We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Beach House. We were so comfortable the kids opted to spend an extra day around the house and the beach instead of going to Disney or Universal. Some of our favorite things, in no particular order:Great communication by BobNightly hot tub soakGolf cart ride to the beachPlenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etcThree full bathroomsComfortable living roomOutdoor showerThe house was well supplied and clean. The ac worked great. It was really a great place. I’ll be sure to stay here again when we are back in the area.

This was the perfect spot for my family of 4 to enjoy a vacation. It was clean, quiet, and provided everything we needed with close proximity to everything we wanted to enjoy in the area. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use this property again for a vacation.

This property is amazing. Bob is great to work with. We had some flight issues(canceled) and had to end up driving 25 hours to get there. He made it so checking in was the last thing i had to worry about. The house it self is great, so many small things make it great. When its 100 degrees outside and you walk in and the beautiful terrazo floors are cold on the feet. To the refrigerator outside to hold all the extra things. The garage full of beach toys. The golf cart to help get the family to the beach 1 block away. Nothing but positive for this place. Thank you Bob you helped make our vacation everthing we wanted when the airlines were not!!!

This is our second time staying at Bob's house for a baseball tournament at The Space Coast Complex. We will always stay at this house due to the location. The beach is a block away, 3 min walk, Publix is half a mile away, and restaurants are less than half a mile away which we walked to Goombays one day for lunch. Bob is very responsive and always available for questions and quick to reply. Quite neighborhood with not a lot of traffic. Everything worked as normal in the house and he gave us a welcome gift as well. 100% recommend this home for a family vacation. Thanks again Bob!
