There is plenty of room for a big group to spread out. It took some extra time to find linens for the pull out beds. The kitchen has good cooking supplies. A washcloth and more hand towels and a hot pad would be nice. You are required to buy insurance and pay extra for over 4 people.

"Host" was a management company, not the owner. Waited on check-in instructions and finally got a note from the management company that I hadn't signed the 9 page rental agreement...15 minutes before attempting to enter the house. Struggled to do this on a cell phone but got through it in 30 minutes or so. I received a confirmation on this rental in January....the management company could have sent a reminder about the missing agreement months before rental date, not minutes. While the house was almost perfect inside, the outside trash cans were overflowing. I said almost perfect because it lacked a dishwasher - no big deal at all - the rest of the house was exactly as advertised - nice TVs, bedrooms and living rooms...and very spacious. Great washer/dryer. Did not use the pool table or Foosball set (which had a broken player rod), but the pool table would provide a nice activity. The house is steps from Dairy Queen! The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to several "down town" pubs and restaurants.

Everything was fine. The only problem was the thermostat. We could not adjust it. You needed the code to unlock. We were all cold due to the chilly wet weather. I should have contacted the host. To confirm the code.

House was just as adversities. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

The game room was the highlight of the house. Lots of room for the whole group and the bedrooms were very spacious! We really enjoyed our stay and we’re impressed with how nice the house was! Would definitely recommend to stay here!
