which was a total bummer for my kids. The breakfast was warm, good flavor, often refilled. Beds were a bit small and hard, wish there were extra blankets, everything very clean the shower just a bit dated. Overall it was great, we would return

Our kids loved the heated pool. The people above us got home around 11:00pm they were very loud stopping back and fourth. I couldn't figure out the thermostat it was either hot or cold there wasn't an in between.

We spent a lot of money to stay in a nice motel, but some of the conditions of the room we’re less than satisfactory. The first thing my wife noticed was the water was running at the bathroom sink when will we open the door, not a big deal but didn’t seem normal. Then when we went to turn on the lights there was no bulb in the bedside light on her side of the bed, someone must have stolen the bulb. Later when I went to use the ice bucket to get some ice, there was a half an inch of water in the bottom of it and the plastic bag laying in it was all wet, I could not help but feel it was not sterile. Then later when we went to bed there was a lot of stains on the bedsheets, something from previous users that obviously did not get cleaned off well. After paying over $185 for one night, I was disappointed. The reason we stayed here was to have a great experience, but I left feeling like I got shortchanged. I guess the next trip I should just go back to the cheaper motels, at least then I am not expecting as much

Good tasty breakfast with lots of options, but disappointed the pancake maker was broken. There were hard water deposits covering the bathroom doors and made it look dirty. Bathroom sink drained slowly in one of our rooms. Didn't use the pool or laundry facilities.

Everything about our stay was wonderful except our room didnt seem like it was cleaned. Literal clumps of hair were in the bath tub and things were even left in the room from the previous occupants. Our room was not clean, and i questioned how often the pool gets cleaned because parts of the floor felt slimy. However, the other areas of the hotel were very clean and the breakfast was wonderful.

Sleepless night because the hvac control system Does not allow the manual continuous fan selection. Every hard step above, in our hallway or the highway trucks, our parking lot guests cars slamming doirs, talking loud etc. Is very disturbing anoyances. Bring your own noise maker or sugnificant fan if you chose this site.

Nice area, but the TV situation is lacking the guide. They have a laminated channel list that doesn’t line up with the actual channels. I just flipped through channel by channel and found something to watch, and realized I could’ve watched Thursday night football. Other than that, not bad.

Check-in was at 3 p.m.. We arrived early and were told to come back at 3. When we came back a few minutes past 3, the room was not ready, so we sat in the lobby and played a game of Scrabble. The room was not ready at 4. At 4:30, the room was finally ready. I requested a Suite. The "Suite" was one big room. This is not conducive for one person to sleep and the other to watch TV or sit in the room with lights on. I will not stay with Holiday Inn again. Their definition of a Suite was very different than an actual suite with a separate bedroom and living area and bathroom. The staff did try to make up for the late check-in and they were very apologetic. It seems that the hotel was understaffed if it took over an hour and a half to clean one room.

4 of us stayed in April 2025 and were very comfortable. Front desk gentleman was professional amd answered all questions. The hot breakfast was exceptional! Weve had many continental breakfasts while traveling but this one was top notch. Keep up the great work we will be back.

We were given a room # 109 and middle of the night someone was trying to get into our room they even had a key but we had protective lock on otherwise they would have been in the room with us needless to say didn’t really sleep well after that in the morning went to the lobby to have breakfast and couldn’t get back into our room to went to the desk she said you are not in that room your in 103 I of course said no we are in 109 Upset 😠

Holiday inn is my family’s go to hotel anytime we come into town to visit family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to this holiday inn. They’re worth it especially the free breakfast!

The staff was friendly, our room was clean. I also really liked that they provided Dove products for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The complimentary breakfast was really good and they had a lot of options for people with specific dietary needs. Coffee in the lobby was fresh ground, tasted really good and they provided a lot of options to add to your coffee as well.

The room smells really good and very clean. Bed is comfortable. Serve good breakfast selection and I love their coffee, tea and hot water available 24/7 in the lobby.

4 of us stayed in April 2025 and were very comfortable. Front desk gentleman was professional amd answered all questions. The hot breakfast was exceptional! Weve had many continental breakfasts while traveling but this one was top notch. Keep up the great work we will be back.

Good tasty breakfast with lots of options, but disappointed the pancake maker was broken. There were hard water deposits covering the bathroom doors and made it look dirty. Bathroom sink drained slowly in one of our rooms. Didn't use the pool or laundry facilities.

The room was very nice. At the breakfast they needed to restock after a group came through and no one was around for a long while to do it. And they keep the temperature too low for staying there to eat breakfast.

The only disappointment we had was with the breakfast. Their breakfast hours were short and incovenient. I think it is a result of staffing shortages that most employers are experiencing. The breakfast staff was very friendly and responsive to us even outside their hours.

It’s a new property, and maintenance and cleanliness reflect that. I found it annoying that there is no in-room coffee. Morning coffee requires a walk, elevator ride and a wait while the coffee is brewed by a machine with ho-hum quality. Its a little thing, but annoying. Also, the need to add information to a tablet at check in when all but vehicle information was already provided was also annoying. That said, rooms are large, comfortable and well kept.

A safe spot to lay over on your travels. Relatively clean. Our carpet had some pretty awful stains and was dirty, but the bathroom and sheets were clean. Good spot if you have dogs with you, and there is a nice grass area out back for potty breaks. Loud as it is right off the freeway but it served our purpose well.

Staff was very helpful. They sent someone to adjust the window shade when we couldn’t. Unfortunately we never mastered it ourselves so jury rigged it each day. Cookies on arrival were nice & daily breakfasts were great!
