The home was nice. Master bedroom was nice, the other two were on the smaller side. The bedrooms didn't have garbage cans, the main bathroom didn't have a garbage can either. We didn't use the kitchen, but noticed there were not many kitchen items, utensils, etc.The location was nice and we enjoyed the back patio.

Panther Palace was pristine, practically brand new. Close to restaurants (walking distance) and about 15 minutes from the LSU Campus and downtown Baton Rouge. Excellent communication from the owner. Rental had everything we needed including some coffee!

Panther’s Palace was amazing! It was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities stated were exactly as they were told. The only issues were that the toilets kept clogging, and the plungers provided were not really helpful. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. I loved the big bathtub in the master bathroom and the hot water was very nice. The host was very easy to communicate with as well, which made our experience wonderful.

Perfect! It was great for the LSU game and very close to the stadium. There is an ice cream store nearby that is also very good and the nearby food offerings are awesome! Fully stocked kitchen and the washer dryer was a life saver. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I think my favorite place was the lil back patio. I sat out there each morning with my granddaughter and drank my coffee. Shopping was great also! My only negative was there were leftover boxes in the fridge which should have been taken care of....we came to town for baseball tournaments in Zachary. Love the neighborhood as well.

We were in town for a concert my brother wanted to go to for his birthday and we couldn’t be more pleased with this home. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready without being crowded and there was plenty of hot water for all 5 of us. The beds are comfy and unlike a lot of other homes there were plenty of towels. The home is in the perfect location. It’s close to restaurants and stores and a very quick drive to Baton Rouge without being in the city. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were overall very pleased with our stay at this location. This house is located in a very nice neighborhood and within just a few blocks of restaurants and shopping. The house itself had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever back to the area.

Our family visited from Kentucky for a friends wedding. The house was clean and perfect for our family. Plenty of room as we have three kids (ages 10, 7, and 9 mos). Kwan Adkins was quick to respond to any questions I may have had and I would highly recommend booking with him. You wont regret it!

The house was very clean, and smelled amazing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a decent size. The location was good. The host was responsive and courteous. What kept this from being a better rating is that there was no wash cloths for bathing. When we opened up the drawer in the hall bath, we were met with a not that said "Sadie was here" which was weird as it looked like it been there a while. There were two unwashed dirty wash cloths in the washing machine but they looked as though they were used for cleaning purposes and the toliet holder in the master bath is detaching from the wall.
