Very nice house, clean and had everthing we needed. It was one bed short of advertised so my neice slept on the sofa rather than the upper bunk. Biggest concern: the front step is quite high with no hand rail. My 74 year old sister fell backwards off of it with hand full of luggage. Fell all the way backwards and hit her head. Also she was just a few weeks out of knee replacement surgery. Could have turned out very much worse than a bump on the head. Also I feel like the restroom in the large bedroom needs a help bar by the toilet. We enjoyed our stay but would not recomend for seniors for these 2 reasons

We enjoyed our stay very much. We just wanted a place to get together and eat, drink, laugh and make memories. Overall it was a perfect house for us to do this in. Only issue was it was listed with bunk beds , but they were dismantled and the frames were n the garage. We did pull the mattresses out of the closet and use them. Oh and the speed bump entering the property was not marked well and those of us n the back of the SUV got “launched.” We had a great time!

It was everything we needed for a weekend stay! The inside was cute and we had all the kitchen supplies to make our own meals. Only cons: The adjoining neighbors porch was unkept. The yard needed mowed with trash in it. (I imagine that blew over from the neighbor's side.) The bunk bed was different than the one in the picture but still 3 twin beds.

When we arrived it was out of the way and near the golf course… seeing the ports potties in the yard next door was off putting but there was no smell so it was easy to look past them. The house and property was very pleasant and welcoming. Just enough room to be there comfortably. Everything we needed was there for us so we were great! Stacy is professional and friendly and an absolute joy to work with. Accidentally left with the garage door opener but I shipped that back to her once I got back home to NY. I can say I will definitely seek out Stacy next time I need to go to Illinois. Thanks again Stacy! You are the best!

We had a great time staying here with family. It is in a great location making it easy to get the the lake and restaurants. Plenty of room to bring a boat too. Would recommend using Whitley creek boat launch if planning to stay there!

Everything was great in the house. Grass was 12"s high around the house and the garage could have been a little cleaner of leaves and spider webs. But generally all was very good.

We boat on Lake Shelbyville and the property is very close to a ramp. House was nice. Kitchen was very well stocked! Several extra amenities! The garage was an A+ with the extra fridge, grill and utensils. The only thing that I could pick at was the lawn desperately needed to be cut and the firepit was in a weird location on the side of the driveway. Nothing to not want to stay again! I would definitely return!!

Overall nice stay, but a few opportunities for improvement. 2nd bedroom amenities listed a King bed, but was 2 twins which would squeak at any movement. My wife cleaned out the Microwave as it looked like something splattered the entire inside, oven was also less than clean. WIFI network listed on check-in was not present.. Entry step heights were a bit of challenge for my elderly parents... Otherwise would consider another stay here..

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, clean, and comfortable family home outside Sullivan. Stacey was accommodating and responded quickly to questions. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities of home were included. Big TVs and WiFi for streaming are a big plus. Highly recommended!

We stopped over on a road trip. Comfortable beds, clean. We didnt use the kitchen except for a nice selection of coffee k cups. I appreciate the kid-proof decor - looks nice without having to worry the toddler will break everything, ha!

The trip was highly anticipated after we read all the reviews. Upon arrival it appeared that the room was not cleaned after the last people had checked out, I am confident that is the case as all bedding was a mess and the emptied beer can in the sink was no help. No towels were present. Bedding and towels were all rewashed by my wife. We spent night 1 up until 11:30 washing bedding. While the owner rep was highly responsive in the beginning and throughout the stay. That is in fact not the case now after we were told we deserved a refund. When she asked I told her that it should be a considerable discount as everything was a debacle. She has now not answered me or my wife on a refund. After the ghosting of our messages this owner would be hard pressed to gain me back as a customer or gain a review from me.

The condo is nice and clean, and so close to the lake. The experience has been wonderful, and Stacey is great to work with. It backs right up to the golf course, a short walk to the campgrounds, and an easy trail to the lake.

We rented this place out for my sister's bachelorette trip and it was perfect! We did not realize how big it was until we got there and we were able to just relax and watch movies and hang out as my sister had wanted it was perfect and I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay down in the Sullivan area!!

Our family has had the good fortune to stay long-term in this condo and could not be happier. The owner and property manager have been absolutely wonderful to work with since the very beginning. They are both very easy to communicate with and respond to any questions quickly. I recommend this cozy getaway to anyone who wants to slow down and enjoy nature.

A great place at a great location for me - just down the road from family that I was visiting for the holidays. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our check in day coincided with extreme weather (-35 windchill) and unfortunately a window had broke/blown open and it was only 40 degrees in the house! We called our host and she immediately answered and got someone over to the house on Christmas Eve to get it all fixed up for us. We were unable to stay that first night and the host immediately refunded our money for that night. Once it was warm, enjoyed the place and was very comfortable.

We met friends from st louis at Shelbyville was about half way between Chicago ans St. Louis. House is literally right on the first hole at Timberlake. We played Saturday and Sunday and did some sight seeing in Arthur. Was a good trip ans the house was perfect for our purpose. Host is extremely responsive

This is a great get away in Shelbyville! Highly recommend as this spot is nestled on a golf course and near the lake for easy drop off. Would stay here again!

When we arrived it was out of the way and near the golf course… seeing the ports potties in the yard next door was off putting but there was no smell so it was easy to look past them. The house and property was very pleasant and welcoming. Just enough room to be there comfortably. Everything we needed was there for us so we were great! Stacy is professional and friendly and an absolute joy to work with. Accidentally left with the garage door opener but I shipped that back to her once I got back home to NY. I can say I will definitely seek out Stacy next time I need to go to Illinois. Thanks again Stacy! You are the best!

The condo is nice and clean, and so close to the lake. The experience has been wonderful, and Stacey is great to work with. It backs right up to the golf course, a short walk to the campgrounds, and an easy trail to the lake.

We had a great time staying here with family. It is in a great location making it easy to get the the lake and restaurants. Plenty of room to bring a boat too. Would recommend using Whitley creek boat launch if planning to stay there!

We met friends from st louis at Shelbyville was about half way between Chicago ans St. Louis. House is literally right on the first hole at Timberlake. We played Saturday and Sunday and did some sight seeing in Arthur. Was a good trip ans the house was perfect for our purpose. Host is extremely responsive
