I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Ken thought of everything including the meaningful minor details. Everything was impeccably clean and very well cared for. We really enjoyed our peaceful time and look forward to coming back!

You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in this property. We were met at check in by Ken, who was extremely responsive, helpful, and answered all our questions throughout our stay.I took my boys up for a long weekend full of fishing, kayaking, and even a day trip out to Niagara Falls. Everything was perfect. Access to the lake was great, we caught a few panfish, and the sunsets were amazing. The property is very clean and well kept, and the owners thought of everything; the fire pit was prepped, s’mores supplies were on hand, and life jackets, kayaks, and yard toys were all available. My youngest even worked up the courage to kayak solo for the first time. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s truly picturesque. One thing to know: it’s pretty remote. There’s a creamery and bait shop nearby, but for groceries and an ATM, it’s best to stock up before arriving.Highly recommend the Hideaway!

Amazing stay! The host Ken is very thorough and has thought of everything. The cabin and property are beautiful, and access to the lake and dock was a great plus.

Loved this property! Ken was incredibly informative when he walks us through, and it was great getting to know him a bit. We loved the kayaks and the campfire! Would highly recommend!

This has to be one of my favorite VBRO stays. The property was in a beautiful, tranquil setting. It was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed nights around the firepit and mornings kayaking on the lake. It was ideally situation between Keuka and Seneca Lakes. It was a great base from which to explore all the region has to offer. Ken was a gracious and responsive host. We really appreciated the tour of the property. The s'more's bar was such a nice treat!
