The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.

Our family of 12 spent a week at the house and enjoyed our time there. We had plenty of individual and common space and were able to enjoy the various amenities: hot tub, pool, game room, outdoor patio area, and grill. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. The house is nicely located to downtown Edmonds and a managable drive to downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. The only issue is that the commuter train is fairly limited on its schedule so not necessarily a great option to get into Seattle with a large group.

Resort feel family home. Perfect for our family reunion to reconnect in comfort and style. Everything was perfection. We really enjoyed the pooll. It was very clean and private. The balcony overlooking the pool was a favorite gathering spot. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable for us all to have are own space and spread out. We took a morning walk on the Interurban trail accessed from a nearby park less than a 10-minute drive away. There were many great restaurants to choose from. Everyone had the best time. Host Kely was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return for another stay in the future.

We had 10 family members staying here very comfortably for a total of 7 nights, enjoying the hot tub, pool, game room and outdoor patio area. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely come back!

Overall, it was a great space for eight people! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all of us. The dining space was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wash several of the dishes before using them because they were put away dirty. The game room was great, but 3 out of the 5 pinball machines were broken. The sauna was not working either, but the host graciously offered to have the sauna and pinball machines fixed during our stay.

Our group of eight long time college friends enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for several cooks at one time. The deck looking over the pool was a beautiful peaceful place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location was close to the the many restaurants and boutique shops in downtown Edmonds.Kely, our host, was very responsive to all messages. A very helpful, attentive host!

Our stay was amazing! This beautiful house had something for everyone. Our group consisted of 5 adults, 3 teens, and 2 children. The pool was a favorite. However, it is not heated unless you request it and you are charged an additional fee of $100 per day (just an FYI). The hot tub & sauna were big hits with the adults & the kids enjoyed the game room. It was clean & up-to-date. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough bathrooms for our large group. The kitchen is nice and spacious. Although, the smoke alarms are highly sensitive and they went off a few times during our stay. Visiting the Edmonds marina was one of our favorite outings. There are so many beautiful parks and trails to explore. We are very happy with trip and rental and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

My children and I stayed for 3 nights in January 2025. The house was clean, spacious, gorgeous and had a great layout. Plenty of beds & bathrooms to accommodate a family size of 5 to 8 people plus. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was delightful. The game room was a hit and the living room upstairs had the perfect setup for movie nights. Alderwood mall is only a 15 minute uber away. The only thing that could improve the property might be some sort of shade or blinds in the two living rooms. Will stay again. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend.

It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker

The house is beautiful overall, it’s very clean, got all the necessary equipment we needed. The host was very helpful, helping me with questions that I have for. And the pool and spa was just perfect, a good way to spend our days here with friends and family. I’ll definitely come back here.

If we ever find ourselves back in the area we will stay here again. Something for everyone and so nice! Playroom was great entertainment and the pool/ hot tub were kept up nicely. Kid and adult friendly. The host replied back within minutes and was very helpful. 10/10

We were a group of 6 that stayed for a weekend. Our stay was pleasant. The fun features of the house like pinball machine and sauna were wonderful. We were a nonprofit board on a board retreat, and so we spent the entire weekend at the house. The location was very convenient for us. We did find much of the seating - upstairs couch and dining room chairs to be uncomfortable for long periods of time. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Since the hot tub is attached to the pool it seemed like the water from the pool was crossing the wall into the hot tub, likely because of the recent rain. But since we didn't try the hot tub it's hard to say.

This property is one of the absolute best we have ever rented! Kely is a super awesome host, answering questions about the are even before we got there! Any questions we asked were promptly answered with pertinent information. The property is as described but more! It was the perfect place for our family base for the festivities around my daughter’s wedding. We would definitely come back!

Our family of 12 spent a week at the house and enjoyed our time there. We had plenty of individual and common space and were able to enjoy the various amenities: hot tub, pool, game room, outdoor patio area, and grill. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. The house is nicely located to downtown Edmonds and a managable drive to downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. The only issue is that the commuter train is fairly limited on its schedule so not necessarily a great option to get into Seattle with a large group.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Nice neighborhood that's just minutes away from Lynnwood Center. Great pool and spa. Kitchen was clean and full of every appliance you could need. I really appreciated the host's correspondence with any questions I had. We were able to have a fantastic week here.

Overall, it was a great space for eight people! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all of us. The dining space was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wash several of the dishes before using them because they were put away dirty. The game room was great, but 3 out of the 5 pinball machines were broken. The sauna was not working either, but the host graciously offered to have the sauna and pinball machines fixed during our stay.
Overall, it was a great space for eight people! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all of us. The dining space was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Arriving on the coldest day of the year and having a heating system that was not working is definitely not ideal. Yet, Kely was right on top responding to our requests and inquiries to make things better. We got many home heaters (fully refunded by the owner) and spent the night warm. The next morning (Christmas Eve day) we received an early visit from a rather nice repairman who understood the issues with the heating system and solved those in 20 minutes. In no time the house went to 70F and all of us had rekindle our Christmas spirit. The house has large bedrooms for all our adult children and their spouses and we all felt very comfortable making cookies and memories together. The hot-tub was rather nice too for many conversations under the Seattle rain. Yes, there were problems but Kely solved each of them right away and with flying colors. I will recommend this property fully and in the future, we would love to return in the winter or summer.

This place had everything we needed. We had a retreat for a group of health care workers and teachers. We loved spending time at this house. The kitchen was well equipped and pleasant to cook in. We loved playing the games and just relaxing in the ample living rooms. We didn’t have time to use the pool, hot tub, or sauna but everything looked great! We also loved the location, as we could easily get to Seattle and surrounding towns. The host was easy to contact and very kind. We would all stay again!

We chose this home do to the proximity to our medical office appointments for that week. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the game room. The hot tub was great. Had trouble heating the pool due to the poor weather. Kely was incredible getting back to us with all our annoying questions. She was very gracious and made our stay easy. I highly recommend this property. Only 10 minutes from the Puget Sound!

My children and I stayed for 3 nights in January 2025. The house was clean, spacious, gorgeous and had a great layout. Plenty of beds & bathrooms to accommodate a family size of 5 to 8 people plus. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was delightful. The game room was a hit and the living room upstairs had the perfect setup for movie nights. Alderwood mall is only a 15 minute uber away. The only thing that could improve the property might be some sort of shade or blinds in the two living rooms. Will stay again. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend.

Resort feel family home. Perfect for our family reunion to reconnect in comfort and style. Everything was perfection. We really enjoyed the pooll. It was very clean and private. The balcony overlooking the pool was a favorite gathering spot. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable for us all to have are own space and spread out. We took a morning walk on the Interurban trail accessed from a nearby park less than a 10-minute drive away. There were many great restaurants to choose from. Everyone had the best time. Host Kely was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return for another stay in the future.

It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker

We had 10 family members staying here very comfortably for a total of 7 nights, enjoying the hot tub, pool, game room and outdoor patio area. Plenty of room to spread out. Our stay was amazing! This beautiful house had something for everyone. Our group consisted of 5 adults, 3 teens, and 2 children. The pool was a favorite. However, it is not heated unless you request it and you are charged an additional fee of $100 per day (just an FYI). The hot tub & sauna were big hits with the adults & the kids enjoyed the game room. It was clean & up-to-date. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough bathrooms for our large group. The kitchen is nice and spacious. Although, the smoke alarms are highly sensitive and they went off a few times during our stay. Visiting the Edmonds marina was one of our favorite outings. There are so many beautiful parks and trails to explore. We are very happy with trip and rental and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

The house was wonderful. Very clean and tidy. The kids loved the game room and the pool. We were visiting family and it provided a great space to entertain. Kely was a wonderful host. Very quick to respond to all questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We had a great time gathering for a late family Christmas celebration. Kitchen was fully accessorized to facilitate the large meals we cooked. Heated pool with hot tub insert was fabulous and we spent a lot of time playing under the rare January blue skies. Also, kids and adults had such raucous fun in the playroom playing air hockey and pinball that it was tough to tear ourselves away. My wrists still ache. The house is immaculate and roomy, the beds comfortable, and the showers invite long sessions. We had so much fun we're considering making an annual weekend at this house.
