This was a great place. We had 2 children and a medium size dog. The children really enjoyed the projection TV and the back yard was perfect for the dog. There were thoughtful extras like cream for the coffee, slippers for guests, popcorn, etc. We had a nice stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our apartment was cozy and clean. Little touches like flickering candle sconces, bathrobes, chocolates made it extra welcoming and comfortable. Having a fenced in yard was perfect for my dogs, and all 3 of us enjoyed the beach access! Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

After a long day driving , we arrived at the apartment and were overjoyed with the candles flickering, fresh flowers and a personalized message form our host Aaron. The apartment was well stocked with everything we could need with a large coffee bar and movie screen including the homemade popcorn popper! Aaron was available the instant we had a question and made us feel at home the moment we walked in the door. Location is great, took a walk on the beach right out the door and plenty of restaurants close by. Would definitely visit again and stay longer. All the special touches by Aaron and his wife much appreciated.

This rental is absolutely beautiful and every person who wants to see Atlantic Canada should come here. It's stunning. The place is beautiful with so many luxuries, we LOVED the movie theatre. Our dog loved the fenced back yard and the beach access and I just loved the pure stunning views. Hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel cozy. 100% would recommend worth every dime and tucked in a beautiful quiet area. We are from pei where there aren't any deer and my son even saw a deer while here!

It is on the lower level, and even though the hosts live above, we didn't hear a peep. All was quiet for one one-night stay. Although there is only one bathroom, it is huge and delightful. We loved the big screen and the coffee bar (thinking of getting one at home now)! Our hosts added very nice, personal touches to make us feel very welcome and it was a serene place to come to after many hours of driving. I would definitely stay here again, should I visit St. Andrew. The quaint town is within a 10-minute drive and boasts several nice restaurants and picturesque settings, as well. Thanks to our hosts for a very pleasant, comfortable stay!

Overall it was very good...unit is well equiped with everything one would need. The stairs going into the unit would be a little tricky if you had mobility issues. Owner was very friendly and accomodating..we did have problems trying to figure out the projector for movies but we all are tech challenged...lol. The unit is handy to town and was easy to find.

Excellent place to stay while we toured St. Andrews. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the coffee bar with lots of choices. Hosts did a wonderful job personalizing our stay and making us feel comfortable and welcomed! A perfect location...Sunset Tides offers everything you could possibly want and more. Beautiful sunset over a rock beach. We sat outside around the fire table and relaxed. Ammenities were spot on. Detail to comfort and aesthetics were excellent. Only thing i can complain about is that we didnt have more time to spend there. Aaron was very helpful and allowed us to park our RV on the lawn. Couldnt ask for a better host. Thanks Aaron! Thank you Aaron

Had a wonderful long weekend stay. One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. The lodging was immaculate, and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay special for us and our dogs. Will definitely stay there again!

What an amazing accommodation! Spotless clean, amazing shower, host has thought of every detail and more. LOVED this basement apartment that was so thoughtfully accessorized by everything you could possibly want. I wish I had read the information folder the minute I walked in as it had so much helpful info and great suggestions for how to spend our time. Well we booked over Christmas to be able to visit family but our stay was shortened due to circumstances beyond anybody’s control. Power was out for 6 days which caused us to cancel, but fortunately the power was restored on Dec 23. So we rebooked for 2 days and spent Christmas there. Love the spot and the place was warn and inviting as soon as we walked in. The hosts are very thoughtful. Coffee, water and fresh fruit. Think it’s a great spot for kids and it’s pet friendly. Check in was easy. No problems at all. The coffee bar is nice and the bathroom is spacious.

Our overnight stay here ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to the Maritimes, what a fantastic place! All of the personalized touches were amazing, and this was by far the most homey and pet-friendly location that we have ever stayed at. Beautiful views, awesome coffee bar with yummy cookies, and even a bowl of fresh fruit in the fridge. The hosts were welcoming, proactive, and incredibly responsive. Check in was simple and stress free, and there is not one thing that would have added to the overall coziness of the place. Really super hosts, and we will definitely go back.

Everything was first rate; we were welcomed to the home, written instructions were clear, communication was perfect, and it is close to St Andrews Brewery and the Heather Curling Club. Go slow on the road to the house to avoid the potholes that Spring provides.

We stayed one night while the remnants of a hurricane rolled through. Even though we lost power and water, our basement apartment was warm and dry. Aaron went out of his way (staying up most of the night) to keep us informed of conditions and doing whatever he could to combat the storm conditions. Bravo.

A perfect location...Sunset Tides offers everything you could possibly want and more. Beautiful sunset over a rock beach. We sat outside around the fire table and relaxed. Ammenities were spot on. Detail to comfort and aesthetics were excellent. Only thing i can complain about is that we didnt have more time to spend there. Aaron was very helpful and allowed us to park our RV on the lawn. Couldnt ask for a better host. Thanks Aaron! Thank you Aaron

Very cute and cozy, two-bedroom apartment! The place was very-well appointed and perfect for a family of four or two couples. It is on the lower level, and even though the hosts live above, we didn't hear a peep. All was quiet for one one-night stay. Although there is only one bathroom, it is huge and delightful. We loved the big screen and the coffee bar (thinking of getting one at home now)! Our hosts added very nice, personal touches to make us feel very welcome and it was a serene place to come to after many hours of driving. I would definitely stay here again, should I visit St. Andrew. The quaint town is within a 10-minute drive and boasts several nice restaurants and picturesque settings, as well. Thanks to our hosts for a very pleasant, comfortable stay!

Great location and facilities for what we were doing in St. Andrew. Enjoyed being by the water. Dips in the water were "refreshing" (as the river is by the bay and the water is cold).

Right on the tidal shore of the St. Croix River, 4 miles to the vibrant St.Andrews town centre. Owners young, active, tidy, friendly. The guest apartment is super well equipped, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and you can immediately tell the hosts have put much thought and love into the space. The beach access is lovely and we spent a lot of time exploring the shoreline. The little touches made the space. Firewood and smore kits, the popcorn and cookies and the kids names on the sign were well loved and appreciated. It is a beautiful spot with a short drive to all amenities but far enough away to relax in the quietness of it all.

We have stayed at a lot of vacation homes over the years and I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and beauty of this place. There were tons of amenities, thoughtful touches throughout, great communication and you cannot beat the location. We stayed only one night because we were traveling. But after staying there, I think next time we’ll make this the vacation spot!

The setting is gorgeous. The home decor was outstanding from the movie theater to the coffee bar. It truly felt like home. The place was accurately advertised. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a great place. We had 2 children and a medium size dog. The children really enjoyed the projection TV and the back yard was perfect for the dog. There were thoughtful extras like cream for the coffee, slippers for guests, popcorn, etc. We had a nice stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our overnight stay here ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to the Maritimes, what a fantastic place! All of the personalized touches were amazing, and this was by far the most homey and pet-friendly location that we have ever stayed at. Beautiful views, awesome coffee bar with yummy cookies, and even a bowl of fresh fruit in the fridge. The hosts were welcoming, proactive, and incredibly responsive. Check in was simple and stress free, and there is not one thing that would have added to the overall coziness of the place. Really super hosts, and we will definitely go back.

After a long day driving , we arrived at the apartment and were overjoyed with the candles flickering, fresh flowers and a personalized message form our host Aaron. The apartment was well stocked with everything we could need with a large coffee bar and movie screen including the homemade popcorn popper! Aaron was available the instant we had a question and made us feel at home the moment we walked in the door. Location is great, took a walk on the beach right out the door and plenty of restaurants close by. Would definitely visit again and stay longer. All the special touches by Aaron and his wife much appreciated.

What an amazing accommodation! Spotless clean, amazing shower, host has thought of every detail and more. Fresh flowers, our names on the welcome boards, projector tv in a theatre setting with popcorn machine, fire pit, all ingredients for s'mores. Extreme attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

Well we booked over Christmas to be able to visit family but our stay was shortened due to circumstances beyond anybody’s control. Power was out for 6 days which caused us to cancel, but fortunately the power was restored on Dec 23. So we rebooked for 2 days and spent Christmas there. Love the spot and the place was warn and inviting as soon as we walked in. The hosts are very thoughtful. Coffee, water and fresh fruit. Think it’s a great spot for kids and it’s pet friendly. Check in was easy. No problems at all. The coffee bar is nice and the bathroom is spacious.

Excellent place to stay while we toured St. Andrews. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the coffee bar with lots of choices. Hosts did a wonderful job personalizing our stay and making us feel comfortable and welcomed! Host communication was great and check in was easy. The property is oceanview, the apartment isn't. It is a basement apartment in a home that the hosts live in. There are no windows to face the water, and there was no accessible space for us to enjoy the view. There were a few other issues with general upkeep. Quick drive to saint andrews, nice shower, delicious coffee!

Was a very cozy stay, the hosts were quick at responding , it was in a basement so there was a wet/musty smell. Overall a good stay. Also loved the coffee bar!
