It was a nice little get away for a few days. We came down for a concert in Charleston. We ended up going to Folly Beach, which was great. House could be a little cleaner. It was dusty. But nothing too bad. We were disappointed the Nintendo wasn’t there as stated but it didn’t mess up our trip. My dog loved the fenced in back yard. I liked that it had a carport as well. The stove and knives could use some updating as we had issues using both. There is a full body mirror in one of the closets we discovered on the last night. It definitely would’ve been of good use if we had known about it lol. Overall it was a fun stay and I would definitely stay again! We enjoyed our trip!

The property was located close to base, which made it super convenient for us. The house was clean and communication from hosts was great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great fenced backyard. We enjoyed being able to cook some food on the grill. Also super convenient to be able to do laundry before catching our flight back home.

Overall, the property was great and the hosts were most gracious! From check in to check out, we had an easy and clean experience. When I say clean, I mean clean! The property was spotless! Our dog loved the backyard as well and the neighborhood was quiet. Pretty easy to get Charleston as well. I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a little space from the big city.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Nice backyard area with new table/chairs. We did not have any issues with our stay. Quick and easy communication with owner. Only negative I had was there were 6 of us and no where to put our towels after a shower. It would be nice to have hooks on the back of the door or something similar. The shower curtain rod was rusted so we couldn’t hang them there either. Overall, it worked well for us.

Very clean, well maintained, certainly not a resort but 30-45 minutes to beach and downtown and tourist attractions. 10 minutes to water park and close to shopping. Large fenced back yard for fur baby. We may book again in December when our new grand child is born.

This house was a sweet landing place in a quiet neighborhood. My mother and I were visiting family who lived nearby and the house was a well equipped place for us to relax in between sight seeing and visiting with our family. The kitchen was well outfitted for quick meals and big breakfasts. The living room was a comfortable space to relax in and it was nice to know there were board games and cards to play, if we needed them. The bedrooms are equipped with good sized closets and even had hangers available, which isn’t always the case at other rentals. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well here. Another great feature were the smart TVs in the living room and the bedrooms, which gave us opportunities to relax separately if we wanted. The backyard is huge and a great place for toddlers to play. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer available. There were also ample cleaning supplies under the sink and in the hall closet, if we had needed them. The only drawback others might find with the place is how far out of the way it is from the major highways and thoroughfares. It was much more peaceful than some of the rentals we’ve used in the Charleston area. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the owner was fantastic. Very welcoming and very accommodating. The only issues we had was with the dirty sheets. This however isn’t an owner problem. Discussed this with the Owner and he assured he was going to handle it. The house was clean, did have the smell of pets but that was to be expected. Over all the stay was good.

The property managers were great and got us checked in early when requested. The check in process was quick and easy. The property was pretty clean except the shower rod and curtain were kinda gross and rusted - definitely should’ve been changed a long time ago, and appliances like fridge and stove seemed older. The neighborhood didn’t seem like it was in the best area but overall good deal for the property.

My family and dog stayed here to break up our drive to Hilton Head. 30 minute drive to Charleston. There are some homes nearby that seem to be vacant so we were a little hesitant about the neighborhood, but it was fine. Very quiet neighborhood at night. It was a very cozy and charming home. We were 30 mins from everywhere we needed to be. Most important was our relatives. Due to the rain we could not use the backyard but there was nothing anyone could do.

The home was nice, but my biggest complaint was since the home does allow pets-the couch and especially the couch pillows smelled like wet dog 😅 and too the floor did dirty up our socks. But the beds were clean/fresh and the blankets provided were too. We had plenty of towels/wash cloths and the hosts did provide clothing detergent and dryer sheets to wash/dry our clothes. There were a couple paper towel rolls and toilet paper provided along with plenty of trash bags as well, although we did have to buy more toilet paper for our group. But the house is close to a walmart and gas station along with fast food options which did come in handy. Plus, the tvs were equipped with Netflix/Disney Plus and the home had high speed wifi, which we all enjoyed. Overall we did enjoy our time there 😊

Our multi gen family enjoyed our stay! Within 10-15 minutes of restaurants and shopping. House was clean and well organized. Beds were very comfortable. Fenced yard was a great place for our pup. Host was very quick to respond with any questions and communicated all things necessary for our stay as was needed.

This was the perfect pet friendly home for our family of two adults and three grandboys. The beds were comfy, the neighborhood was safe, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and close to everything we needed. Very basic, but does the job. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Very close to the base, which is what we needed. We will use it again on our next trip to visit my son. Couldn't get Nintendo to work, the kids weren't too happy over that but they got over it. Maybe could use a knife to cut with while cooking but got thru that. Thank you.

Our multi gen family enjoyed our stay! Within 10-15 minutes of restaurants and shopping. House was clean and well organized. Beds were very comfortable. Fenced yard was a great place for our pup. Host was very quick to respond with any questions and communicated all things necessary for our stay as was needed.

My family and dog stayed here to break up our drive to Hilton Head. 30 minute drive to Charleston. There are some homes nearby that seem to be vacant so we were a little hesitant about the neighborhood, but it was fine. Very quiet neighborhood at night. House was very clean and has a large fenced in yard which was good for my dog

The house was exactly as described. It was just a 15 minute drive to downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and had everything you need. The backyard was fenced and perfect for our dog. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and gave great detailed instructions. Highly recommend if you want quiet and dog friendly. Very clean, well maintained, certainly not a resort but 30-45 minutes to beach and downtown and tourist attractions. 10 minutes to water park and close to shopping. Large fenced back yard for fur baby. We may book again in December when our new grand child is born.

This house was a sweet landing place in a quiet neighborhood. My mother and I were visiting family who lived nearby and the house was a well equipped place for us to relax in between sight seeing and visiting with our family. The kitchen was well outfitted for quick meals and big breakfasts. The living room was a comfortable space to relax in and it was nice to know there were board games and cards to play, if we needed them. The bedrooms are equipped with good sized closets and even had hangers available, which isn’t always the case at other rentals. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well here. Another great feature were the smart TVs in the living room and the bedrooms, which gave us opportunities to relax separately if we wanted. The backyard is huge and a great place for toddlers to play. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer available. There were also ample cleaning supplies under the sink and in the hall closet, if we had needed them. The only drawback others might find with the place is how far out of the way it is from the major highways and thoroughfares. It was much more peaceful than some of the rentals we’ve used in the Charleston area. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice little get away for a few days. We came down for a concert in Charleston. We ended up going to Folly Beach, which was great. House could be a little cleaner. It was dusty. But nothing too bad. We were disappointed the Nintendo wasn’t there as stated but it didn’t mess up our trip. My dog loved the fenced in back yard. I liked that it had a carport as well. The stove and knives could use some updating as we had issues using both. There is a full body mirror in one of the closets we discovered on the last night. It definitely would’ve been of good use if we had known about it lol. Overall it was a fun stay and I would definitely stay again! We enjoyed our trip!

The property was located close to base, which made it super convenient for us. The house was clean and communication from hosts was great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great fenced backyard. We enjoyed being able to cook some food on the grill. Also super convenient to be able to do laundry before catching our flight back home.

This was the perfect pet friendly home for our family of two adults and three grandboys. The beds were comfy, the neighborhood was safe, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed.
