We have rented exclusively through VRBO for years and are on a trip right now with 9 properties rented through VRBO. Without exception, every host has provided access info 2-3 days prior to arrival. The host for this property did not contact us with access information. We reached out the day before and he still did not respond. By late afternoon of the day we were supposed to check in, still no response. We began searching for another rental arrangements and reserved another place. We messaged the host and requested that he return our payment. He finally responded and said he had not received our message (we used the VRBO app) and gave us the instructions…too late, we had already left town. He said it wasn’t his fault that he hadn’t received the message and refused to refund our payment. We do not believe it is our responsibility to chase down the host/owner. We reached out to VRBO for help and they told us that it’s up to the host to decide about a refund. VRBO only supports the owners, no help for the travelers.

Très bon séjour, baignoire balnéo super.Seul petit bémol pas de climatisation dans l appartement donc difficulté pour se reposer la nuit (30 degrés dans l appartement).

Appartement spacieux, très agréable et très propre . Point fort : La localisation, le jacuzzi, la boîte à clés qui permet une arrivée sans contrainte, les manuels d'utilisation et de bonnes adresses fournis par le propriétaire, la place de parking prévue avec la location. Points faibles : La rue très passante qui rend difficile le déchargement des bagages Il serait judicieux de fournir le code Wifi et Netflix en même temps que le code des clés
