Luxury Apartment in Denver, Colorado

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The property was stunning and exceeded our expectations in every way. The backyard was pristine, the deck was gorgeous, and the apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable.We immediately felt safe, welcomed, and right at home. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully maintained, and it was clear that Andreas takes great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience.The location was perfect for our trip—especially for attending a concert at Red Rocks—and it also made it easy to explore Denver and the surrounding areas. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Colorado adventure.Andreas was an amazing host: friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout our stay.I would strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying again in the future!

I seem to have missed the line in the description that said it was in the basement. This was not ideal for me or my husband. The place was beautifully done. Too warm but we opened one window. Nicely done but the steps down to the unit were steep. Because of our age we won't be renting it again.

Unrivaled hospitality. Andreas is the ultimate host, with the most peaceful, clean, and well-furnished place at which I've stayed. Aside from being highly responsive to my questions, he was incredibly anticipatory, and kind. If you are fortunate enough to stumble across this rental when it's available, I highly recommend staying at his property. It's a beautiful, serene place, and you won't regret it. I felt so safe here, in the rental, outside in the garden, and in the neighborhood in general. Nice area for morning walks, conveniently close to Trader Joe's, Natural Grocers, Great Harvest, Whole Foods, banks and restaurants, and anything else you could need! The steam room was amazing and the grill and patio areas were such comfortable bonus spaces.

Great amenities. Excellent location for us. Having a breakfast bar in lieu of a table was the only adjustment but it worked out OK. Outstanding bathroom. Full laundry was very handy. We would recommend it to friends.

Andreas was an amazing host! The accommodations were exactly as pictured, beautifully updated, clean and cozy. The location was convenient for hiking and seeing a concert at Red Rocks. Highly recommend!
